The news interupted coverage of this shooting to report and literally gush over how much of a cool cat that the "prince" is. Also, YouTube altered its header logo (which I always use to get back to the main page for a fresh search) to link to the entire "royal" wedding. Seriously, it is very worrisome that there is such a public push for the ideal of a monarch on everybody--a truly antiquated, space-wasting useless form of government, and one that was born from blatant deception, lies, and fraud.

Yea, because Trump oh so always goes to that reliable bubble-boy-Billy for his personal STD advice and prevention. It was probably just a joke that flew right over bubble-boy's mess of a head. Unlike with the Hewlett-Packard Vectra (HPV) at least with HIV you can look forward to no longer having to deal with MS Windows...Oh zing!

Our federal government is not coextensive to enduring a national government. The several states are of a strong form of governance, existing as distinctly sovereign, excepting only that which is enumerated under the authority of our federal government. We are only democratic so far as our system of voting to elect accountable representatives and in certain respects goes beyond mere majority voting for things such as constitutional amendments, treaties, and tax increases; while, in all other political matters we are a constitutional republic, being of strictly defined powers.

Not sure if serious, but in either case, if its a semi-auto it is neither a military weapon nor can it do rapid spray firing--while altering weapons with external apparatuses is a completely separate issue to be addressed on its own merits.

This literally doesn't make any sense, only someone unfamiliar with the subject would even dare utter such nonsense; we are all now dumber for having read it. Congratulations to the people of Boulder, the bar you have lowered, has put you onto your own knees. Idiots.

The evidence does not fit that narrative regardless, no officer was injured and no damage occurred to the patrol vehicle or Hill's vehicle. The officers owed a duty to the driver to not remaining standing in its path when they could otherwise safely remained to the side (stepped aside or whatever), or call the suspect out of the vehicle from the sides and rear of their patrol vehicles, e.g. conduct a felony stop.

That was entirely unwarranted, they got him away from the hearing, their task was done at that point. There was no legal basis for them to rush him to the floor and force cuffs on him using five-whatever goons and wrestling tactics. And to another imperative point, the man was yelling that his arm had been dislocated in their abusive act (which means he has no control of his arm at the point and also that it is very will bounded up at the same time), and they all did not give a two-craps, it took that one black cop realizing they were being recorded by the woman to respect a dose of common sense and get his staff to knock it off. But this raising another issue that needs to be addressed with the Time, Place, and Manner rule of protesting and the ceasing of such protesting upon the lawful declaring of an unlawful assembly. It seems there was a bit of organized protesting taking place there, so are not the police in the wrong for forcing people to leave a public meeting that is under active protest by one or more individuals clearly there to voice their concerns. If these public officials are such epic snowflakes, then just have the meeting behind closed doors in a resisted area of their building. Really, let's dispense with the charades and disingenuous.

Funny, how they always throw that “I risk my life for my community every single day” in your face whenever their motives or actions are questioned, yet at the first assumption or hint of danger or threat they have their weapons out firing at people like they are playing Call of Duty—and in virtually every instance the officer(s) involved are either never taken for medical treatment or treated and released that same day. …Imagine if the NFL functioned like this and all the players were equipped with handguns throughout each game.

See this is what they always do when they seriously violate someone's civil liberties or engage in excessive force, manufacture and arrest and dump an array of felony and misdemeanor charges on a perjured report. The never admit that they were in the wrong and proffer their apologies.

If you do the math, a rough figure shows that 136-human bodies would need to be "holocausted" per hour, while running an operation 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, for 5-years non-stop. Noting that even using modern technology, it takes up to 3-hours to cremate one body in its own designated heat-sealed chamber. Might as well claim that the Pyramids were really build by ancient Nazi warriors.

Dafuk: “I’ve already had to utilize this unwritten rule once this semester” Well, boy it sure is a good thing it is called an “Open Mic” event, huh: “I don’t want students to think that your views are that of the Lifestyles Center…”, otherwise things could get petty confusing, oh wait, darn, too late. Well, excluding conservatives: “We do our best to provide a safe and inviting atmosphere for everyone.” By the way, did I mention these are all supposedly mature grownup adults: “A few of our students were deeply hurt by some of your remarks…” Resolved, libtardism thrives on avoidance and ignorance, but shrieks whenever it’s exposed to the reality of sunlight: “Moving forward, there will be written guidelines for performers, which I hate to have to do.”

If public employees/"officials" are seeking to use taxpayer funded monies and programs to punish and manipulate what is wholly lawful commerce then all such funding should be revoked and they can just pay into such programs using their own personal funds. This is seriously unethical and corrupt. Pension programs are to prepare for retirement and such, not to be implemented as tools for which to compel social change.

Now that is a very good question. Clearly, he didn't learn a single thing from Obama, you give them a car load of your most valuable foreign held prisoners, along with a crate filled with millions of Dollars, and then fly in $60,000 worth of succulent hot dogs and take Air-Force-One out for a long weekend of golfing in Hawaii.

