It's not the opinion, it's the behavior of attacking / belittling others, disrupting proper discourse. Per the guidelines. Banned people can still e-mail the staff, and if you come to the site with a banned account you will get a message of the ban with the staff e-mail. E-mail messages can go a good ways, some people just need a break to refocus. I've had people e-mail saying they understand why and are now in a better place. Some fine balances. +1. The staff grants a lot of allowances with a progression of warnings, message edits, infractions, one day bans, week bans, etc. The key is friendly discourse. We're not all going to agree but we can still be civil about it, being uncivil doesn't really do much anyway and if you do it online you'll tend to do it in person, which is ultimately harmful for our cause. Certainly a goal of ours should be to become better influencers, that can start here with the use of good arguments and logic.... no being uncivil.

You have to define the enemy first... The United States is leading a 59-nation diplomatic coalition against the socialist dictator of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro. Maduro is an illegitimate ruler, a tyrant who brutalizes his people. But Maduro's grip on tyranny will be smashed and broken. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/02/04/transcript-president-trumps-2020-state-union-address

The Cost of Avast's Free Antivirus: Companies Can Spy on Your Clicks https://www.pcmag.com/news/the-cost-of-avasts-free-antivirus-companies-can-spy-on-your-clicks Avast is harvesting users' browser histories on the pretext that the data has been 'de-identified,' thus protecting your privacy. But the data, which is being sold to third parties, can be linked back to people's real identities, exposing every click and search they've made.

Members will only be banned for repeated violation of the guidelines. And given many chances. If they show signs of improvement the can be allowed back. No bans for disallowed opinions, etc.

Thought you'd like to see this. http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=161938

Kudos everyone for faxing, calling and e-mailing your reps.

Now, if you really want to make an impact, instead of coming to DC on the weekend and marching down Constitution Ave. to the Capitol (I had a great time btw) let's organize once more and here's how imo it should go.

    1. Organize in conjunction with DC residents. Those of us in the DC activist community come from many different political persuasions but work together pretty well when it comes to the common interest. Plus we have a lot of collective organizational experience and skill sets.

    2. Converge on DC just like we did before but in the middle of the week this time. Reason? Congress, staffers and MSM go home to the burbs on the weekend. You can bring millions but the impact is severely lessened due to the FACT that nobody's in town.

    3. Line up outside your reps office door at the Rayburn, Cannon and Longworth House Office Buildings and tell their staff that We the People are here to serve notice to Rep. X.

    4. Let your Rep. know face to face what We the People are expecting and that they have been found deficient.

    5. Let your Rep. know that if We the People have to come back again due to said Reps. deficiency, ineptitude, lying, theft and ( fill in your own words) that it will not be on such civil terms. "Sir /Ma'am America is in trouble and if you don't man/woman up then We the People are gonna have to!"

We the People of Washington, DC are just as fed up as the rest of you. We are here waiting for the rest of you to get your tails out to DC and help us make a difference!

Right. I'd love to work with him at his office. But I don't exactly have "office" experience as such.

So what your saying is, they encouraged him to run thinking they could make a profit out of it. Maybe.

My review of the For Liberty documentary:
(please Digg and post comments on the HuffPost site)

"This political train-wreck Republicans face can largely be traced to Bush’s philosophical metamorphosis from a traditional, non-interventionist conservative to the neoconservatives’ exemplar of a 'War President', and his positioning of the Republicans as the 'War Party'."
