Agreed, does need a better buzzword. Perhaps analyzing our goals is key to that. I think we may need two keywords, not just one. One would be intended to cast a Negative Association between people and Leftism, and another that also creates a Positive Association with real freedom. Perhaps using their own paradigms against them. For example "Inclusionism" and "Intersectionalism" (both "isms") are manipulative words focused on creating groups of "victims" who "blame whitey". Whitey isnt the oppressor. Never was, unless they are reading versions of history that have been censored and rewritten. Not sure. "Right to be White" because no one can "just change" the color of their skin to meet the insane demands of an insane society. It is a healthy sentiment to take pride in ones own race and culture, but only so long as that it does not come at the expense of others.

In the case of Scandinavia: small, homogeneous populations that all agree, more or less, with the "social contract" and government "safety net" due to shared values and cultural norms. This will all fall apart as "diversity" increases. The Swedes were able to kick the can down the road when they went tits-up back in the 80s, but there is no dodge around that will keep their system working once enough diversity arrives. In the case of China: a massive population that more or less agrees with the "social contract" and government "safety net", combined with just enough "free market" capitalism to keep most of the people entertained with bright shiny things, in addition to a hard assed authoritarian government that has no problem stamping out "diversity" with extreme prejudice.

See, it always boils down to race with the anti-immigration crowd. I didn't bring up race: you guys did. I gave you a chance to recognize that the same racist bullshit was said about Italians, Irish, Poles, and don't get me started on the Chinese (I shouldn't have to remind you two that they were the specified targets of the earliest immigration laws, which laws were passed a full century after the birth of the US). The non-Anglo Europeans that built Grand Central, the New York skyline, the railroads, and everything else that was great, absolutely were semi-literate, sub-IQ, wretched, and refuse. What they weren't, is particularly dark-skinned. The difference between the shoeless Italian people that emigrated here 120 years ago, and the ones who are coming over here today? Yesterday's Italians were presumed to be incapable of anything more complicated than mixing mortar, and today's Ghanans and Pakis are your nurses and computer programmers and small business owners.

How about the collectors of this data being able to sell that data to groups that use that data as a means of charging more for insurance and / or denying claims?

I know about Californios- I'm from California. I was showing the whole picture of the conquered part of Mexico before the war. Most of the Mexican Californios were in the LA area and below- still the whole of California & most of the South West belonged to Mexico. I was just pointing out the irony of hating Mexicans for being in what used to be their country. Most Americans don't know or care about the Mexican American War but it is still a huge memory for Mexico. JMHPOV

It could have been Education. When we went up against Nazi Germany, a lot of Germans fled to the US. Inevitably, some of them were probably... um... Undocumented Nazis, like, literal Nazis, but we didnt know about them. And they got themselves into Education to promote the ideas of Socialism in our mandatory educational systems. Those people got funding from existing well funded Socialists. Follow the money. The promises that Socialism makes appeals to immigrants who want free stuff, so message spreads that way also. What we are looking for may not be a direct causality, but a several step process.

I think that is a question for Diane, Nancy and Maxine. They are the ones who sold California to China. Of course Hillary and Bill helped get the ball rolling for them. The Bush's turned a blind eye to it and Obama set it up so Hillary could bring it all down. They hate America, mom and, apple pie. we all knew this before Trump was ever on the scene.

The CEO of Tesla is “petitioning” the government to allow him – and everyone else – to eliminate rearview and exterior mirrors from new cars – in favor of in-car displays fed images by cameras. He says this will result in better aerodynamics and so, improved efficiency.

Its not relatable enough because people want to feel privileged. I think we need something that makes everyone realize how much they are playing into the Oppressor vs Victim Paradigm, and hopefully wake up that it is the Leftist mentality that creates the Real Victims. Suggestions?

Swiss gun ownership: one of the perks of maintaining a healthy, national identity, while remaining cosmopolitan, liberal, and rather open. Legal immigration there is actually well regulated and up in the past 30 years, according to some articles. Its a shame our national ethos is immature or nonexistant by comparrison.

HAHA! I just saw your post in another thread (I was catching up on forum drama) about Mr A putting me on a leash. I don't think he would do that to me if he could. Even though he complains about my oversharing sometimes (not on the forum but IRL. I'm not good at filtering), he knows I'm a good girl and despite my outward personality, I'm a surprisingly solid and committed person underneath. We've been together since I was 23 (24 years/married 20), he knows everything - even stuff he'd rather not know.

    Hi AntiFed,

I believe it was you who posted a great quote by a political theorist explaining why enforcers were a worse evil than politicians because they enforce bad laws without question. Do you remember this quote and who it was by? (Maybe Chodorov, Chomsky or someone else).
