Never got into C that much except to patch/mod kernel code. I've been playing with Python to join the 21st century but still primarily code in bash with named pipes for IPC between modules. Oh, and did some PERL and PHP once upon a time. Lol, and now that I think of it, I wrote some BASIC back in the 90s to generate 3D tool paths for CNC machines when the CAM software couldn't handle it. I'm guessing I just renewed my nerd card by revealing that.
Liking Shakespeare, RockStar, and Whitespace languages though. Talk about vendor lock-in!
This is long, but well worth it if you're into code or simply like a great story. Dylan Beattie can spin a yarn.
