Planning scenarios is one thing. Moving bombers to Guam and a bunch of aircraft carriers within strike distance of NK is not "planning scenarios", its provocation to get them to attack us first, so the people know who the "enemy" is. US gets its war with NK and Iran at the same time in their typical asymetric warfare fashion.. dannno - Even if I did have any faith in Trump, its the rest of the deep state swamp that I still expect to push things so they can enact a Coup against Trump. There are NO MISTAKES in politics.

Other side of this that is a real possibility is a Coup against Trump. Not that I have love for the guy but propping up nuclear war is a way of making people afraid of Trump. MSM tells us what to feel, so when they say 'be afraid of nuclear war', they are saying 'be afraid of Trump and support removing him from office'. Whatever happens, we lose.

That is why it has the potential to turn into a World War. If we attack North Korea for ANY reason, China attacks us. I have a strong gut feeling that the powers that be are trying to get North Korea to attack us first, so it is clear who the 'enemy' is. NK is already pissed about bombers being moved to Guam. Sanctions. Everything. However, if total destruction is planned and we are not intended to survive, they may 'push the button' anyway and wont care if we know we are the enemy because we wont be around much longer. I swear that is their intent, to get us all killed.

I blame technology: Why a 'Loneliness Epidemic' is Upon Us http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?518354-Why-a-Loneliness-Epidemic-is-Upon-Us Loneliness is a major contributing factor to Depression. Other massive contributing factors are situational. Like students that are in $100,000 worth of debt. Some of which dont even have a degree, but they sure have to repay all that borrowed money. Others find their job situations depressing, knowing they have no opportunity to advance at a low paying job and there are very few other jobs available. Many people have no one to talk to that can genuinely help, not prescribe pills, I mean help like get a friend a better job, find ways to get rid of that student debt, not feel like an outcast for being a straight white male. But what does Big Pharma say? You need to take our drugs and make sure we are given lots of money for it and all your worries of all your problems will disappear. What they dont tell you is the worries go away because youre too stoned to be aware of them but the problems themselves always remain. SOMA

To be devil's advocate, you don't need negotiation skills or even strong mental competence when you have trust in Congress. 'The swamp' can't be that bad if Trump is willing to put his trust in them, it's the crazy guys like Steve Bannon that he needs to swamp out of Washignton. Recently the cannot-be-a-puppet stable genius put his full trust in moderate neocons like his largest donor Sheldon Adelson's zionist camp, his Jewish Son in law and other very competent elders in the room and quickly signed on very pro-Israel/anti-Palestinian policies without blinking or any negotiation. But he is not all genius and no weaknesses, the guy does seem to have a very healthy need for validation/applause from people in his audience, media and Chuck Schumer. He might be the ultimate bi-partisan politician that Obama striken GOP base has put in power who can be molded into wide range of things (from a Schumer Democrat to Javanka Republican to Bannon Conservative) by controlling his surroundings.

This analysis might seem bit skewed but such narratives are gaining momentum in recent days. Trump's nightmare Trump's day of reckoning ... The one thing that could dramatically diminish President Trump’s chances of avoiding impeachment and chalking up legislative wins is Democrats winning the House. And, thanks to series of recent developments, Trump knows this no longer just seems plausible, but probable.

Respected moderate Republican Romney just issued statement about Trump's alleged "racist" comment and South Africa has launched formal protest. A US ambassador has stepped down. Won't be too surprised if respected UN ambassador Nikki Haley stepped down too in next few days to show solidarity withg national harmony. And something about media, looks like they did not get the message the first time, Trump has to repeat it again and again: That said, while on it he should have clarified few other misconceptions also and should have also caused media to produce following headlines: "Trump: I'm the most stable genius you will ever find on twitter"

"Likeminded", probably getting pretty shrewed already in politics. Besides name recognition, Chelsea probably will have significant support from liberal, anti-war, LGBT commmunities etc. This could be a wild card. Two words, Iraqi Freedom. Probably the most mind, body, everything shifting event in modern US history. Obama and Trump could be just first two installments.

