Tax cuts are not the reason "the country doesn't have enough money."
The country doesn't have enough money because the government takes too much of it (via taxation, printing, and/or borrowing).
The government takes too much of it (via taxation, printing and/or borrowing) because it spends too much.
Spending is the problem, not tax cutting (no matter how much you try to connect or conflate the two).
Taxation, printing and borrowing are problems because too much of those things are being done, not too little.
