Can you figure a way to provide "modernity" with far less government? Regardless our fine government will see to it that our collectively cushy lifestyle ends before long what with pissing off folks from all corners of the globe. Somebody will manage to strike a resounding blow, probably sooner than later, whether it's biological or to the power grid life will tend to be far from cushy...

Under the misconstrued theories of modern SJWs his works are worthy of censorship for inciting violence and hatred; and by the standards of the modern "blue line" are worthy of censorship due to suspicion of treason and espionage.

To me this is an epic failure in logic, noting the following points and concerns: 1. If I physically visit another state or made arrangements through a third-party to make a specified purchase in another state for me and then mail it to me, I would not be taxable for that purchase within my present state of residence; ergo, when I make such a purchase as a matter of personal convenience in other states or countries (foreign transactions), by Internet, mail, telephone, drone, etc., my intent is the same and I should not be financially or criminally punished for simply taking advantage of technological advancements. 2. Such a method of state-to-state sales taxation is a creeping violation of our U.S. Constitution, A.I,S.10. 3. States are fraudulently attributing their decreased revenues to out of state sales as being the primary cause (i.e., there is no way to accurately track this data, unless the companies in question are themselves covertly volunteering it to the government and with considerable detail.) 4. All brick and mortars have their own Internet presence as well, if they are unwilling to compete with sites such as Amazon, Overstock, Newegg, or Ebay then that is their shortsighted strategic failure and they will continue failing.

Wait a minute... Peter Fonda is an actor? GTFOOH. And all this time I thought he was just riding the coat tails of daddy in a pathetically vain attempt at appearing as if he had done something relevant with his sadly pointless existence, just like his sister, who at least had tits. As for his call to feed Trump's son to rapists, perhaps he should be served up a heapin' helpin' of the same... which is to say that he should be so fed, and not his children who, while likely as degenerate as dad, presumably had no part in this penultimate example of human nobility. The Fondas support my estimation that the "greatest generation" was, in fact, the worst. After all, did they not issue forth my generation, the so-called "baby boomers" who made up the ranks of filthy, stoopid hippies? Where in hell were those of the "greatest generation" when they should have been whipping the hides off of their even more stoopid progeny, who have in turn raised the millennials - the weakest and most intellectually bereft generation to date, soon to be surpassed by their own brood-hordes of demented, gender-fluid über-phaggs, so frightened, timid, ignorant, and dependent upon others for everything? Wir sind doomed, Damen und Herren

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Yup. As long as they dont cross state lines, they are well within their own jurisdiction to do so.

Rights do not come from the Constitution, nor the determination of a majority of people. Rights exist because YOU exist. The most essential of those Rights is Property Rights. Not in what you own, but what you are. Your Property Right is the Right of Self Ownership. The Right is extended to other physical items because of what you are has allowed you to create or acquire those things. That is the REAL source of Authority. Any time someone decides to deprive you of your property, that is a Violation of Rights, UNLESS negotiation has taken place in some form. That could be as simple as letting your neighbors kids play with your kid in your yard. When that negotiation has not taken place, you also have a Right do defend your own property against the violations of others. The extent of Defense should be within reason. You wouldnt shoot your neighbors child if they came over, knocked on your door, and asked if your kid could come outside to play. I think we can agree that is excessive, hence, Minimal Necessary Force. In the case of a Car Thief, you cant just shoo them away, or politely ask "dont steal my car" or "dont beat me within an inch of my life". If they are stealing your car, they have determined their own needs outweigh your Self Authority, thus, the Minimal Necessary Force to stop a car thief can be understood as "stop or I will shoot you". And if they do not stop, then be prepared to shoot them because they will have no problem shooting you just to take what you got. --- Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will, within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add "within the limits of the law", because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual."

U.S. to collect 25% tariffs on Chinese woodworking equipment starting July 6 Planing, milling or molding machines for working wood and other materials, as well as grinding, sanding or polishing machines, bending or assembling machines and related machine tools for working wood are on the list of items on which the U.S. will begin collecting 25 percent tariffs on July 6. Also included are presses for making particleboard or fiber building board of wood or other ligneous materials, and machinery for treating wood, all included on a final list of 1,102 items issued June 15 by the Office of the United States Trade Representative, a White House office leading the effort in a $50 billion trade battle with China. A preliminary list, issued in April, was narrowed down by 280 items. It had also included bentwood chair components.

There are a lot of contributing factors for Intellectual Decline, so it isnt just limited to cell phones. There are quite a few ways to cause harm to the mind. They can be broken into several major categories. First of which is a Polarized perspective with "Presence" and "Absence". The Presence means that the mind takes in information that is incorrect, and just means that the information is "present". The other big way, which is limited to just this perspective, is "Absence". Information which the mind needs is simply not available. From just one point of view, the way that Cell Phones damage the mind is by Absence. I think we can all agree that Cell Phones are VERY distracting. What we arent considering quite as heavily is what would normally occupy the minds of people if the cell phone were not there, and what type of learning would occur without the distraction of a cell phone. Im too distracted to go out and play, or do laundry, or do work, or LEARN. But what kind of Learning? Learning about the intricacies of human communication? Learning how big of a role Body Language plays in how we communicate? That is a form of damage that Cell Phone distraction also causes to the mind, but is also very limited in its perspective as there are many ways that it can happen.

The Trump support is very real. Don't listen to some of the idiots in here spreading nonsense and not knowing the dynamics of the game. Trump wins especially if high turnout or comes in a very close second in Iowa. He blows everyone out in NH and SC as of today.

Wish it were so but reality is reality.
