I suspect it's satirical. Police statists are not typically so blunt - not unless and until they feel their control is secure and absolute (which our current police statists do not feel - they are, in fact, quite insecure, as evidenced by their incessant and increasingly desperate attempts to demonize their political opponents). But on the other hand, nowadays, who knows? Just as a story may be factual but not truthful (legacy media "journalists" traffic in such stories as a matter of routine), a story may also be truthful but not factual. Is the latter any less "real" than the former?

We've been doing that for thousands of years and our technologies are now enough that we are easily capable of unwinding ourselves right into Oblivion. But if I've misjudged the numbers and we are enough to get this dirty job done, then I say the sooner, the better because time is by no means on our side, and I see no possibility that we will set aside our differences and turn our ire toward our real enemy.

Theye have wildly succeeded in the endeavor to induce the most deadly auto-immune condition possible where people care, but just don't care quite enough to do what is needed, namely hunting every one of these polttroons, executing their families, and then them. Ugly? Nasty? Yup, and not 1% so much as what they are doing to otherwise decent human beings. They should be hunted to extinction and their genetic lines snuffed out. But we will not do it because all basic sense has been beaten out of enough of us to make salvation about as likely as finding lips on a chicken. And most ironically, the handfuls of those with at least the recognition that so unpleasant a path has been rendered unto us as the only practical solution to the vast cancer that now consumes gross humanity, are the ones labeled as "sick", "crazy", "violent", and so on.
