Yes it does, we are discussing GPS, GPS is constitutional because it is navigation equipment for the Constitutional military which Congress is empowered to equip. GPS is not a postal service because the public can't use it to send messages. Because broccoli is a plant not a group of humans armed and organized for combat.

Armies have always used navigation equipment, it is a perfectly Constitutional military project. The space force would be an army and would be Constitutional if it were created with an act of Congress. Internet service would be a modern Postal service and perfectly Constitutional if the Post Office provided it.

Iran’s budget was designed and passed through the parliament calculating dollar’s rate at 38000Rial.However,now the gov claims official exchange rate is 1$=42000Rial but in practice(market) is 72400 Rial. This means increase in inflation rate, increase in prices by %62. It is over https://twitter.com/Raman_Ghavami/status/1008770451366137857

Iran may surrender to Trump sooner than we thought. Today some of upper-middle class parts of Tehran&teachers across the country were on the streets protesting. It was interesting as Tehran’s Bazaris chanted political slogans”our enemy is here, they lie when they say is America.” https://twitter.com/Raman_Ghavami/status/1008765416850841600

Protests are continuing to grow across Iran even as the regime in Tehran attempts to crush them. The demonstrations are increasing at a time when the leadership of the ‘Islamic Republic’ is struggling to adapt to its newly-reduced status after US President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the 2015 Joint Collective Plan of Action (JCPOA) nuclear deal between the regime and the P5+1 group of nations. Despite the frantic efforts by leadership officials to sign new financial and trade agreements and obtain credit lines from various allies to stave off collapse and allow the regime to continue funding its regional interventions, Iran’s currency exchange rate is approaching freefall while inflation is skyrocketing, with U.S. economist Steven H. Sanke announcing on Sunday that the current inflation rate stands at 78.55 percent. Meanwhile one U.S. dollar at the time of writing buys 42,270 Iranian riyals. This economic crisis has had a devastating effect on the lives of ordinary Iranians already suffering due to the regime’s negligence, with the collapse in the last year of many state-backed finance houses under the corrupt mismanagement of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) with no warning or compensation leaving many citizens penniless and further intensifying public anger against the regime’s oppressive policies. Many workers at state-backed institutions have been unpaid for months, leading to strike action and protests among groups as diverse as factory workers and teachers. Meanwhile farmers across Iran have been protesting over increasingly severe water shortages, with the effects of climate change exacerbated by disastrous regime mismanagement of resources, leaving many unable to irrigate their fields or even feed their livestock; a large number of Iran’s farmers fear that they may be driven into insolvency as their crops fail. Iranian authorities’ typically brutal efforts to crush the protests, with thousands of protesters arrested, beaten, imprisoned and tortured, and activists regularly, often publicly, executed on clearly fabricated charges, have not succeeded in quelling public anger; indeed, the regime’s savage response to public anger has simply further antagonised citizens who’ve suffered four decades of oppression, extremism and broken promises from the leadership. Another notable feature of the current protests, along with their grassroots nature, is the unity across the social, religious and racial spectrum. This harmony between regime opponents is among the Islamic Republic’s greatest fears; like all totalitarian regimes, the theocrats in Tehran clings to power not only by brute force but through instilling an Orwellian mindset of being engaged in permanent war against an external enemy — usually the United States, Israel and Britain — using a strategy of ‘divide and rule’ tactics, sowing mistrust and division amongst various ethnic groups, sects and classes within Iranian society and accusing any dissidents of being heretics, “Israeli agents” and “CIA spies” who can then be blamed for the problems in Iranian society caused by the regime’s own brutality, corruption and incompetence. With Iranians having long ago seen through this cynical ploy and no longer willing to play the regime’s cynical divisive game and blame the USA, Israel or other nations for the problems caused by the regime’s own mismanagement, crimes and corruption, the Khomeinists are in deep trouble. The gold in the government vaults is owned by the paper dollars that represent it, it is gold that people are using as money under a gold standard whether they ever redeem it or not, the gold and the paper dollars attached to it become scarce domestically as I said. Dollars would still be convenient because you will never reach the point that all of the gold leaves the country, they are also convenient because that is what everyone in America prices things in, a foreign currency would be inconvenient because you would never have more of it than dollars and Americans don't price thing in it.

