Ender of all people? ;) My life has been spent helping people through real education and arts. And I absolutely believe that Public "Education" should be done away with. Even most private schools sign up with the gov for certain benefits & then have to abide by gov rules such as Common Core- or whatever the official indoctrination method is at the moment. Any "public" schools should only be done on a local community level & most private schools would become financially reasonable. And, of course, homeschooling- especially for grammar school age, is THE best option, IMHPOV.

Interesting...... The key word in the Trump-Kim show By reaffirming the Panmunjom Declaration, the US President has committed to bringing its military back from South Korea and thus a complete denuclearization of the South as well as the North. By PEPE ESCOBAR JUNE 13, 2018 The Trump-Kim geopolitical reality-TV show – surreal for some – offered unparalleled entries to the annals of international diplomacy. It will be tough to upstage the US President pulling an iPad and showing Kim Jong-un the cheesy trailer of a straight-to-video 1980s B-grade action movie – complete with a Sylvester Stallone cameo – casting the two leaders as heroes destined to save the world’s 7 billion people.

And you do not pay attention to the Divide & Conquer ploy that is engulfing America but march right along with it. We must stop this bickering "my sides good and your sides evil" nonsense & learn to stand together. It ain't the immigrants, the left, the right, but EVERYONE letting themselves be sucked into The Matrix and believing they know what's really going on, when it ain't even close.

Today I was told that Bourdain announced he had enough on the Clintons to sock them away for the rest of their miserable lives. Anyone know whether this is true? If so, it would become very difficult to accept the suicide story. Anyone? ETA: Why would he have dirt on the Clintons? Is there something about him I don't know?

I was unaware of their tariffs. The bit about paying their defense tab, however, I know but had not considered as a factor. It makes sense. Those bastards have been sponging off of us for nearly a century. Time for that to end.

I'm not clear on why Trump is slapping G7 with tariffs. China I readily understand, and on a personal note anything that leads to the destruction of the UK is fine by me. But Germany? France? For pity's sake Japan? Not seeing it at all and it leads me to wonder whether this could lead to our economic undoing. Perhaps I am wholly mistaken, but I see Germany and Japan as economic, political, and cultural friends. France, not really, but neither are they enemies. They seem a resentful ally with their noses in the air; no good reason IMO to tariff their goods. OTOH, I'm an ignorant human. Does anyone know a good reason to hit up Germany, etc.? Trump has accomplished some good things in more or less correct directions. I hope they are not swelling is head.

Are you brain damaged? I've not defended Trump. I've called into question your apparent bitter and irrational hatred of a man without giving any valid reasons. You put on this childish show about his wife having been a nude model. You made seemingly foolish statements, got called on it, and now attempt to shift focus on to me. You're an amateur at this. Either answer the questions or go away. I don't care which you choose. Have a nice day.

For any of a large number of possible reasons. I am not one of them. You have evaded the question in a ham-fisted manner. I did not question the truth of the assertion, much less deny it, but rather the reason for making a point of mentioning it. I see no value added whatsoever as it is utterly irrelevant. She committed no crime nor did she damage anyone in any way whatsoever. This leaves spite and hatred as the most likely reasons. Unless Trump or his wife have somehow damaged you directly, I see no valid point in such regard for the man. Do as you please, of course, but what seems to me as a dishonestly oblique expression of hatred is deeply hypocritical. But let me not assume too much and afford you one more opportunity to explain your post.

I've read it and it is all circumstantial. I agree that appointing your relatives to key positions merits close scrutiny, but it is neither unlawful, nor have they been shown to have committed any crimes as yet. As for all the other "connections", the appointments cited also bear close scrutiny, but would it be any different otherwise? Not in my mind. Trump knows a limited number of people. He is likely to choose from the pool he knows and if those people all hail from firms such as Goldman, what can he do? Imagine you're Trump and you're not corrupt, and are determined to set America "right". Would you not appoint those you believe to be the best for the positions in question? Would you be inclined to take chances by appointing people you don't know to such positions? My point is that Trump may be corrupt, or he may be straight up. His appointments are not probative to that question, IMO. They certainly bear examination and monitoring, but I submit that it would be the case no matter who he appointed, especially for those who hate him merely because his name is Donald Trump. That all aside, what has this to do with the government of the UK being the most hideously criminal on the planet?

Setting aside the fact that there should be no reason to pardon anyone in this case (no one is accusing them of ballot-fixing or election fraud - only "influencing" people. Influencing someone can never be a crime), it is never a good precedent to allow a President to pardon himself for ANY reason. I support Amash on that one!

While I would not be surprised by this, I would ask how you know it to be so. Not clear on your possible implications regarding the Trump connection you allege. Assuming the assertions are indeed fact, do you mean to imply that Trump has been party to rape and pedophilia? If so, you will have to do far better in terms of substantiation because if this is just Trump-hatery, it will not fly. And where are these circumstances substantiated insofar as Trump having taken a witting part in all of this? It is one thing to be acquainted or even friends with someone and quite another to know all the things to which they apply themselves. I've known a few folks who in time demonstrated themselves to be less-than in terms of character. That doesn't mean my having let them borrow my car that I was part and parcel of their nefarious endeavors. If you're going to connect dots, then connect them and dispense with the innuendo.

My personal story (pt2)

by CaptUSA on 02-24-2016 at 09:57 AM
Among my many interests was electricity and I decided that I wanted to change how the industry operates. Understanding the free market as I did, I was pissed that the coolest discovery in the history of mankind was being regulated to death by the government. I wanted to change that.

I found a job as a part-time temporary meter reader. My girlfriend went ballistic that I was quitting a salaried job for a part-time temp job, but I had complete confidence in what I was doing. Meter

My personal story (pt 1)

by CaptUSA on 02-24-2016 at 09:55 AM
I’ve never used this blog feature before, but since people have wondered (and asked) about my personal story, I figured it was best to do it in here rather than the forums.

It may come across as anecdotal, but I assure you that this same type free market story is working itself out all over the country and the globe. Even in the face or increasing government interference.

I was born in Western PA the third of four boys. When I was still a baby, the second child died
