If I’m ever favored with such a visit I’ll do like my dad recommended in these kinds of situations, have coffee and a sweet roll ready and waiting for them. After all, they have a tough job and would probably really appreciate the consideration.
It must be a truly miserable existence to be so terrified of every thing and every one that you feel you must control their choices to fit within your own myopic, childish and irrationally fearful worldview in order to feel anything resembling safe and secure. I pity you.
There’s a simple solution for the problem posed by most of the instances in this thread.
It doesn’t require that we expend any effort at all to repeal progressive bail “reform” laws, or any other laws for that matter.
It also doesn’t require the we stop the illegitimate importation of “refugees” etc.
None of this is to say that those other issues don’t need to be addressed. Just that addressing them is not nexessary for the proposed solution to work for the situations in this thread.
And best of all, this solution has an historical record of working 100% of the time whem implimented vigorously.
An evil, corrupting enterprise that, from the standpoint of advancing the cause of liberty, is mostly a complete waste of time, energy and other resources that could be better invested in developing alternatives and pursuing them.
Looks like an opportunity for someone to make a tidy little profit. Just put up one of those “tent city” like old Joe Arpaio did out in AZ, hire some private security and watch the ill-gotten gains roll in!
You smell that? Smells an aweful lot like civil asset forfeiture, coming right up! After all, “he has so much to lose,”
After all, the ATF only gets a buget of like a BILLION AND A HALF dollars a yar. They could use a little extra folding money.
It just occurred to me, the very same year that John Moses Browning was blessing the world wiry one of the finest auto-pistols ever created, the idiots in New York were allowing their scumbag politicians to deprive them of the right to possess it.
They either wake up or reap what they’ve sown.
Protectionist tariffs do nothing of the kind.
What they actually DO do is to enfeeble the “protected” businesses by shielding them from the need to compete, just like any other form of welfare does, needlessly punish American consumers just like any other tax and do absolutely nothing to impede the globalist agenda.
As usual on economics you couldn’t be more wrong.
New Yorkers have allowed themselves to be rendered helpless since the Sullivan Act in 1911. Time for them to either wake up and smell the coffee or deal with the consequences. Either way, THEY made the choices.
It's a social media app FFS. What the hell could they possibly spy on that makes a difference? You worried they’ll find out what kind of porn you’re watching and drop your social credit score or something? Or maybe they’ll get ahold of somebody’s shopping list! Oh noes!
More importantly, government lacks anything close to the legitimate authority to ban it.
