This case seems different from the other high profile "right vs left" type cases. For example Jena6, Duke Lacrosse, Michael Brown, Zimmerman, etc. In those cases the verdict in the trial was the opposite of the verdict that the MSM had decided upon. Those trials didn't seem to be rigged like this one was.

I was reading thru the twitter feed and came across this: "The commonwealth rebutted the defense's argument that Fields could not intend to kill Heyer by saying he intended to kill anyone, not specifically Heyer." WTF? Who needs a prosecuting attorney when the defense attorney is basically claiming the defendant is guilty? What a joke! Edit: OK, I finished reading thru the twitter feed. What a joke. Basically the prosecution tried to show that Fields was a bad guy and the defense tried to show he was not that bad. I can't believe I waited a year and a half for this. I really thought it would be an actual trial and they'd have witnesses and videos of the actual events that took place. I was especially curious to hear how Fields described the event.

I just read a very brief summary of the case, the prosecution lasted for 3 1/2 days the defense was 1 day. No mention of the fact that the Antifa was armed with pipes and bats and was attacking the car. To me that's by far the most critical piece of evidence. https://www.whsv.com/content/news/502204161.html

Fields was found guilty. The whole case was bizarre. The judge ordered the first attorney for Fields to recuse himself because that attorney was protesting the removal of the statues in Charlottesville. I don't get that. Wouldn't you want an attorney that wanted to find you innocent? So if what you said is true about Field's attorney the judge basically removed an attorney that had incentive to find him innocent and replaced him with a flakey attorney that has incentive to find him guilty. My sister's son just recently got charged with a felony for making pot brownies in his dorm kitchen. The attorney they hired was a member of NORML (legalize pot group) and my sister considered that to be a good thing to have an attorney that was sympathetic to her son's plight. The judge in the Field's case would've made my sister find an attorney that was against the legalization of pot. That doesn't make sense to me. The weird thing to me was that nothing new came out in the trial as far as I could tell from the reporting. I thought there'd be some evidence presented on what actually happened during those crucial 15-20 seconds. Was the car struck before Fields accelerated, as the video evidence suggests? Were all those guys with bats and pipes already attacking the car beforehand or only afterwards? Were they surrounding the car but not striking it? What's really odd is that as far as I can tell Fields did not testify. That's really what I was waiting for. I would've like to have heard in his own words what happened. Did he hear his car being hit by the crowd? Did he see guys with bats coming after him?

The American retail giant is to introduce 360 robot janitors by the end of January. They are said to have the ability to engage in autonomous cleaning even when customers are around. The operating software of these robots is called "BrainOS" and it has been designed by the San Diego-based start-up "Brain Corp." More details here.

It's the opposite for me. I had some hope for Trump because as a candidate he talked about reducing the size of government and normalizing interest rates. But he's flipped on those 2 major issues since becoming president.

I like how he stuck it to the media. Maybe a couple of other things. You can find agreement with any person on this earth about something. Overall, he is a cock sucking piece of shit. People forget how he tried to use government several times in his attempt to steal other people's land. He "100 percent" approved of the eminent domain Kelo (Connecticut) court decision that favored Pfizer and ran people off their land. Running people off their land is about as low as you can get. That cock sucker probably never got the total ass beating he deserved as a kid. I don't know why somebody didn't pummel that puke's face when he was on tee vee as their "boss" or even as a real boss. The eminent domain issue tells you what kind of person he is. A low down fuck that has the gall to champion government to run you out. That cock sucking fuck would never, ever get my vote. Fuck him.

You can't go by records when everyone has different schedules. I'm a UCF grad and there's no way we could compete with Alabama, Georgia, et. Our recruiting classes are in the 60s. That being said, if I had my way I'd only take conference winners, even if it meant leaving out the "better" team (better based on what?). I like the idea that you should win it on the field, not be chosen by a group of "experts". Hopefully if they go to an 8 team playoff, conference winners will get an automatic bid. I think the worst system is to vote on all the teams that make it in, which is what we have now. The next best thing would be an automatic bid for conference winners and then vote on wildcards. I'd like to see conference winners only but I know that will never happen so an automatic conference winner plus wildcard is what I'm hoping for. Obviously that requires a bigger playoff.

Where did he say that quote? Paul's position has has consistently been "yes" to the question of abolishing social security (example in link). The person who said to "honor the promises made" was Ted Cruz.

I just happened to check today and noticed that the trial just started. He's been in the slammer for a year and a half. The challenge will be finding an unbiased description of the events of the trial. So far I've not heard one mention of the fact that his car was hit before he accelerated into the crowd. I think this is the most biased news coverage I've ever seen. Even worse than the Zimmerman trial.

If bolsheviks and other nit wits wonder why Dump is so popular, then this is part of it. He doesn't apologize when some dipshit snaps his fingers. Stop being a pussy. And learn how communication works. The intent of the communicator in today's sensitive world has been made irrelevant by the butt hurt. It no longer matters what the communicator means. It only matters what the recipient perceives. This is incorrect because communication is a dynamic interaction. It's the proverbial two way street. If someone is going to error by making only one party matter in the communication transaction, then it should actually be the person delivering the message. Only he knows what he truly meant, despite how others might try to twist it. I obviously still would not make communication a one way street. You have the message deliverer, who knows what he means. You also have the recipient, who perceives the message. The perception of the recipient can, in no way, change what the deliverer originally means to say. That however, does not mean that people aren't free to perceive something in any way they see fit. The happy song I write might, somehow, be interpreted by you as a sad song. That, again, can't change my original intent. Your perception is fine, but you can't tell me what I originally meant because I know what I meant.

I just rediscovered his website. He said he was retiring a few years ago, but he came back. He reviews both major and minor league parks. He focuses on ballpark construction, atmosphere, and concessions. A big reason I like his site is to quickly find great ballparks when you're out of town. I might be in Virginia next season, so I looked at parks in Richmond, Lynchburg, Salem, and Pulaski. Even thought Pulaski is an affiliate of the Yanks (boo), they have some tradition at their 1935 built facility. Lynchburg also looks cool with a 1940 building. And, they have a cool nickname with the Hillcats. I don't even go to the majors now. It's, of course, higher quality, but I got fed up with the pettiness and control. I heard the ushers at the Washington Nationals Park won't even let you get up during an inning. Going to Yankee Stadium is like going thru a TSA anal probe. You could waltz right in to the old Yankee Stadium. Anyway, another reason to like the site is that this guy is a traditionalist--a real fan's fan. The site has some drawbacks (like many things), but it's enjoyable to browse.
