I'm not following your logic and I don't think for a minute that Penny was scared for his life. And someone "acting violent and belligerent" isn't the legal standard anyway. Did he ever assault anybody? Did he put anyone in reasonable fear of imminent physical contact that was either harmful or offensive? I don't want a world were any time someone mutters something violent or punches a wall that person can be killed. That said I'm fairly certain Penny didn't mean to kill Neely.

Edwards Air Force Base just happens to lie very close to "Area 51". Also nearby is "The Skunkworks" the experimental aircraft facility of Lockheed. At least five decades of the stuff.

You certainly aren't. They are, after all, spending hundreds of millions on a propaganda campaign designed to make you feel that way.

Of course, or at least that's the plan. How can anyone read that Breitbart gush and not realize this is an excuse for giving him free publicity? We're going to indict him to give him a selling point. Democrats love playing the victim card, but they have no use for "leaders" who do. Republicans don't play victim cards, but consider it street cred when a politician does, no matter how obviously a false flag. Right, Swordsmyth?

So.....if the states offered a pre-written agreement that could be signed and notarized that covered all of that, that wouldn't be enough because....? To have a state recognized "marriage" you have to fill out a piece of paper that, without having all the terms written on it, says all of that. Really there is no legitimate reason not to get the government out of marriage. Well amend the law to cover that. Brian4Liberty's argument was get the government out of marriage altogether which would mean nobody received special recognition. Just handle everything with a standard form contract. Here's a question. Why shouldn't siblings be able to "marry?" Okay, you may want to argue birth defects. How about gay siblings?

How do you explain the white lesbian couple in small town Ohio who were upset about being given black sperm from a sperm bank because they thought their interracial child wouldn't be accepted but apparently thought their child with two mommies would be? https://www.courthousenews.com/white-lesbian-couplegiven-black-sperm-sues/

Yeah. But at the same time about the same percentage are against gender affirming care for minors and against and are also against biological men on women's sports teams. That may seem odd until you realize... ^That. All this talk about "anti gay laws" being past is just that....talk. I was ambivalent about gay marriage until I read the Bob Jones University case in law school. BJU lost its tax exempt status for banning interracial dating. The reasoning of SCOTUS was the executive branch had desegregated the military, the judicial branch had struct down "separate but equal" and congress had passed the 1964 civil rights act. With all 3 branches acting against segregation, that showed that it (segregation) was against public policy and tax exempt charities exist to promote public policy. One of my church members was in the same class and we both realized "With this ruling our church's colleges and universities could be in hot water over sexual orientation discrimination." I asked the professor about that and he said "Oh, that will never happen because..." and he gave some answer that made no sense. Sure enough, Obama allowed gays in the military, SCOTUS struck down DOMA, and transgender rights were snuck into the Obamacare act. And Biden investigated several Christian universities over sexual orientation discrimination. Ultimately a Clinton appointed judge, of all people, threw the lawsuit out.

The big lie that gets pushed is that people with gender dysphoria will be saved from suicide by "gender affirming care." The world's first trans flight attendant committed suicide despite the gender affirming healthcare and full support from friends and family. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11896287/Trans-flight-attendants-suicide-note-reveals-tragic-message.html While leftwing idiots on social media blamed "conservatives" for the suicide, the suicide note itself revealed depression over the loss of a close female (cisgender) friend years before led to the suicide. This blaming the world at large for trans suicide does not help anyone including trans people. This kind of madness needs to stop.

