New developments since I first heard about this on RPFs. Yeah, this is child abuse.  https://www.dailywire.com/news/39409/11-year-old-boy-dressed-drag-dances-gay-men-bar-amanda-prestigiacomo?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_content=062316-news&utm_campaign=benshapiro On December 1, an 11-year-old boy dressed in drag danced on stage in a sexual manner at a gay bar in Brooklyn, NY, called 3 Dollar Bill. The child, Desmond Napoles, was dressed as a Gwen Stefani-lookalike — full drag make up, a blonde wig, and crop top included — as he bounced around onstage to No Doubt's "Like a Girl" and collected dollar bills from male adults viewing the number. The Daily Wire has reviewed and confirmed the "performance" through video and photo posts on social media but has chosen not to link to the exploitative footage. The performance, first flagged by YouTuber Yosef Ozia, was promoted on Eventbrite by 3 Dollar Bill. "Only in New York... a nightclub that makes you go WHOA!!!," reads the promotion. "FEATURING: Upcoming Legend from Television and the Runway: DESMOND IS AMAZING!!! PERFORMING LIVE! ... This stage, this dance floor, this house... is ours as long as we protect it." The promotional ad notes that 3 Dollar Bill bar is "***** owned & operated and we foster a safe space from love. We respect all human persons as long as those human persons are also respectful to the ones around them." "I left after seeing a child dance on stage for money at nighttime. This was on Saturday night and I have been feeling disturbed ever since," wrote a one-star reviewer of 3 Dollar Bill on December 3 via Yelp.

You are, as usual, trying to obfuscate his point. If U.S. bonds cease keeping up with dollar devaluation through "inflation", you're paying the government for the honor of loaning them money. Yeah, you get a higher number of " dollars" back, but they're worth so much less that you lost money. It's like loaning the government ninety dollars and getting back a hundred pesos. What's "safe" about that?

That explains how it got so big, but not how it gets to monopolize the service. That by itself might be enough to make a First Amendment court case. No, the First Amendment is not the be-all and end-all on private property. But was it funded enough by the CIA to no longer qualify as private property? If the CIA is driving its monopoly status, is it really private property? A really good lawyer ought to be able to shove the First Amendment down their spooky throats.

How did Google wind up with a seeming monopoly on search engine analytics? Seems like the usual method of getting a monopoly is through government...

Just like clockwork. Mention the Fed, get its apologist. Of course, that's not why the Fed isn't insolvent. The article says it's objectively insolvent, and that's true. However, nobody thinks actual insolvency has come to the racket which is allowed to create money out of thin air (or worse, out of debt).

hey....you know the whole Christmas Manger story is a little stale. Time for some rebranding We could have the Virgin Marty giving birth in the manger to the little girl savior. Now that would be a real miracle. Mother Marty and Baby Jessie?

No? It could be called that. Just because Illinois shoots its own companies in the foot and other states don't doesn't mean it ain't a battle.

The Pick the Wildcard Round. I'm still entertained that no AFC division is clinched, but two playoff spots are. The West is certainly The AFC Division. Fifth seed my ass. They ought to give first round bye and home field to two West teams this year.

The hell you say! The rest of the nation is kicking Chicago's ass. The correct answer is, not at all because domestic tariffs are unconstitutional. Destructive to a union and therefore--say it with me--UN-CON-STI-TU-TION-AL.

That was hilarious! Sorry they threw a flag. I wonder what would happen if a team tried to declare the quarterback an eligible receiver? They do. If the Chargers beat the Ravens, that very game could decide who goes to the playoffs. Don't expect oyarde to root against the Colts. But I'd be happy to.

I generally don't think about the Ravens. And unless Seattle pulls off the upset at home, I probably won't start. Philly wants the East real bad.

You'll be wanting to root against the Ravens and Colts. They'd both have to lose a game; their records overall are the same, but the Ravens and Colts have more wins within the AFC. If all those three lose a game, Miami could be back in it.

It's not exactly typical for the first two AFC teams to clinch playoff spots to be in the same division.

What race has to do with it is, way back during the Clinton Administration sentences for crack cocaine (disproportionally used by the poor, and therefore minorities) became many times longer than sentences for other forms of cocaine. Now, we could argue for a week whether this was deliberately racial (we could, but I'm not going to), but it is perceived that way. And since trying to get someone elected The GOP Way gets us barred from conventions, gets our convention votes ignored, gets us hijacked, baited and switched to establishment tools the MSM is falsely advertising 24/7 as mavericks, gets us subverted and overrun with racists in order to make their false redefinitions of us seem valid, and gets us saddled with primary voters who only seem interested in seeing who's leading the horse race and jumping on the bandwagon, I suggest finding a more bipartisan route into government would be a huge boon to libertarians. And considering that Clinton-era miscarriage of justice (is cocaine not cocaine?) is indicative of the kind of mistreatment minorities have been suffering on the Democrat Plantation for forty years, maybe we should start entertaining the possibility that they are becoming 'low-hanging fruit'. That, of course, is a personal decision, and I have no intention of standing in your way.

It's old news, and now that all the search engines use Google's priorities, it isn't easy to find. Also, there have been more laws since altering and expanding the rule. This site gives a pretty good idea how it works: https://www.homecaremag.com/hcexperts/retail-hme/hme-revenue-mix-201101/ This gives an overview of how physical therapy providers are affected: https://drjarodcarter.com/medicare-self-pay-physical-therapy/ This is short, but enlightening:

South Africa had the strongest economy in Africa from before anyone started trying to measure economies until this year. Nigeria just overtook them. It's amazing how fast abandoning property rights and the rule of law will bring a place down.

Nothing--nothing--has ever made medical care prices in the U.S. rise faster than the law that doctors must charge cash customers (who require no paperwork) the same prices as Medicare customers (who require reams of paperwork). That law never saved Medicare one penny. It only accomplished one thing--it made price gouging mandatory for the uninsured. Of all the laws that were ever enacted strictly to benefit insurance companies, that one--which was on the face of it supposed to protect Medicare from excessive charges--has done the insurance lobby the most good and the rest of America the most harm. And so far as Medicare is concerned, it changed not one single thing.
