Succession is the only long term solution. They will never stop trying to infect as many vulnerable young people with the socialistic parasite. Keeping our children away is the only way to prevent infection. These people cannot be reasoned with, debated against, or persuaded, no matter how well intentioned, honorable, and respectful that we are. We are coming to these realizations as we speak.

..Annnnnnnnnnd he botched it. Default disappointment, here we are! He was in a strong position, then dangled this stinker out there as part of the negotiations, making him look yet again, unnecessarily weak. This is the stuff we are used to at this point with him, 1 step forward, 3 steps back. He knows with 100% certainty how much this angers his base, yet he does so anyways. He actually has had moments to grow his base when withdrawing troops out of the middle east and committing to the shut down, but then pulls this and undoes most of that progress.

Zippyjuan join date: February 2008. Certainly if you have been around here since then, you would know that Ron Paul, the namesake of this website, has been attempting to audit the Fed before and after that time, and his efforts have been continued by his son Rand, and allies in the house Amash and Massie. You would also know that there have been great efforts on this website, to aid, donate, and help in any way possible towards this effort. Now I realize you make it an obligation to interfere and disrupt nearly every meaningful thread on this subforum, but do so under the guise that you are just a caring and friendly Ron Paul supporter that happens to have a few disagreements here and there with some of the fellow board members. Well I gotta say, you blew it on this one. I don't think you are going to get the typical entourage of supporters here to back you up, because if they come out trying to defend you on this issue, pretending that the Fed is audited in any serious way, they are going to lose a lot of clout which they cannot afford to lose, in order to maintain good liberty loving board member presence. Just a little too strong on a topic that has a lot of backing by people that actually support and understand Ron Paul.. wait for more Trump-centric topics to go all in on, that way you can still pretend to be a Ron Paul supporting freedom fighter, yet achieve the necessary divisiveness and demoralization.

He's going to give the Democrats an ultimatum of a week or two to come to the table and negotiate, and if they fail, he will be declaring a national emergency in order to get funds from the Pentagon to pay for the wall. But in all honesty, it feels like it's going to be the default disappointment. He could keep the momentum going, keep the government shut down, continue making fools of the Democrats, continue making fools of the deep state run media, etc, but he will do something that slips himself up and betrays his base instead. That's what it often feels like, but you never know until he actually commits. The Syria and Afghanistan announcements were massive surprises, praying it's something like that, but not exactly hopeful. Either way, enjoying the hilarity of the Democrat elites squirming like crazy with the Great Flight Cancellation and Great Bus Fiasco of 2019.

He's the neocon puppet that is trying to appeal to the millennials to steer them away from non-interventionism and make some kind of senate or presidential run when the time is right. The thing is people can already see through the obvious facade way before he does this, so it's already too late for him. His denouncing of Roseanne Barr, but then support of James Gunn kind of made his hypocrisy undeniable and he's been struggling since.

Well at least we know now for certain which talking points will get you some of the most ire. Speaking up and defending whites, no matter the intensity, is worse than just about any other political misstep in 2019. The only thing that might be worse is being guilty of "Islamophobia" or antisemitism, but it feels like standing up for people of European ancestry is neck and neck with the former and will soon take the crown over the latter. Look at the response and how quickly the earth beneath his feet has been removed. Whether or not this is a psyop and he is a willing participant, it doesn't matter, the message is that you can no longer stand up for whites without extreme consequences for even saying the most mild things. And the best part is this is being cheered on worldwide as people of all walks of life, including whites themselves, pat themselves on the back for so virtuously pointing out how terrible European/western culture is and how it needs to be forever punished. Like someone mentioned in a post a few days ago, chopping the legs out from underneath the strongest groups will make it that much easier to control the masses when the strongest are no longer there to protect the weak. This is the direction we are being pushed towards. And I don't think the targeted group is going to take this lightly.

Does this mean they are fleeing back to Puerto Rico for more partying? They clearly are not interested in negotiating anything due to the illusion (delusion?) the shutdown is benefiting the Dems side. Time will tell, but what we don't have to wait around to determine is the spite and lack of any actual urgency by the house leadership to resolve the issue. Fine with me.

It seems like the current goal is to fill all political discourse with conspiracies every which way so as to confuse people to the point of no longer knowing what to trust anymore. This dilutes and takes away the value of uncovering truth and shining light on important topics, because if everything is a conspiracy theory, the value and importance of truth becomes lessened. This seemed to have begun in full force once the truth was unveiled about topics that were once considered only conspiracy theory, such as the "deep state", the "shadow government" as recent as 3 years ago, and is now widely accepted as existing. Since these topics became recognized and mainstream, literally every topic is apparently a conspiracy theory and there is no longer a foundation for truth left and the msm is playing a heavier hand in this than at any point prior. Everything is questioned and we are supposed to get lost in the weeds. Whether or not this actually succeeds is unknown, but I get the feeling people are seeing through the debris and the lies since truth has a way of stubbornly avoiding being discarded entirely.

Seems inevitable at this point. There are just too many skeletons in each parties respective closets at this point and more seems to be coming out nearly every single day. We literally found a "skeleton" in a closet of a top Dem donor just days ago. You can't make this stuff up. I think good people have just about had enough and trust for politicians is at an all time low. And electing in new politicians never seems to help either. I'm not saying this is going to happen over night, but sooner than anticipated.

