The Supreme Court on Thursday sided with a California church challenging Governor Gavin Newsom's restrictions on indoor worship services amid the spike in coronavirus infections, ordering a federal district court to revisit an earlier ruling against the religious institution. In a brief unsigned order with no noted dissents, the high court tossed out an order from the federal trial court in the Central District of California, which had upheld Newsom's restrictions. The justices sent the dispute back to the lower court for further consideration in light of its decision last week in a similar challenge to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's restrictions on houses of worship. The Department of Justice announced today that it filed a lawsuit against Facebook Inc. for discriminating against U.S. workers. The lawsuit alleges that Facebook refused to recruit, consider, or hire qualified and available U.S. workers for over 2,600 positions that Facebook, instead, reserved for temporary visa holders it sponsored for permanent work authorization (or “green cards”) in connection with the permanent labor certification process (PERM). The positions that were the subject of Facebook’s alleged discrimination against U.S. workers offered an average salary of approximately $156,000. According to the lawsuit, and based on the department’s nearly two-year investigation, Facebook intentionally created a hiring system in which it denied qualified U.S. workers a fair opportunity to learn about and apply for jobs that Facebook instead sought to channel to temporary visa holders Facebook wanted to sponsor for green cards. “The Department of Justice’s lawsuit alleges that Facebook engaged in intentional and widespread violations of the law, by setting aside positions for temporary visa holders instead of considering interested and qualified U.S. workers,” said Assistant Attorney General Eric S. Dreiband of the Civil Rights Division. “This lawsuit follows a nearly two-year investigation into Facebook’s practices and a ‘reasonable cause’ determination by the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. Our message to workers is clear: if companies deny employment opportunities by illegally preferring temporary visa holders, the Department of Justice will hold them accountable. Our message to all employers — including those in the technology sector — is clear: you cannot illegally prefer to recruit, consider, or hire temporary visa holders over U.S. workers.” More at:

Afghan government and Taliban representatives reached a preliminary deal on Wednesday to press on with peace talks, their first written agreement in 19 years of war and welcomed by the United States as a chance to halt the violence. The agreement lays out the way forward for discussion but is considered a breakthrough because it will allow negotiators to move on to more substantive issues, including talks on a ceasefire, even as Taliban attacks on Afghan government forces have continued unabated. "The procedure including its preamble of the negotiation has been finalised and from now on, the negotiation will begin on the agenda," Nader Nadery, a member of the Afghan government's negotiating team, told Reuters. The Taliban spokesman confirmed the agreement on Twitter. "A joint working committee was tasked to prepare the draft topics for the agenda (of peace talks)," a joint statement from both sides said.

As far as I can tell they have thrown out the case without looking at any evidence. They say there is no evidence because they refuse to look at it... That is what Superior Courts are for.

As would we all. The military option is the option of last resort. Unfortunately, we are nearing that point very quickly where it becomes the only resort. That is, if we want to keep the Republic like Franklin once said.

Are you not a Christian? Do you not believe Christ has sent the Holy Spirit into the world? Do you not believe that the Holy Spirit works within men? If you doubt the men, fine. But do not doubt the Holy Spirit working within them. God wins. And often times, through men.

Since Q is being mentioned... Here is one of Q’s earliest posts (Nov 2017), before the posts were even signed with “Q”: For those who have been following, this is going according to the plan. It had to be this way because unless the corruption is fully exposed, it cannot be fixed. Not when you are going against an entire corrupt system with such massive power and influence. The election was the greatest sting operation in our lifetime. DS actors, across many agencies and in both parties, in collusion with foreign enemies, caught in the act of destroying our nation not from invasion but from within.

Was never a "fan" of Trump. Look at post history.. However,,at this point he seems the best choice.. And it is exposing a lot.. so I am hopeful.. but I have no faith in men as a rule.

This will not be settled in the federal courts. This will be settled by the military. It is the only way. The planning has been for a very long time. Everyone’s true colors are now showing and the battle lines are being drawn. God stands for those who stand for truth and justice, and God wins. The light shines in the darkness and the darkness cannot comprehend it. Stand fast Patriots and pray.

Michael Moore Predicts Doomsday Virus Scenario for MAGA Nation: ‘Many of You Are Going to Die’ David Ng 3 Dec 2020 Filmmaker-activist Michael Moore attempted to reach across the aisle and speak directly to Trump supporters in the latest episode of his “Rumble” podcast this week. But he ended up using his olive branch to deliver a spanking, blaming MAGA nation for spreading the coronavirus and predicting that “many of you are going to die.” In his podcast, Moore plead with Trump supporters to wear masks and practice social distancing. “I don’t want you to die,” he said, adding perhaps jokingly that it would give him too easy a victory in his battle with the right.
