A largely underreported official state audit confirms that Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush lied about numerous illegal and unethical Alamo-related financial activities occurring on his watch, but the audit fails to tell Texans about the one-man ethical wrecking-ball George P. Bush is letting run more and more of the Alamo’s present and future: Douglass W. McDonald. McDonald gets paid multiple times by Texas taxpayers for the same activity, and the total amount he receives is secret. As Bush told senators Tue., Dec. 5, 2017, the full financials of his Alamo nonprofit matrix must be kept secret due to “wealthy and successful” board members worried about their “legal liability.” More at:

A popular podcast run by the man who went viral after defending himself against an Antifa member was banned by Facebook with no explanation or opportunity to appeal the decision. Panman and his cohost, Jason Lo, say their Facebook page “Titans of Liberty” was banned from Facebook without a notification, appeal process, or explanation for its removal last week. Speaking to Big League Politics, Lo explained that the page was, strangely, removed from Facebook without any of the platform’s usual procedures. “The page disappeared out of thin air, and it’s just gone,” said Lo. “No warning, no nothing.” Facebook typically warns users they are infringing on the platform’s community standards several times, temporarily suspending their ability to post in increments ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, and eventually escalate these punishments to the complete removal of a Facebook page. Rather than following this pattern, Facebook removed the “Titans of Liberty” page with no explanation, and Lo and Panman received no punishment on their personal profiles. Lo told Big League Politics he was given “No reason at all.” More at:

Just days after we exposed the possibility that Turkey is misrepresenting its dollar reserves (using swaps to inflate its levels), Bloomberg reports that the Erdogan administration has imposed soft capital controls on large retail dollar purchases to stem outflows. The lira has been rallying all day amid chatter of heavy bank-buying (at the suggestion of authorities to support debt auctions), but as headlines hit about the capital controls, the lira began to slide. Bloomberg reported that, in the latest sign of their increasingly interventionist approach to policy-making, Turkish authorities asked some of the nation’s primary dealers to support the government’s borrowing drive last week, according to three people with direct knowledge of the matter. And now banks should settle all retail transactions valued at $100,000 or higher one working day later, according to a document the banking regulator sent to lenders on Monday, which was seen by Bloomberg and verified by three bankers. This is a major red flag suggesting that Turkey (and/or its banks) are running dry of dollars to stem the capital flight. More at:

Western oil majors Total and Eni have suspended payments to the Russian companies that sold them contaminated crude via the Druzhba pipeline, in a new controversy in what trading sources described to Reuters as the “biggest Russian oil supply disruption ever.” Russian pipeline operator Transneft will compensate its customers for the losses they have sustained due to the contaminated crude oil, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said last week, noting that refiners must first prove their damage and loss in order to claim compensation. The supplies via the Druzhba pipeline are made according to Russian law, under which buyers first pay, and if they are not satisfied with the quality of the crude, they can claim damages and compensations. According to Reuters’ trading sources, western companies, including Eni and Total, have informed their Russian suppliers, including Rosneft, that they won’t be paying for the contaminated oil payments that were due on May 15. The western buyers are ready to pay when the damages become clear and when supplies of clean oil restart, Reuters sources say. The Russian oil supply contamination has disrupted the refinery operations of some companies. Total, for example, halted last week some of the units at its 230,000-bpd Leuna refinery in Germany to conduct technical checks. On Thursday, Total declared force majeure on shipments of refined oil products from the Leuna refinery. Meanwhile, commodity trading houses Vitol and Unipec are said to be trying to sell some of the contaminated Russian crude refused by European refiners to Asian buyers. Chinese independent refiners are the main target buyers, but no one is sure how much the crude should cost, how much it would cost to dilute it with clean oil to reduce the chlorine levels, and if it can be refined at all, trading sources tell Reuters. Texas is asserting its sovereign immunity against Congress, telling Democrats on two congressional committees this week that the state has no obligation to comply with their investigative demands. Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office says that as a state with sovereign powers under the Constitution, Texas can’t be treated like a federal agency or Cabinet secretary who can be compelled to comply. “Texas does not draw its authority from the United States or the United States Constitution, but from its status as a dual sovereign within the union,” Jeffrey C. Mateer, first assistant attorney general, wrote in a letter Monday to the House Oversight and Reform Committee. Mr. Mateer fired off a similar letter Wednesday to the House Ways and Means Committee rebuffing its attempts, saying the state wouldn’t stand to be treated like a “subdivision of the federal government or a private citizen.” “Granting Congress the power to exercise ‘oversight’ over the constitutional officers of a state engaged in the lawful exercise of that state’s core authority would undermine the fabric of our system of dual sovereignty,” Mr. Mateer wrote. Texas is objecting to Democrats’ requests for documents probing the state’s efforts to clean up its voter rolls, and documents detailing the state’s efforts to protect faith-based adoption and foster care providers against an Obama-era rule about working with same-sex couples. The clash could break new legal ground. Ken Cuccinelli, a former Republican attorney general in Virginia, said he never encountered the situation during his time in office, but he added that two constitutional principles are at stake: the sovereignty of states and the supremacy clause, which gives the federal government an edge in clashes with states.

The things Trump has done to buck the establishment are definitely not Kabuki but if you are so sure this is all Kabuki then why are you taking it seriously? And if it is all Kabuki wouldn't that mean Amash is selling out in participating in it? He never called for O'Bummer to be impeached for much worse crimes. Yes, you are certainly are, not only are you making an absolute fool out of yourself over taking the obstruction garbage seriously but then you agree with Tulsa that it is Kabuki and that anyone who takes it seriously is "special".

The FISA Court has already found that the illegal spying goes back at least four years before the 2016 elections. From the article : “The problem for Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Baker and all of them now is, is that the FISA court has already communicated with the Justice Department about its findings. And their findings are that for more than four years before the election of Donald Trump, there was an illegal spying operation going on by FBI contractors, four of them, to steal personal information, electronic information about Americans, and to use it against the Republican Party. There are going to be indictments. There’s going to be grand juries. John Brennan isn’t going to need one lawyer. He’s going to need five… The Obama administration, for more than four years before the 2016 election, allowed four contractors working for the FBI to illegally surveil American citizens, illegally. The FISA court has already found that.”