Whoopie Goldberg infamously said the Holocaust was not about racism. In a way she has a point similar to the one you're making. Hitler had a reason to consider Jews "Enemies of the state." There is an article I read decades ago on the pro-Jewish, pro-Zionist website jewishvirtualhistory.org titled "Could we have stopped Hitler." That article admits that prior to World War 2 there was an organized international boycott of Germany by Jews who saw Hitler as dangerous. The Zionists conspired with the Hitler to undermine the boycott in exchange for Hitler allowing more German Jewish emigration to Palestine. I look at this as undermining the legitimacy of Zionism as they would sell out their own. But of friend of my, who's ethnic Mexican, had a different take. He viewed the boycott as an act of war and concluded this justified rounding up Jews and putting them in concentration camps. (That literally blew my mind.) So really all of this comes down to statism and collectivism versus individualism. From the "state" point of view, almost anything can be justified to ensure the "state" continues, thrives and propagates. Slaves might act in their own interest and against the state? Threaten them with death! Jews might act in their own interest and undermine the state? Set up the concentration camps! Anti vaxxers and pro gunners might threaten the state? Well....I think you can see where that goes. Anyhow, above the state, above my race, above my family, is God. And I truly believe God's hand was with Canada in repelling the U.S. invasion. Andrew Jackson invaded and took Florida to prevent escaped slaves from having a haven there. But Canada remained a haven for escaped slaves as it did not respect the "fugitive slave law." The U.S. Civil War was our nations bloodiest. I believe it was God's punishment on the South for having slaves and God's punishment on the North for complicity with slavery. If you disagree you can take that up with God when we both get to heaven.

Anti Federalist, I'm keenly aware of the Glock switch issue because it's raised eyebrows in my current home state. Confiscations of Glock switches are up 1200%. And even though there are already federally illegal and Alabama is politically a very pro gun state, there is a serious push to ban them at the state level as well. The problem is that they are very easy to 3D print. This is much less daunting than trying to 3D print a complete AR 15 or even just an AR 15 lower. Heck, I bet it's possible to make one with a Dremel and a cast block of aluminum (easy to cast aluminum at home) and possibly even a block of hardwood. So the only way to stop this would be to ban Whoopie's precious Glock.

Once again Tucker Carlson asks the question "How did 9/11 actually happen?" Thank you Tucker Carlson. You are now officially a 9/11 Truther. No apology needed. Please have other well respected 9/11 Truthers on your show. One isn't required to say "The government did it!" to be a 9/11 Truther. You just have to seriously question the official narrative. You have to be looking for the truth. It's in the name "Truther." You mentioned Jeffrey Epstein and how he got his millions and how did he die. Have Whitney Webb on your show please to discuss One Nation Under Blackmail. And for everyone that wrongly blamed Truther's for dragging down Ron Paul, get serious! Look at what the MSM is trying to do with RFK Jr. Look at what the DNC did to Bernie Sanders. Look at how Tulsi Gabbard was called a "Russian asset." Trump got past the gauntlet in part because Hillary Clinton wanted him to get through since she thought he was the easiest to beat. She had no idea that Trump would use Bill Clinton's serial woman abuse against her, and in fact Trump didn't go there in the firs debate but he put winning over his long standing friendship with the Clintons in the second debate. Lastly, don't be afraid to bite the hand that currently frees you. Elon "Imma put a chip in your brain" Musk can't be trusted. I wish you'd gone to a really free platform like https://Hive.io or https://odysee.com/. Yeah....small gripe I know. But part of me wonders if part of the reason Musk bought Twitter was to actually SAVE Twitter from itself and stop TWIXIT. (Twitter Exit). Yeah some leftists temporarily jumped ship for https://mastodon.social/ (another actually free platform that Trump ripped off to create truth.social), but they're back (unfortunately). Look at how Jack Doresy has endorsed RFK Jr. Seems he wasn't really on board with the way Twitter's censorship was killing the platform he created and loved. Anyhow, that's a digression. Look forward to what comes of the new show.

My personal story (pt2)

by CaptUSA on 02-24-2016 at 09:57 AM
Among my many interests was electricity and I decided that I wanted to change how the industry operates. Understanding the free market as I did, I was pissed that the coolest discovery in the history of mankind was being regulated to death by the government. I wanted to change that.

I found a job as a part-time temporary meter reader. My girlfriend went ballistic that I was quitting a salaried job for a part-time temp job, but I had complete confidence in what I was doing. Meter

My personal story (pt 1)

by CaptUSA on 02-24-2016 at 09:55 AM
I’ve never used this blog feature before, but since people have wondered (and asked) about my personal story, I figured it was best to do it in here rather than the forums.

It may come across as anecdotal, but I assure you that this same type free market story is working itself out all over the country and the globe. Even in the face or increasing government interference.

I was born in Western PA the third of four boys. When I was still a baby, the second child died
