True - but the real story here is the money-making scheme created by our government to bring in a bunch of culturally unassimilated people to use as indentured servants. BTW, that's YOUR money!

Unreal. I'll withhold judgment until we learn more, but for now, the comments from the left are already insane! Some saying Trump staged it (sound familiar?), some hoping one of these guys succeeds to finally put an end to this, and lots calling for gun control. Damn, these people are brainwashed.

Sorry, I'm more inclined to believe the residents than I am government officials or corporate media. They haven't exactly been the most trustworthy of sources related to immigration, or any topic for that matter. I will concede that I haven't heard directly from eyewitnesses who saw cats, but with multiple eyewitnesses saying they've seen the refugees killing ducks at the park, it's no wonder why people may be thinking this is what's happening to their missing pets. Any chance you want to address the larger issue of the indentured servitude and the money-making schemes related to the refugees in Springfield and other cities???

A plastic talking head reading lines from a teleprompter is not evidence. A city manager with his own interests telling you he has no credible evidence is literally not evidence. What's your point? I've heard the complaints from residents at the meetings. I've seen video testimonials of people taking about the ducks. There is evidence of increased traffic violations from unlicensed drivers. So, if you're talking what you believe to be true, then you're gonna have to do better than, "people told me they didn't see it".

Some people may call that eyewitness reports and alternative media. But I guess if it doesn't go through the corporate media filters, then it isn't good for you.

So, here's the thing... In his very Trumpian way, Trump actually stumbled into a very important but complex issue. And it's happening all across the country. Buried deep in those thousand page bills are lots of goodies for anyone who is declared a "refugee". But to get those goodies, you need to work through the government bureaucracies. Enter in the 3rd party agents. These are the people and businesses that secure the power of attorney for these people, take a nice little chunk off the top, then secure housing for them and find them work. The more refugees you can get, the more money you make. And then, you find cities with depressed housing, allow your corporate partners to buy up that housing, rent rooms out to the agents who can then use those rents as a means to make more money from the government. Meanwhile, if any of the refugees starts acting up, you threaten them with deportation - effectively making them indentured servants. Due to the refugee status, these agents are sell their labor to other business that can get passed the immigration checks since they're technically "documented" undocumented immigrants. The city managers benefit from increased power and resources, and an indirect influx of government money. The agents benefit by "owning" as many people as they can. The corporations that bought the cheap housing benefit since the rents they can charge are being paid for by the government. And it all works out fine until there's a lack of cultural assimilation on the part of the "migrants". Meanwhile, housing costs go up. The local citizenry has to compete for resources. Local customs and norms give way. And the towns become shells of what they once were. And this is 20,000 people in Springfield, but it's happening all over! Government-created problems.

Yes, that's another aspect of being pro-life. Trump believed all the lies that the vaccines were safety-tested, that they were 100% effective against COVID-19, and, most egregiously, that he was responsible for the success of getting the vaccines out through "Operation Warp Speed." He gambled with the lives of desperate Americans, and like you've said, to this day, he prides himself in getting the vaccines pushed through.

Yes, I know that Trump has done way more public engagement than Kamala. My point is Trump was outsmarted by a really stupid candidate because he allowed his own ego to get the best of him and fell into her traps. And it's his ego which will be his undoing, just as his ego kept him from being judged by Republican Primary voters in his refusal to participate in those debates.

It's a single issue which is connected to a network of other positions. That single issue is pro-life. To be pro-life means that you care for the preservation of innocent life both inside and outside of the womb, and that incorporates the prohibition of conflicts and wars which will lead to the unnecessary, if not, unethical, termination of civilians who have nothing to do with posing a national threat. It has been shown countless times that the nation-state of Israel is using certain events to justify a campaign of genocide towards an ethnic/national group of people who are not terrorists. As a Christian, I'm against any candidate who will support another nation killing my people (that is, Palestinian Christians) for political and religious reasons. Trump's unadulterated support of Israel offsets his commitment to end the conflict over in Ukraine and Russia, even if he claims, "I just want the dying to stop." He wants to stop the killing of Ukrainian and Russian lives, but he's okay with Palestinians (and even Israelis) being killed because "Israel needs to be feared by her enemies again." Therefore, as a "sInGlE-iSsUe VoTeR," I feel justified in not supporting Trump at all, and I'm sick and tired of people like you trying to justify "voting for the lesser of two evils."

