What agency will be in charge of confiscating 400 million firearms? They will need the help of local law enforcement. In larger cities it won't be a problem, but in rural "backwoods" different story. I can already see the headline: County Sheriff arrests Federal Agent. The Feds would then send more Agents. This would happen all over the county and there are more civilians than federal agents so what could they do?

I don't see door to door confiscation happening anytime soon. I do see some people having their weapons taken. The so called "patriots" who are dumb enough to post pictures of themselves on facebook in front of their weapons cache. With some cheesy caption like " I dare you libtards to come take them." Yeah you will be labeled a crazy person and your stuff will get taken.

Only military retires are subject to the UCMJ they are collecting a pension. If a person does 4 years active duty gets out completes their 4 year inactive reserve time. They are not subject to the UCMJ. Prove me wrong paste a link to the reg.