They are the uniparty at the end of the day, good cop, bad cop routine, whatever you want to call it. Right now it's the Democrats turn to be the bad cop. That's all this is. We shouldn't necessarily be striving to make each party better, they will work together at the direction of the deep state to do whatever is necessary to achieve the deep state's objectives, switching up the roles as needed, despite our best efforts. So we have to eventually end these political parties (and the idea of them, lest they come back in an alternate form), thereby ending the control by the deep state over supposedly free people, but that seems like a long ways off, although not nearly as far away as once thought. Yeah, the Repubs are a little better than the Dems, but they still both work for the same bosses. In the meantime, carrying on as we have seems to be effective. We are making a mockery of the process right now, with or without Trump, and it will continue after he is gone. Both parties look like goons, hired mercenaries for more powerful entities. The msm is in constant desperation mode and on the run, and as soon as their trust by the people is depleted, the constant protection of the political parties and their false leaders will end as well. I'm not saying things are going to be pretty, it's going to get ugly the closer we get to ending this, it already is ugly, so you know something is coming. It feels like the "union" will be shattered into many pieces when all is said and done and replaced with smaller more localized government. Good. As long as we keep going on this path we will eventually not have to worry about which side of the uniparty is going to be in power, it's just not going to matter anymore, because the illusion of needing them to operate government will end. And I know this sounds overly optimistic, maybe it is. If you take a step back and look at where we were.. say.. 20 years ago and where we are now, you can see many of the ideas of liberty are more popular now moreso than at any point in many decades. Your average man and woman are seeing many of the things we were railing about 10-20 years ago. They are just seeing it now, so it takes a lot of time for the masses to wake up, so I can understand the frustration.

Any non pro-wall/anti-wall measured responses on this issue out there? Would love to see some non-patronizing non-snarky comments coming from either side to start making some sense of this debate. But perhaps we have already reached the point of no return and snark and straw mans have already become the dominant form of polemics here.

Based on the fact that this is seemingly taking precedence over ending the government "shutdown", it's now painfully clear where the priorities of those in our countries top lawmaking body truly lies. Protect and defend Israel and it's interests, at the cost of endless Americans' prosperity and lives.

There exists the possibility that the article is true and keeping an open mind entertaining this as a legitimate theory simply means we are still sane. But I agree, if it is true, what does that leave us with, what are our options, where do we go from here? Sitting around and critiquing everything, without ever having any solution or hope makes you akin to those curmudgeonly muppets at the theater, whining and grumbling about everything. So we heard the hypothesis. Ok. Great. Now what? I have yet to hear what the response to this theory is, given that it is true, and given that we are potentially pinned between a rock and a hard place. How do we get out of said place and why are we so busy talking about just how screwed we are rather than talking about how we can not be screwed? Everyone that mentions this as their operating theory, whether on these boards or elsewhere, seems to never have any idea what to do based on this theory. Ok, Trump is evil, working for the elites, and he has it in for us, and we are fools. Ok. Got it, for the 10,000th time. Is there anything else to say beyond that or should we be focusing intently on the doom like everyone is that keeps parroting this theory. Is that the best course of action, doom harvesting? It certainly is interesting and I want to learn more if more evidence comes in, but I don't want to follow the naysayers by adding my own pile of self pity and defeat. Let's get some actionable ideas going on how we should be dealing with this if this is indeed the case and what we, as liberty lovers, can do to help shape the future given the circumstances. Until then, it just sounds like it's fear and hopelessness preaching with no direction and no goals.

If they can, socially speaking, turn the strongest into the weak, and the weakest into the strong, then they can dominate and impose their will that much more easily on every country, culture, and person in the world. Which is what has been happening for well over 50 years worldwide. As long as it continues to work, why would they ever let up or "come to their senses"? Until there is actual push back that this will not be tolerated, they will continue marching in this direction and pulling every dimwitted "cognitively underprivileged" person right along for the ride.

Can we do the right thing for once and just dissolve the FDA? No more tinkering with this or that, just end it. Most of the food we are consuming in this country is virtually hormone/pesticide/herbicide loaded and obesity inducing poison and it's all FDA approved. How is anyone still taking this agency seriously.

Hopefully Rand, while he has Trump's attention, is sending him every debate video clip made during both the 2008 and 2012 campaigns by all of us and the interwebs about all of the needless bases and military expansionism over the previous 70 years. Not that I'm expecting it, but if he is willing to draw down out of a few countries, maybe he will draw down in some other areas.

Still need an answer for this. I haven't seen or heard a major push in any of the major asian countries for diversity even though they are far more homogeneous than US/Canada/Europe and they make up a much larger portion of the total world population than all other racial groups. Why is there little to no push to have these countries accept refugees, the same push we are seeing with US/Canada/Europe? Why is there nearly no public pressure for any of these major asian countries to accept refugees and instead all of the pressure falls on a select few. If diversity, and thereby the purported goal of spreading liberty and productivity for humanity in general, then starting with these enormous asian populations and diversifying them would seem to be the best place to lobby for and put pressure, however, this does not appear to be happening, neither on these forums, nor in the msm. So again, why is the focus on Eurocentric countries and not others?