Yeah, hard to argue with that. You know I'm not a Trump fan whatsoever. But he's also a mixed bag. We all know the horrible picks, but we did get some decent nominations from him too. Nothing like that will happen under the regime puppets.

Evidence, man! Evidence. What makes you think there's good on the other side of the crash? Because I have children and grandchildren. The evidence (and history) is telling me that the power structures will use any crash to further clamp down, further steal the wealth, further censor, and further restrict liberty. It seems like you're hoping for that to push people to fight back harder? I prefer the Massie approach - take the wins where you can get them and hold on while people get braver.

Had it been the other way around, the first question would have been, "Mr. Trump, 6 weeks ago, there was an attempt on Vice President Harris' life where she was shot in the head, another man was killed and 2 other people were injured. What do you say to people who think your rhetoric may have contributed to this?"

So, I would say that it was the ideology of the State that kickstarted the inflation and Trump succumbed to that ideology like a little bitch, especially in his last year. The only thing is that the State had to maneuver Trump into adopting that ideology using his personal desire to be liked and to retain power (FAIL), whereas Kamala is a straight up puppet of that ideology. Trump is only "good" in that there may be a few appointments to agencies and the Courts that could result in some victories for us. You will get no such victories on the other side.

That is an older report from Jacksonville, FL's Springfield neighborhood - NOT Ohio. Unknown has a tendency to post false but inflammatory links like this with no warning. Use caution when believing his stuff - this is the type of thing they use to censor "disinfo".

I'm not so sure about that. That was my initial take, too, but it's not what I'm seeing a couple of days out. The clips going around are positive for Trump. His closing statement "why have you done it?" is going kinda viral. Meanwhile, there's a sentiment that it was 3 on 1 and Americans like the underdog. Also, I'm seeing that she came off as extremely unlikeable and over-rehearsed. So while we saw her sound competent and Trump sound like an old, scatterbrained has-been, this is not the lingering impression. Believe it or not, he may get a bounce out of this.

Call it "poetic justice." Trump dodged all of the Republican Primary debates, because he was so proud that he had a commanding lead with Republican voters (in the polls and in the eyes of the mainstream media), and he felt that Republican voters didn't need to hear his positions challenged and scrutinized with the other candidates. Now he lost what is probably his last debate to a candidate who, like him, dodged the public, flying high on the polls and favor of the mainstream media and would-be voters. Trump is an arrogant person whose ego got the best of him against a woman who memorized her script and played him by leading him into all the traps that Trump's persona couldn't help.

I'm against Zionism, not Israel because, theologically speaking, the Church is Israel (those who are covenantally united to Christ by faith and through baptism). So I am pro-Israel, in the Biblical sense of the word, not in the nation-state sense of a country which is Atheistic in its entire ethics, civics, etc.

Lol - well, if I'm down to eating the geese, I'm guessing oranges and raisins will be off the menu. :D But if you boil it down enough, I'm sure I can make it lose all flavor, then mix it up with rice and spices.

I live on a lake. I'm doing fish and waterfowl. And the occasional deer that wanders by to mix it up. I hear Canada geese taste like shit, but there's enough of the bastards to feed an army. Heck, I may run down to Springfield and snatch up some migrants just to thin them out a bit. :)

erowe1, are you seriously taking the position that cops are "innocent until proven guilty"? Or are you just messing with people here to see if they are parroting what they've been told without thinking about it?

Mind you, I'm not talking about the not-so-subtle "Let's lynch 'em" attitude. I tend to think that's a bad idea, even if I philosophize in weird directions sometimes (its part of my efforts to stay sane while surrounded by statists IRL, give me a break). But, there is a difference between saying "we shouldn't condone harming X for Y or Z reasons" and saying "X is actually innocent."

Note, also by "innocent" I don't even mean morally sinless, I just mean per the NAP. I'd honestly be shocked if there is a single cop who's been on the force for more than a week who isn't an NAP violator. Do you disagree?

Thanks for the sermon. Good stuff. I passed it on to my parents. My dad's a pastor so I'd love to see him converted to the view of Romans 13 that you take or a similar one.

Just out of curiosity, how well received was that message in your church?

Thanks. One of my brothers in Christ who I respect and love told me that a Christian man should spend more time with his brothers than people in the world. I was spending so much time on the forums with these unbelievers, and when he said that, I was extremely convicted. There is nothing like spending time with brothers who build you up in the Lord and sharpen you.