Insurgents lure US, Afghan team to meeting, then open fire Published: January 12, 2018 WASHINGTON (AP) — Insurgents posing as friendly militia members lured a U.S. and Afghan team to a meeting in eastern Afghanistan, triggering a shootout and a coalition airstrike on the compound, the U.S. military said Friday. U.S. Navy Capt. Tom Gresback said the insurgents baited the team, inviting an Afghan militia leader, a U.S. service member and an interpreter to a security shura meeting Thursday. Once the meeting was over, the Taliban-linked insurgents opened fire, killing the militia leader and wounding the American service member and the interpreter. The Taliban quickly claimed credit for the attack but overstated the casualties, the U.S. military said. The Taliban said the attack was carried out by two insurgents disguised as local militiamen. Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid told The Associated Press the attackers had infiltrated the local force months earlier. In Afghanistan, local militias are often paid by the U.S. and are partnered with them in operations in remote regions.

That could be the case generally but to give credit where due.. they do let present leader of conservatives say many things. Twitter’s Shifting Positions on Trump’s Tweets By JONAH ENGEL BROMWICH and JOHANNA BARR JAN. 3, 2018 A television station at Seoul Railway Station in South Korea broadcast a report on Wednesday about President Trump’s tweet, which boasted about the United States’s nuclear capabilities. Credit Ahn Young-Joon/Associated Press President Trump boasted Tuesday evening that he had a “nuclear button” that is “much bigger” and “more powerful” than North Korea’s, again prompting fears that an errant tweet could lead to a nuclear conflict. (It is worth noting that there is no nuclear button.) North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the “Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.” Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!

Could there be a Senator Chelsea Manning? Chelsea Manning releases first campaign ad in Senate run By Jacqueline Thomsen - 01/14/18 03:25 PM EST Chelsea Manning has released the first campaign ad in her bid for a Maryland Senate seat. The transgender activist and former soldier filed to run for Senate on Thursday, but confirmed the bid with a campaign ad she posted to Twitter on Sunday. “We live in trying times. Times of fear, of suppression, hate,” Manning says as images of the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va., and protesters clashing with police are shown.“We don’t need more or better leaders, we need someone willing to fight,” she continues. The ad then shows images of lawmakers, including Democrats meeting with President Trump.

Wall Street is at all time high, consumer confidence and economy seem to be doing well (if you put aside 'sugar high' deficit spending naysayers' naysaying for a moment), the Wall is being planned, North Korea is on the run/its nuke missile threats are being aggressively managed by Trump tweets and US embassy in Israel is moving to Jerusalem. So on paper GOP/Trump's political future should look bright but it might not be going by early signs about next elections. Questions about mental fitness and character of current POTUS are front and center in political mainstream, Dems are energized and Trump seems to be losing support of hardcore conservative voices like Steve Bannon, Ann "In Trump We Trust" Coulter and others, special counsel apparently will be investigating financial business deals of Kushner-Trump over allegations of money laundering. In any case, do you believe Trump will complete his first term? Related Lewandowski: Trump could face impeachment effort if Dems take Congress

Las Vegas Gunman Took Elaborate Steps to Hide His Tracks, New Documents Show By ADAM GOLDMAN and JENNIFER MEDINA JAN. 12, 2018 Photo Broken windows at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Credit Hilary Swift for The New York Times As he meticulously planned the Las Vegas attack, the man responsible for the worst mass shooting in modern American history took elaborate steps to stymie the inevitable law enforcement investigation, according to federal court documents unsealed on Friday. The F.B.I. search warrants shed new light on the degree to which the gunman, Stephen Paddock, who killed 58 people and wounded more than 500 others when he opened fire on a crowd from a hotel room in October, planned the attack and prepared for the aftermath. One of the warrants described how Mr. Paddock “destroyed or tried to hide digital media devices.”

North Korea could respond to a DEVASTATING Donald Trump attack using 'HACKED war plans' NORTH Korea's potential responses to a devastating attack from Donald Trump have been examined by a former nuclear strategist for the Pentagon who has warned the US against giving kim Jong-un a “bloody nose”. By Joseph Carey PUBLISHED: 03:14, Sat, Jan 13, 2018 Van Jackson has a history of bracing America for North Korean attacks after spending years “figuring out how to prevent or overcome future attacks”. The defence expert analysed the available options to the despot leader in the event of an attack. He explained: “If the United States attacked a North Korean missile site, Kim’s immediate challenge would be trying to determine in real time whether the United States just launched a full-blown war. “Keeping in mind that North Korean hackers stole alliance war plans last year, Kim will look for specific indicators to quickly render this judgment.”

He also alleges that Trump agrees with the last speaker in the room as he agreed with Dem Senator Dianne Feinstein on DACA.
