Proverbs 12-8-14 (KJV) 8 A man shall be commended according to his wisdom: but he that is of a perverse heart shall be despised. 9 He that is despised, and hath a servant, is better than he that honoureth himself, and lacketh bread. 10 A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. 11 He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.

Italy on Saturday said “arrogant” France risked becoming its “No.1 enemy” on migration issues, a day before European leaders convene in Brussels for a hastily arranged meeting on the divisive topic. In answer to comments by French President Emmanuel Macron, who said migration flows towards Europe had reduced compared with a few years ago, Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio said Macron’s words showed he was out of touch. “Italy indeed faces a migration emergency and it’s partly because France keeps pushing back people at the border. Macron risks making his country Italy’s No.1 enemy on this emergency,” Di Maio wrote on his Facebook page. Macron said European cooperation had managed to cut migration flows by close to 80 percent and problems stemmed from “secondary” movements of migrants within Europe. “The reality is that Europe is not experiencing a migration crisis of the same magnitude as the one it experienced in 2015,” the French president said. “A country like Italy has not at all the same migratory pressure as last year. ... The crisis we are experiencing today in Europe is a political crisis.” But Italy’s Interior Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini said his country had faced 650,000 arrivals by sea over the past four years, 430,000 asylum requests and the hosting of 170,000 “alleged refugees” for an overall cost of more than 5 billion euros ($5.8 billion). “If for the arrogant President Macron this is not a problem, we invite him to stop insulting and to show instead some concrete generosity by opening up France’s many ports and letting children, men and women through at Ventimiglia,” he said in a statement, referring to the northeastern Italian town at the border with France. Macron also said France favoured financial sanctions for EU countries that refuse migrants with proven asylum status.

I posted 4 studies (in addition to the video that went over 9 different studies) so I don't know which one you're talking about. But it was probably about red meat, so I'm not sure why you felt the need to mention that it defended dairy and fish. If anything, that shows that it wasn't a biased study conducted by vegans. Anyway, we'll have to agree to disagree. I don't feel like going on and on with this debate. The Keto thing will die out eventually, because it's not sustainable (unless it's vegan Keto, which is a thing) and the long-term effects are not going to be pretty… Not unless one is eating a lot of plant-based foods with it, instead of primarily animal products. And the future is vegan. :) It's growing like crazy, plus it is prophesied.

The U.S. Homeland Security Department said late Saturday the government has reunited 522 children separated from adults as part of a "Zero Tolerance" initiative and plans to reunite another 16 children over the next 24 hours. The department said in a statement U.S. Customs and Border Protection expects a small number of children separated for reasons other than zero tolerance would remain separated, including if the familial relationship cannot be confirmed. President Donald Trump on Wednesday signed an executive order to end his policy of separating immigrant children from their families on the U.S.-Mexico border, after images of youngsters in cages sparked outrage at home and abroad. As of June 20, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) had 2,053 separated minors being cared for in HHS-funded facilities, and it was "working with relevant agency partners to foster communications and work towards reuniting every minor and every parent or guardian via well-established reunification processes." HHS also said in a release that it has a process to "ensure that family members know the location of their children and have regular communication after separation." GOP lawmakers are reportedly readying an immigration bill that would allow detained migrant children to stay in detention centers with their parents for more than 20 days, senior White House and Hill officials told ABC News on Saturday. The bill would overrule a decades-old provision that prohibits the federal government from keeping children in immigration detention centers for more than 20 days. The news comes days after the Justice Department asked a federal district court to modify the rule, known as the Flores settlement, which runs up against President Trump's recent executive order. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and Shia leader Muqtada al-Sadr have announced that their blocs are joining forces in a bid to create a new government after weeks of political tensions following last month's parliamentary elections. Sadr's Sairoon Alliance won 54 seats in the May vote to become the largest bloc in Iraq's 329-seat parliament, while Abadi's alliance - once seen as a frontrunner - came in third, with just 42 seats. After a three-hour meeting on Saturday in the Shia holy city of Najaf, the two men issued issued a joint statement announcing they had set up a coalition. The statement said their alliance "transcends sectarianism and ethnic" issues "in order to speed up the formation of the new government and agree on the principles which serve the aspirations of our people". "We announce a cross-sectarian, cross-ethnic alliance to speed up forming the next government and to agree on common points that guarantee the interests of the Iraqi people," Sadr said at a news conference after the meeting. The joint statement did not mention an alliance al-Sadr formed earlier this month with the pro-Iranian former fighters under Hadi al-Amiri, whose list came second in the election with 47 seats. There was no immediate reaction from al-Amiri's camp, but al-Abadi said his pact with al-Sadr would not compromise the Shia leader's other alliance.