Heh, because most criminals don't want to give away their booty, which is why their criminals--that and they are likely not even familiar with the laws they are violating, such as filing off the serial number to stolen firearms serves no useful purpose, but does get them a much more stiff felony added to their charges when the get caught, for example.

Well, reporting it is not a big issue, you just declare it as an approximate sum on your tax return, you don't need to enumerate the sources--excepting only during an audit--and even then the IRS cannot disclose this information to any other government agency or the public, unless by a court order. Pro tip: When it comes to filing taxes, using a tax attorney assures attorney-client privilege (i.e., they can tell the IRS to take a hike), while using a CPA or accounts do not (i.e., they have to fully cooperate with the IRS as to most all demands.)

That would be a charge pertaining to a failure to report income as opposed to failure to file an income tax return (e.g., sort of the distinction between Snipes and Schiff's charges.) Also, there are actually federal tax statutes that permit for any taxpayer to request for the IRS to assess their taxes for them, which are very detailed in the Fed. Regulations, same as for establishing a claim for refund, etc. And to note, if he was making money on the side that too would most likely have already been reported to the IRS as most places do so, such as when banking transactions, investments, professional contractors, etc. And there is no justification to much such presumptions or to believe somebody has illicitly gained or profited monies throughout the year.

An individual should not never be charged with failure to file when the SSA/IRS has already been provided all of their information by their employer and withholding has been ongoing... This is yet another example of gross DOJ incompetence, misapplying criminal tax statutes in order to extort from the public through unwarranted fear tactics. The IRS should simply provide them notice of their assessed taxes if nothing has been filed by the deadline, and provide them a reasonable period of time to contest the assessment before either being mailed a refund or demand of payment by the IRS, and then still being afforded the right to subsequently amend that determination. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.

Also just for comparison, they could likely file a retaliatory eviction claim, this is Cal. Law, so not applicable to their case exactly: “Cal. Civ. Code § 1942.5(d) Notwithstanding subdivision (a), it is unlawful for a lessor to increase rent, decrease services, cause a lessee to quit involuntarily, bring an action to recover possession, or threaten to do any of those acts, for the purpose of retaliating against the lessee because he or she has lawfully organized or participated in a lessees’ association or an organization advocating lessees’ rights or has lawfully and peaceably exercised any rights under the law. In an action brought by or against the lessee pursuant to this subdivision, the lessee shall bear the burden of producing evidence that the lessor’s conduct was, in fact, retaliatory.”

“In questions of power, then, let no more be said of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” - Thomas Jefferson “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is a instrument for the people to restrain the government...” - Patrick Henry “Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt.” – Samuel Adams “About to enter, fellow-citizens, on the exercise of duties which comprehend everything dear and valuable to you, it is proper you should understand what I deem the essential principles of our Government, and consequently those which ought to shape its Administration. I will compress them within the narrowest compass they will bear, stating the general principle, but not all its limitations. Equal and exact justice to all men, of whatever state or persuasion, religious or political; peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none; the support of the State governments in all their rights, as the most competent administrations for our domestic concerns and the surest bulwarks against antirepublican tendencies; the preservation of the General Government in its whole constitutional vigor, as the sheet anchor of our peace at home and safety abroad; a jealous care of the right of election by the people -- a mild and safe corrective of abuses which are lopped by the sword of revolution where peaceable remedies are unprovided; absolute acquiescence in the decisions of the majority, the vital principle of republics, from which is no appeal but to force, the vital principle and immediate parent of despotism; a well-disciplined militia, our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war till regulars may relieve them; the supremacy of the civil over the military authority; economy in the public expense, that labor may be lightly burthened; the honest payment of our debts and sacred preservation of the public faith; encouragement of agriculture, and of commerce as its handmaid; the diffusion of information and arraignment of all abuses at the bar of the public reason; freedom of religion; freedom of the press, and freedom of person under the protection of the habeas corpus, and trial by juries impartially selected. These principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation. The wisdom of our sages and blood of our heroes have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith, the text of civic instruction, the touchstone by which to try the services of those we trust; and should we wander from them in moments of error or of alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty, and safety.” – Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address, 1801

Well, so far as such is established under common law (case law) and accordingly as by our guaranteed republic form of government--in accordance with our Creator granted rights to life, liberty and our pursuits of happiness. Still, it has been stated that: "the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."

Rights already granted by means of statutory or common law cannot be negated through contracts with private parties, even if agreed to, such stipulations will fail when contested in a just court of law. The authority of property owners over their tenants is not limitless, their actions are beset by existing law and their renter's immutable rights, e.g., landlords cannot require a rental condition of having CCTV running throughout each of their rental units, make entry into whatever rental unit they wish upon their own desire, force you to make your own repairs or pay for the associated costs, prohibit visitors, compel all tenants to attend Sunday gathers at the local park, eat only fish on Friday, standby for closet and sock drawer inspections, check in before curfew, etc.