It still isn't a postal service because you and I can't send a message through it, even if it could be a postal service it doesn't have to be because it is military equipment and the military is constitutional.

Italy's new Interior Minister, and the country's de facto leader now that the League has surpassed 5-Star is national poalling, Matteo Salvini told an Italian television station Monday that he plans to conduct a census of the Roma community, and will kick anyone out of the country residing there illegally. "I've asked the ministry to prepare a dossier on the Roma question in Italy," Salvini told TeleLombardia, adding that the country's large community of Roma, also known as Gypsies, was "chaos" several years after a crackdown. “Unfortunately we will have to keep the Italian Roma because we can’t expel them,” Salvini added. Italy's Roma community is vast, and consists of mostly poor people from Romania and the former Yugoslavia. Italian authorities periodically clean out Gypsy squatter camps at the outskirts of major cities in the hopes that the notoriously nomadic Roma will find another place to set up camp.

Irrelevant, the military is allowing the public to use their equipment as a courtesy. They do, it may be enciphered and deciphered en route but this is still a linguistic message in a human language.

The Air Farce is based on land and the space force will be as well, the USMC is again in more danger of being unconstitutional since it has become more land based than sea based but doesn't have a two year appropriation limit.

It doesn't authorize any departments, it leaves that to Congress, it authorizes "armies" and a "Navy" and makes a difference in how they are to be funded. That is like saying the 2ndA only covers muskets.

Dollars and gold become worth more on the domestic market because that is where they are scarce, the foreigners have more gold sitting around so it becomes less valuable to them, this creates an incentive for Americans to produce things for export and for the foreigners to buy American products. Because our economy is based on dollars and we prefer to use them, if the foreign currency is not backed by gold then the incentive would be to convert it into gold to avoid inflation of the fiat currency, if the foreign currency is gold backed then it might be possible that it would be used like Spanish Pieces of Eight were used in early America but eventually the economy would end up converting them into dollars for convenience.

And before you make a snide remark about flintlocks and quill pens, the Framer's original intent was that the right to bear arms extended to the equal armament common to military use, and the original intent of freedom of speech extended to all manner of expression. Whereas the original intent of the Army was a land based combat force, and the Navy a sea based combat force. Original intent is a thing. maybe you should look it up.

The Constituion clearly authorizes two Departments. Army, and Navy. This covers land and sea. If they want a force for the Air, they need to amend the Constitution. If they want a force for Space, they need to amend the Constitution. Original Intent. The Framers did not originally intend aircraft and spaceships.

Just because something may or may not be able to be considered a postal service doesn't mean it has to be one, GPS satellites are primarily a military project and that is how they are justified, therefore they don't need to be justified as a postal service. Also they don't send linguistic messages in any human language.

I don't agree with Trump doing this and he is acting unconstitutionally because he doesn't have an act of Congress. The Constitution doesn't "authorize two branches" it authorizes Congress to raise and support Armies and a Navy, that is an important difference, nowhere does it specify how any armies raised are to be organized, it gives that power to Congress to do with as it chooses: To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces

You don't get to wish whatever you want into the Constitution. The Constitution authorized two branches. An Army branch and a Navy branch. Any military force must either reside under one of the two Constitutionally authorized branches, or a Constitutional Amendment must be made to amend the Constitution to authorize a third branch. This isn't rocket science, and I know you are smarter than this. Is this deliberate, or is this just an example of Trumgasming?

I know they had bases, they didn't live on ships all of the time, but they were a tiny force compared to the army. Also I said "MAY" be unconstitutional. Madison establishing them does not make it constitutional any more than a national bank is constitutional because Hamilton (who was also at the constitutional convention) wanted one. The Founders began violating the Constitution almost as soon as the ink was dry. In any case if the USMC is constitutional in spite of the violation of the 2 year appropriation limit on armies (which was intended as a check on any armed force that might be used to subjugate the people ) then the Air Farce and now a space army certainly are.

So yeah, you are claiming to understand the Constitution better than the guy who wrote it. James Madison wrote in The Virginia Report, 1800, by the Virginia House of Delegates, that the Sedition Act was unconstitutional.
