I'm not saying I agree with eating cats under any circumstances, wild or pet. (For that matter I don't eat pork either). But if we're speaking stricktly from a conservation point of view..... People's property should not be eaten without permission being it chick, goat, cat or dog. We have a personal aversion to dog, cat and horse eating (and folks outside of Louisiana to eating rat) because of our convensions. And we expect our "common spaces" to not be hunted because....we'll we're a domesticated bunch. I sincerely doubt there are any documented cases of African immigrants passing for Ukranian. Arabs? Maybe. Africans? No. If you have a verifiable source please share. But the point I was making with the video is that the U.N. was pushing the idea of white European refugees at a time when there was no (to my knowledge) European refugee crisis going on.
