Judge Nap thinks this could be entirely legitimate. I could see Trump being sloppy and playing fast and loose with the rules on classified docs. I could also see the DOJ/FBI planting evidence and having an axe to grind:

This is interesting because usually you can say anything you want against public figures and candidates so long as it isn't designed to hurt their personal business. I wonder if this case breaks new ground?

Freedom of Speech.. Freedom comes with Responsibility.. Far too many think it means you can say Anything.. You Can't. ,, and that needs to be reinforced. Slander, and degrading insults, "Fighting Words",, are not protected Speech. A Timely Lesson.

I still fail to find any actual crime alleged.. I can only find allegations of conspiracies,, with no articulated crime beyond being Donald Trump. and I can not conceive how a search Warrant could possibly be Valid. as a warrant must be specific,, and of correct Jurisdiction.. I can't see any way there could be a Valid Warrant based on an anonymous Tip. from another Jurisdiction. stinky hinky, regardless of who you are

He introduced me to liberty in 2006, before I knew about Ron Paul. His video series course was a game changer for my understanding of politics, government, and the Constitution. I wish more people had taken his course. When Ron came on the scene in 2007 I was instantly aware of his ideals because Michael had already explained them in his course. I still have Mike's signed book sitting next to me here at my desk on my bookshelf.

I think Trump needs Ron Paul maybe more than he knows. :cool:

I have a personal history of how the FBI will set someone up. They did it to my brother when he was only 17 years old. Our family was in a serious crisis because our father was dying. We were all concerned about what was happening my brother was trying to find a way to support our family the FBI moved in on him and set him up while lawyers and chemist who were in on the "deal" severed not one single day in prison. My brother was taught by and FBI agent how to shoot up dope and manufacture meth amp. He went to prison for 6 years. He was in prison when dad died and also strangely in prison when my mother died years later. My mother and father both wanted to see him so bad before they died and it made their deaths harder than it had to be. Because of his conviction it made it almost impossible for him to get a real job so he kept dealing for years and was very strung out on crack and pills for years. The good part is that today he is a free man and living his best life with his child and grand children. Thank God for that.