Ron is wrong, other countries aren't going to stop waging trade warfare against us until we fight back, not fighting back has hollowed out our economy and destroyed our middle class. Rising wealth inequality between ordinary Americans and the crony capitalists that have benefited from collaborating in the trade wars and their camp followers is making socialism dangerously popular as all of America is turned into a giant welfare ghetto.

That would be harder to do because they aren't concentrated in just one or two states where they are an overwhelming majority. Getting rid of multiple solid blue states will be good enough.

There is an American culture and while some Americans may share more or less of it foreigners share none of it until they are assimilated. So do trade wars waged by foreigners, people get hurt in wars so it is best to discourage others from waging them against you. "All taxation is theft" makes a nice bumper sticker but only anarchist really believe it, government has a legitimate role in life and minimal taxes to support that role aren't theft.

Washington told the main Syrian rebel factions they should not expect military support to help them resist a major government offensive to regain opposition-held parts of southern Syria bordering Jordan and the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. A copy of a message sent by Washington to heads of Free Syrian Army (FSA) groups, which was seen by Reuters, said the U.S. government wanted to make clear that “you should not base your decisions on the assumption or expectation of a military intervention by us.” More at: https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-mideast-crisis-syria-usa/syrian-rebels-say-washington-tells-them-it-wont-intervene-in-southern-syria-idUKKBN1JK00U?il=0

Russia bombed rebel-held parts of southern Syria late Saturday for the first time since brokering a ceasefire there nearly a year ago, a monitor group said, as allied regime troops prepare a ground assault.Southern Syria is a strategic prize for local and global players involved in the country's convoluted seven-year war. After securing the capital Damascus, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad appears keen to recapture the southern provinces of Daraa and Sweida, still mostly held by rebels. He has sent military reinforcements there for weeks, dropped flyers demanding rebels surrender, and escalated bombardment in recent days. Late Saturday night, his Russian allies bombed rebel-held towns in Daraa for the first time since the summer of 2017, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. "Intense Russian air strikes are hitting towns in Daraa's eastern countryside for the first time since the ceasefire was agreed in southern Syria last year," said Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman. The Observatory said the warplanes used Saturday -- based on type, location, munitions and flight patterns -- had come from the Russian-operated Hmeimim base in coastal Syria. The Britain-based monitor said at least 25 Russian strikes hit the rebel zones but did not have any casualty figures. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi warned on Saturday he would not allow militias to stockpile arms, two weeks after a weapons depot belonging to an armed group exploded in Baghdad. At least 16 people were killed and around 30 injured when the cache, owned by a group close to populist cleric Moqtada Sadr, blew up in his stronghold of Sadr City on June 7. "There are groups who have taken advantage of the war against (the Islamic State group) to stock up weapons in order to threaten the state," Abadi said at a conference at Baghdad's Defence University for Military Studies. "They wanted to be stronger than the state in order to blackmail civilians," he said. "This we will not allow." More at: https://www.yahoo.com/news/iraq-pm-warns-armed-groups-against-stockpiling-weapons-155904861.html This could lead to a civil war in a hurry.

Among other things, it defends dairy and non-beef fleshmeat (esp. fish) Notice also the participant choice and method are flawed: I suggest finding something better as evidence. ~hugs~

With that many let in the Demoncrats would not only help them vote illegally, they would start a campaign to grant them all citizenship. I can hear it now: "Republican racists want to keep brown people down as second class humans, end apartheid!" The communist in the OP is way ahead in the polls down there, even the social conservatives are socialists. It doesn't take all of them either, we are at risk from our own Demoncrats turning us into a communist country already.
