The news just keeps getting weirder and weirder. I'm starting to wonder how much of this is indirect effects of #DeepFakes. I'm not saying that Trump/Giuliani faked anything, but could the team have been intentionally spoon-fed a DeepFaked hard-drive image in order to create an "aura" of suspicion around the wrong people? This was more than two years ago. The technology has already improved by leaps and bounds since this video was made.

The problem with crooks (and those who aid and abet them, wittingly or unwittingly) is that they assume that winning the battle means winning the war. When the wicked conspire against the innocent (those who are vulnerable/blind/disabled), they are no longer fighting the innocent, but God Himself. They can win every single battle and then lose the war in a single stroke, in fact, that is exactly what is going to happen. Repent now, the Kingdom of God on earth is at hand!

In context, it just doesn't make sense. A pin to the back of the neck on a prone person could not compress "one or both sides" of a person's neck unless they were being pinned down onto something else, like a thick rope under tension. I realize the language "The MPD authorizes two types of neck restraints" could be construed to mean that pinning someone by their neck when prone is not authorized but I think that's a misreading of the entire section, which isn't addressing pins at all. I haven't dug into the details of the legal case, but I'm willing to bet that a massive percentage of the police in this country have routinely used the neck-pin that was used on Floyd, and that in many of those cases, it has been applied for longer durations than 8 minutes. The point is that Chauvin's use-of-force in this situation is (or at least was) pretty routine. This is nowhere near Rodney King territory. My personal view is that police should not be using this technique (except in limited applications, such as against soft ground, or as part of a momentary control while performing some other restraint technique), but I also think it's (yet another) travesty of justice to sacrifice Chauvin to appease the BLM mob, which is what is really happening here.

Technical note: Section 5-311 is not talking about the neck pin used on Floyd, it is talking about choke restraints (applied to the front of the neck) using the hands, arms or legs. Such chokes can render a person unconscious without killing them (and they can also cause death) by disrupting the blood supply to the brain as well as constricting air-flow (thus reducing oxygenation of the blood). The neck pin puts pressure on the spine at the base of the skull and can cause serious injury or death by pinching, rupturing or even severing the spinal cord.

Isn't it a conflict-of-interest to ask the training coordinator from MPD to testify in respect to what was authorized in this situation? If Chauvin is found guilty, lawsuits against MPD have almost no chance of succeeding since they can just cite the case as "criminal misconduct" by one of their officers, for which they are not liable. On the other hand, if Chauvin is acquitted, MPD will almost certainly be sued and the chances that the lawsuit(s) succeed is greater unless they can separately "prove" that Chauvin was civilly liable, even if he was not found criminally liable. And note that I'm not raising any kind of "red flag" about this relatively minor issue because the entire case is a gigantic red flag. No, cops should not be liberally applying all these extremely dangerous coercive combatives on people but the root cause of that is that police are not being held individually accountable along the entire spectrum of force (and injuries caused by that). Until somebody dies, literally nothing happens. And then once somebody dies, it becomes a "national tragedy" aka "national circus." So of course police are reckless. If the guy on the next shift has to sweep up the flour I spill, I'm going to chuck those flour bags as fast as possible, broken bags be damned. I don't have to be "literally Hitler" to not care about the flour-bags (or body-bags, as the case may be), it's just human nature to cut corners that are not actually enforced...

I don't have time to watch that rn so I'm not directly commenting on the topic of this thread. I wanted to point out that this thread and links to other news items about rapes by fake cops pulling people over expose one of the deeper problems with police-state tyranny. The idea of the police-state is supposed to be that they have so much power that "nobody" will dare to impersonate them. But it's exactly the opposite -- the more power you invest into a piece of tin and flashing red-and-blues, the more incentive private criminals have to imitate it! And there's absolutely nothing "counterfeit-proof" or even "counterfeit-resistant" about the identifying marks which are supposed to indicate to the private citizen that he or she must comply immediately with all verbal commands, no matter how unreasonable, on pain of instant, on-the-spot execution. So the only thing standing between the typical private citizen and rape/murder by a cop-impostor (leaving aside the rapes and murders committed by cops on the payroll) is a set of red-and-blue strobe lights ($20), a pair of handcuffs (good ones will set you back $200), a badge ($250 if you want to get a really good replica), a "cop-looking" outfit -- which can even be regular jeans and a polo-shirt, stenciled with a name (not yours) and a department logo (let's say $200 to be generous) and happen to have a late-model vehicle that would be driven as an unmarked patrol car. So, for less than $1,000, any rape-o or slasher that happens to own an Impala or some other vehicle that is used for unmarked patrols can set himself up as a 100% legit police patrolman, cuff you, and then proceed to do whatever he feels like doing to you. That's absolutely bonkers insane. This problem existed before, but the difference is that the police were legally restrained -- there was always some risk to the individual police officer for being too belligerent, refusing to provide proper identification, and so on. So in order to put cops in a perfectly protected cocoon of absolute job-safety, the police unions (aided and abetted by the NWO-types in "high places") have turned every minor traffic stop into a mini-SWAT standoff. And this is all perfectly normal, nothing-to-see-here, of course that's how things should be done. That's how all the talking-heads act until they actually get put under the jackboot themselves. Only then do they finally see the light of day and understand the difference between police operating within the constraints of personal legal liability for misconduct (crimes, really), and the liability-free model created and imposed by the absolutely bananas police unions. Bananas.

They love violence, they worship violence, they have an infinite appetite for violence and anything that gets in between them and the "beautiful" footage of US munitions falling on foreign lands (quote-marks are from a remark made by Brian Williams, I'll search it up if you need a reference) is literally the devil. By starving the MIC Beast, Trump has committed the unpardonable sin. Death is too good for him. They want nothing less than medieval public punishment. Strip him, whip him... hell, bring back crucifixion. It should go on for days. That's the true mindset behind the MIC Beast.

Meh, let's not get into fear-mongering. Those who are (truly) determined not to comply will always be able to find a way around it. How's that "war on drugs" going? :rolleyes: The real loss here is that we have a generation of children who are being conditioned by blatant fear-mongering. My only hope for this generation is that the "elites" have overdone it so badly that even the kids are seeing through it. Kids will tentatively accept what adults say because they know they have no better sources of information. But there is this thing called "the Internet". Kids are not as dumb as we adults like to think. Push it too far, and they will start seeing through the mask. And the damage cannot be undone... children who learn to doubt "the powers that be" can never again be tamed/domesticated... they are forever beyond domestication (TPTB's worst-case scenario, created by their own power-mongering, fear-mongering and blind greed...)

This is the smart play. If you take seriously the idea that the US government has been taken over from within by a soft-coup of native-born traitors and foreign "elites" (mostly of European/British origin, not Chinese), then why are you marching out in the public square to show your strength/numbers/preparation??? Do you seriously think you can intimidate people who literally have their trigger finger on the world's largest nuclear arsenal? Not to mention the world's strongest military (by a long-shot) and up-armored, militarized police. If it must go to civil war (let us pray it never comes to that!), then the time to roll out in force is after the enemy is weakened and economically strangulated by the collapse of their own "system". You can't attack Panem while a steady stream of Tributes continues to flow in... That's why I posted the MIAC report... I wonder how many names on that report are also supporters of this bill?
