You know who’s REALLY to blame for victim disarmament (gun control)? Gun owners and liberty advocates. There are currently well north of 100 MILLION private gun owners in this country. The overwhelming majority of them lean toward the liberty end of the spectrum to one degree or another. They are estimated to own over 400 MILLION firearms, and that is probably a gross underestimate since the stats are based on self-reporting. They also own TRILLIONS of rounds of ammunition. If just a very small fraction of them would stand up and say “NO MORE! We will no longer comply with ANY of you illegitimate and immoral victim disarmament (gun control) schemes,” and stick together and support each other with the steely resolve to make it stick no matter what it takes, the entire gun control regime would collapse virtually overnight. All they’d have to do is nut up and do the job that most of them volunteered for by voluntarily claiming for themselves the mantle of “liberty advocate.” But they won’t.

The more expensive they can make them (automobiles) and the more they can restrict our mobility, the easier it is to control us. All just part of the plan.

I agree with this completely. If they wanted Trump dead, he’d be pushing up daisies by now. The one thing, the ONLY thing the state and its minions actually excel at and do competently is kill. Whether it’s by the tens, or hundreds, or thousands, or millions in “peacekeeping actions” or wars, sporadically, one at a time through their law enforcement activities, or simply assassinating an unwanted political figure, they have perfected the art and craft of killing over many centuries. Removing Trump and pinning it on some patsy would be child’s play for them. But don’t get me wrong. I don’t think they’re actively trying to keep him alive either. IMO this is one of those rare situations where either outcome can be made to serve their purposes equally as well. So, we get to move from mere political theater straight into assassination theater. And we get fucked no matter what the outcome.

Election Results = you’re fucked either way. Just about everyone here knows this, and knows that they’re not going to vote their way out of this mess. And yet they still devote an inordinate amount of time, energy (both physical and emotional) and other resources to following, attempting to influence and then bitching and moaning about the “outcome.” Seems an incredible waste to me.
