The Clinton email servers that she got a pass on. She could have been prosecuted for that. Let's see if Trump gets prosecuted for something I see as similar.
I think they have him red handed on the espionage act as laid out in the warrant. I believe he is guilty. The real question is how DOJ enforces the law. Will it be a pass like Clinton got or will they prosecute to the letter of the law? Another possibliity is they just wanted the documents back and that will be the end of it.

Because Trump by most accounts is likely guilty of the documents offense. Also besides some fanatics most normal Republicans are over Trump and having him barred from running again would be a relief.
What were they looking for? Will the search warrant be made public? The FBI can't just go fishing, the warrant needs to specify what they are looking for. I don't like Trump much but he has legal rights.
The lefties down here are having a major hissy fit over this. Forget politics for a minute. The guy went on record stating he will not perform duties required by his position. That is grounds for suspension and termination in any field.
They are afraid the Ukrainians will hit targets inside Russia or Crimea and force an escalation from Russia. The Biden administration likes their little proxy war, but doesn't want a world war.
I was hoping the Chinese would eliminate our Pelosi problem for us. It's not like the US was in any sort of postion to do a thing about it. Instead they are just going to fly some planes and shoot off a few test missles.
Seem like the White House faction doesn't want Pelosi to go and is trying to distance the WH from her trip. But she is flying on a US military plane. If the WH really wanted to avoid an incident they should make the witch fly commercial. China isn't going to shoot down a commercial flight to get Pelosi. Or maybe she could just ride her broomstick?
CNN is reporting she is going. I wonder if the Chinese will shoot her plane down? It's not like the US is in a position to do much about it if they do.
That is still the case in Florida. I have read very recently several different sheriffs in the area encourage homeowners to shoot tresspassers. After one recent homeowner missed, the sheriff offered firearm training so they would not miss in the future.
