Typically petty crimes, rock throwing etc. The west bank is controlled by military courts, not civilian courts and the laws are different for Palestinians and Israeli citizens.

The vast majority of Palestinians in Gaza could not suport Hamas. It is impossible. The majority of the population was not even of voting age the last time an election was held in Gaza.

That has been known for a while. IDF pilots shot at fleeing festival attendees and IDF tanks shot at houses where Hamas was holding hostages. It's obvious when you look at the level of damage to the cars and houses. Hamas crossed the wall with small arms and RPG at most. The cars and houses were hit with heavy weapons.

It's possible, there will never be any way to prove or disprove that. The attack by Hamas was well planned but also very basic. My own theory is that IRGCQ provided intelligence and trained them for it. The Palestinians are not just refugees, but stateless and have been so for 3 generations.

In the past they traded one IDF soldier for I think 1,000 or so Palestinian prisoners. It may have been a reasonable assumption they could do so again.

That 1,200 was revised down from 1,400. If you are referring to the reports that IDF killed some of their own citizens while trying to kill Hamas fighters, that could very well be true. The Israelis have a long history of not caring about civilian casualties. I do not and will not ever support or make excuses for Hamas, they are terrorists.

So far 1,200 Israelis killed by Hamas. 12,000 Palestinians killed by IDF and more than 1.5 million driven from their homes. Every hospital in northern Gaza bombed, shut down and raided on IDF claims they are being used by Hamas as command centers. IDF has found a few AK47s.

Bundy was guilty. He knows he is breaking the law when he does what he does. I tend to agree with him and am happy he got a favorable jury, but that doesn't change the fact he broke laws. So was Bundy staging an insurrection or was it just a protest then? You can't claim these people are staging an insurrection, then claim Bundy did the same thing and it was just a protest.

I don't doubt that babies are dying in the hospitals in Gaza. Even if Hamas really does have some sort of tunnel under the hospital, it is still a war crime to attack the hospital.

I'm really hoping whoever is really running the show in washington right now, it sure isn't Biden, doesn't get us into a WW3 scenario where all the old guys have to defend the country from invasion. I would reluctantly do it, but I will be mighty pissed off that I have to. There would surely need to be a reckoning afterwards. This country is massively fucked up right now and I would hope seeing exactly who saves their asses would be a big wake up call.

The Israelis are trying to use the sympathy from happened to the Jews 75 years ago to commit genocide on the Palestinians. They are surprised it isn't working? Not even all Jews support the Israeli government.

It's not an American problem, it's generational. The average age of soldiers in the Russia/Ukraine war is mid 40's. Kids today will not defend their country. If the US were invaded, the older guys would have to defend it while the kids would do a tik tok dance to stop the war. As far as going overseas to fight for oil and the MIC, fuck that not interested.

Israel is attacking almost all the hospitals in Gaza. Not just bombing, but now ground assaults. If any other nation in the world was doing this the US would be intervening, not supporting.

It's been my experience that this generation has a spending problem not an earning problem. They can't manage their expenses. They have to have 20 different monthly online subscriptions, the latest new phone every year, eat out every meal, multiple vacations every year.

I don't doubt that is the case now, but think it will shift once the convictions start rolling in. I'm not convinced Trump will be able to be the nominee, either barred from holding office, dropping out or dead. Same with Biden actually.
