THE HUNZA PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO LIVE UP TO 145 YEARS OLD; HERE’S THEIR SECRET NOVEMBER 8, 2015 In the debate over which diet and lifestyle is the best path for increased health and longevity, there is nothing like real-life indisputable proof such as that found among the Hunza tribe in the Himalayas. These people, living in an extremely secluded region of the world, practice simple lifestyle habits which allow them to enjoy excellent overall health and lifespans of up to 145 years! This, and they do it in style, being among the happiest human beings on Earth with near-perfect physiology. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, blood pressure issues and other common plagues of the Western world are almost unheard of among the Hunza. More here:

Cancer is caused by lack of air but it has nothing to do with "global warming" and everything to do with the fact that "civilized" people breathe backwards. If people would actually learn about their bodies & how to take care of them, illness would shoot down to almost nothing. Unfortunately, Big Pharma doesn't want you to know that.

Yesterday I made horse steaks on the ceramic bbq. Very nice looking meat, not my picture but very similar: But really, I can recommend it. It's much better than normal steaks. The taste, with just salt and pepper on the outside right before grilling; it's almost like it's dry aged and marinated in soy sauce... Really sweet. Texture is amazing, more tender than beef of the same quality. Really, I don't get why you don't eat horses in the US. They're amazing food.

And what exactly is it that cows eat generally ? Grass-fed cows eat grass of course, so there you're mostly right. With cows that get fed soy and grains, I'm very sorry to tell but those may not be vegetables as such but they do require lots of fuel to be grown, and, several pounds of it, go into a lb of meat. So, unless your cow eats naturally grown grass from a field, it does cost more fuel to produce. I am lucky btw, if I look outside of my window, I see some cows snacking on grass, they are milk cows however. The meat cows are on a different field. :p Like I said, I'm lucky... Fresh milk, yoghurt, cheese, beef and eggs, a 300ft walk, fresh from the farm. Many different vegetables directly from the farmer in a mile. Oh, and I live close enough to the sea to get fresh fish that came out of the sea a few hours earlier... :D No clue what this has to do with the topic, but I'm happy.

A LESSON: DON’T TEXT UNLESS IT’S ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY “Hi Fred, this is Richard next door. I’ve got a confession to make. I’ve been riddled with guilt for a few months and have been trying to get up the courage to tell you face-to-face. At least I’m telling you in this text and I can’t live with myself any longer without you knowing this. The truth is that when you’re not around I’ve been sharing your wife without you knowing about this. In fact, much more than you. I haven’t been getting it at home recently and I know that that’s no excuse. The temptation was just too great. I can’t live with the guilt and hope you’ll accept my sincere apology and forgive me. Please suggest a fee for usage and I’ll pay you. Regards, Richard.” Neighbor’s response: Fred, feeling so angered and betrayed, grabbed his gun and shot Richard, killing him. He went back home and poured himself a stiff drink and sat down on the sofa. He looked down at his phone and discovered a second text from Richard. “Hi, Fred. Richard here again. Sorry about the typo on my last text. I expect you figured if out and noticed that the damned Auto-Correct had changed “wi-fi” to “wife”. Technology, huh? It’ll be the death of us all!”

I try to remain objective. There are Trump and non Trump partisans here. I thought that reaching out to Northern Korea, in an effort to avoid conflict, war and further aggression, in addition to maybe, someday, FFS, bring our forces home, was a bold move. I remain hopeful that continuing negotiations will bring Kim back to the table and that ultimately, Trump is successful. That's not blind partisanship nor TDS.

First come warnings, then come bans. Because these people are zealots, and will never, ever stop. “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth. This very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be "cured" against one's will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals.” - C.S. LOL - The food evangelists launch yet another salvo. They told us banning smoking would beat cancer. They told us eating the government approved foods would lower obesity and help us live longer. For fifty years we've been listening to and hanging on every word these assholes have to say, and we, as a people, are fatter, stupider, sicker and dying sooner than before. No amount of alcohol, sausage or bacon is safe according to a new global blueprint on how to beat cancer.

Swiss gun ownership: one of the perks of maintaining a healthy, national identity, while remaining cosmopolitan, liberal, and rather open. Legal immigration there is actually well regulated and up in the past 30 years, according to some articles. Its a shame our national ethos is immature or nonexistant by comparrison.

HAHA! I just saw your post in another thread (I was catching up on forum drama) about Mr A putting me on a leash. I don't think he would do that to me if he could. Even though he complains about my oversharing sometimes (not on the forum but IRL. I'm not good at filtering), he knows I'm a good girl and despite my outward personality, I'm a surprisingly solid and committed person underneath. We've been together since I was 23 (24 years/married 20), he knows everything - even stuff he'd rather not know.
