I made mushrooms stuffed with homemade Italian sausage for Mr Animal and #1 son, broccoli casserole for #2 son, and a big diet Caesar salad for muhself and I have a big ole grapefruit for dessert. I'm on my bathing suit meal plan right now. I've been gaining and losing the same 5 lbs since Christmas and it's driving me crazy.
My diet Caesar recipe
romaine lettuce (I chop it big so I have to chew more and it slows me down when I'm eating. I'm a fast eater.)
Ken's Creamy Caesar Lite (80 calories for 2 TBSP and it tastes good. One of the few diet things I actually like)
That's it. Easy peasy. I'll also eat a grapefruit later and if I still feel hungry, I'll have some cucumber slices with hummus. I had that for lunch.
