Given what we now know about how dirty the Deep State really is, couldn't it be possible that both Trump and Paul are correct, just coming at the problem from different angles? Ron Paul made a heroic, lifelong attempt at calling the Deep State's bluff, literally living out the script of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. He filibustered, he sponsored, he blocked, he voted contrary, he investigated, he did oversight, etc. He did everything a concerned citizen can lawfully do within the constraints of the System in order to oppose the corruption. Trump has always been pro-America and he has always been clear that he is in business to make money, which is a traditional American value. Businesses that lose money ought to go bankrupt and incompetents should be fired. Trump still believes that old-fashioned "nonsense" and, yes, being pro-American, pro-business and pro-market is a traditional (conservative) American outlook. While Ron Paul has a heart of gold, a heart of gold is not sufficient to clean out the DC Swamp because the Swamp is playing way, way outside of the law, while constraining patriots like Ron Paul to only using means within the law in order to change the System. And that's where somebody like Trump is useful. The meaning of "law" at the highest echelons of power, really is fuzzy and unclear, so you need somebody who will use that fuzziness for the good of the people, instead of using it to enslave them, as the Swamp has been doing since at least 1913. Shamelessly. I was not pro-Trump in 2016 (and didn't vote for him). I would still not call myself "pro-Trump" but I'm certainly not anti-Trump. And as far as I can tell, Paul's view of Trump largely tracks with my own, over time. Sure, he's got a lot of questionable policy opinions. But the purpose of the Executive was never to set policy in the first place, that's what Congress is supposed to do. The Executive is supposed to, well, execute policy. And the problem that Trump has tried to take on is that the entire apparatus of government has become corrupt to the point that it seems only a CC would be able to correct it; yet we all know what would happen if there were a CC (Dems would seize the opportunity to flood it with fake voting, fraud, etc.) So yes, extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. Perhaps Trump still yet has some role to play in that...

It's just not that simple. The wicked have woven themselves like a malignant cancer around all the vital nerves and arteries in the body. Any attempt to "just cut it out" will result in instant death (which is the true goal of the innermost cabal, anyway, they are a suicide-cult.) It has to get a lot worse before it can get better.

Springboarding off that tweet, this frame-grab from one of the videos is extremely illustrative of what is happening all around the world today: A lot of conservatives are terrified of the "All-Seeing-Illuminati", aka the mass-surveillance state. But what, really, is there to fear? Look at the sequence of events in this specific interaction. What does the law-abiding Portlander who is just recording events as they happen -- not even in an aggressive "in-your-face" fashion -- have to fear from these shit-smearing losers? Absolutely nothing, at least, not in the form of legal repercussions. The point is that the crooks themselves are the ones shoving the camera in the face of any innocent bystander who is just keeping a record of events in order to "intimidate" them. But what is intimidating about a crook saying, "I'm watching you!" OK, and so what, jackoff? John 3:19-21 says:

He is pretty quotable. Some notes that are obvious to liberty folks but may not be obvious to the mainstream (and, therefore, deserve to be highlighted): - We are proponents of progress; for that reason, we oppose "progressivism" because it is the opposite of progress, as proved by a century of its fruits. - We are proponents of freedom and the right of the people to establish government to protect that freedom; for that reason, we oppose "democracy" because it is the opposite of freedom. We often use the word "democracy" as a synonym for "freedom" and that's just part of the vernacular (can't fight it). But what populist tyrants mean by the word "democracy" is something more like what Twitter means by "free speech" -- in reality, it's just a giant megaphone comprised of paid/kept shills that amplify the will of the despot. That's not democracy-as-in-freedom and we oppose it. - We are proponents of peace and for that reason we oppose the military industrial complex. This is obvious to a lot of people except to the ones to whom it's not. Bombs don't bring freedom, they bring death. It's not 1944 anymore. - We are proponents of general prosperity and we acknowledge that the concentration of wealth in the hands of a tiny kleptocracy is a clear sign that the economy is being controlled by robber-barons. For this reason, we oppose socialism in all its variations because socialism is only ever a cover for more corruption and kleptocracy. We also oppose the vernacular meaning of the word "capitalism", which people generally use to refer to nepotism, cronyism, lobbying, and sweetheart protectionism. Genuine market freedom is how the little guy is most robustly protected. Commercial regulations invariably saw the bottom rungs of the small-business ladder and government small-business initiatives end up turning into a contest where the government picks winners and losers through various forms of economic favoritism. Bankruptcy and liquidation is an essential and ineradicable component of a truly free market. Laws regulating usury and repossession prevent abusive and criminal behaviors. The result of following private property and free exchange (the basic principles of free market) is that small businesses, apprentices, new competitors, etc. have the best possible chance of success against established players. The market can never provide a guarantee of success but we all realize that something is amiss when the "market" punishes more efficient competitors and rewards less efficient ones. The problem is that regulation is always used as a cover for protectionism and cronyism.

The left are the kept-pets of the clown-"elites", who are slaveholders. We're the slaves. The slaveholders will never "move away" -- who would mop their floors and scrub their toilets? This is why the world is careening towards an unprecedented cataclysm...
