I don't think an impeachment of a president after he has left office is constitutional. I think it was petty and a waste of time and resources for the democrats to impeach with 2 weeks left in Trump's term. However I do think he is guilty.
Ron is right like usual. But the democrats have have potus, senate and congress. They didn't even need an EO to do this. They could have rammed it through congress if they wanted to. You misunderstood. A "passport" would just be a certificate that says you had the vax. The feds can't deny you a passport if you don't take it and certainly can't mandate you take it. The feds are not going to force anyone to take the vax at gunpoint or jail anyone for not taking it.
It's not possible without forced relocations. The difference between red and blue states is usually 10%. You aren't going to get 40% of a state to leave.
Northern Virginia is solidly democratic. GA just went democratic. South Florida is democratic. Those are just some examples of why the US couldn't Balkanize.
