Evidently he made an exception for the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans on September 18th ... which also required masks. Maybe it's just a one off.

Pastafarianism offers a religious Covid exemption here ... not what you would expect, but one would think it Constitutionally protected because it is a Pastafarianism religious belief (for at least some of them). Business will just have to be accommodating to all these differing religious beliefs.

Well, of course not - where's the profit in that. Now if you were to throw a little civil asset forfeiture into the mix ... I know, I know, I know ... don't give them any ideas

Well there you have it - those are fines that the state collects. What incentive does any individual have to report violations? New York just doesn't have it together like Texas does. Put the law on the books but forbid the state from enforcing it. Instead, authorize individuals to bring civil cases of at least $10,000 (plus legal fees) against non-mask wearers and anyone who provides goods or services or non-compensated assistance to non-mask wearers. Karen suddenly has an incentive. As statists go, New York legislators are just rank amateurs compared to the big boys in Texas. Come on, New York - get on the ball. And the beauty of it is that the SCOTUS has to refuse to grant any temporary injunction to put the law on hold - due to the precedent set with the Texas abortion case. It'll be a couple of years before a real case works it's way through the system.

Here's another excellent opportunity to employee the mechanism that Texas used in its latest anti-abortion law. Pro-vaccine states write a law to mandate vaccinations, specifically ruling out religious exemptions - while specifying that no government law enforcement agencies will be empowered to enforce the law. But they also provide that anyone can bring a civil suit, of no less than $10,000 plus legal fees, against: 1) anyone in the state that appears in public without being vaccinated 2) anyone in the state that transports an unvaccinated individual 3) any business or worker in the state that provides goods or services to an unvaccinated individual

Especially if you allow them a $10,000 bounty (plus legal fees) - they won't even have to go to the DNC, just to civil court. What's the New York, California or Massachusetts equivalent of the Texas law going to be? Gawd, that poor baker in Colorado - what it's going to be like when he has dozens or hundreds of civil suits brought against him by strangers who witnessed him refusing to bake gay wedding cakes (or are simply made aware that he did so - doesn't seem like they actually have to witness it)?

The House Armed Services Committee has approved a measure requiring females to register for the Selective Service (Military Draft). Evidently, CongressCritter Houlahan doesn't believe in the Democrat's trope of "My body, my choice". And I'm wondering if CongressCritter Hartzler feels the same way about men that she does about women - that in an emergency the men of this country would step up and volunteer as needed ... and, if so, shouldn't she be introducing a measure to eliminate draft registration completely since it's a "solution in search of a problem". You'd think that as the country abandons its failed military adventure in Afghanistan, we'd be seriously considering getting rid of the military draft rather than enhancing it to include even more people who don't want any part of it. If the US really has a all-volunteer military, then there's no need for this monstrosity. My Body, My Choice

I won't dismiss the possibility that election fraud is involved, though I think it's remote. If I were a betting man, I'd put my money on mail theft by a common crook looking for credit cards and ID's (like driver licenses) for identity theft, and cash that Granny was sending to grandkids in birthday cards. It might not even have been theft, but rather some lowlife coming across mail disposed of by postal delivery people who didn't feel like delivering it (like in these examples). The very first entry in that search result is: U.S. Postal Service employee charged for throwing out mail, including more than 100 absentee ballots It does point out the weakness of mail-in voting though; and in a way that even Democrats ought to recognize, because hundreds of voters wouldn't have received their ballots had the theft not been detected. And for chrisssakes, the websearch above returned over 10 million hits. If you're going to be conducting mail-in voting then the ballots ought to be delivered in both directions via certified or registered mail requiring signatures upon receipt. Edited to add: It brought back a memory of sitting in a dive bar in Boston's Combat Zone back in the 70's ... watching a US Postman paying for his drinks by tearing open envelopes and pulling out Federal Reserve Notes.

Genes code proteins with mRNA. Artificial mRNA codes proteins. Ergo, artificial mRNA is gene therapy (artificial gene, artificial protein.)

Here at RPF, we don't promote every conspiracy theory - merely the ones we've been made aware of. If there's anything that Ron Paul followers know, it's that bad things don't just happen; bad things require dark and insidious forces acting in concert and in secret to make them happen.
