As far as i can tell, by the time you get your digital transaction money out of a Zimbabe bank it's worth maybe 1/4 the value of the transaction. At least that seems to be the retailer and consumer sentiment.

Over $4 Billion Paid for Vaccine Injuries and Deaths A Dec. 1, 2018 update by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) on the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) reported that the total amount of awards to children and adults who have been injured or died after receiving federally recommended childhood vaccines has surpassed $4 billion.1 2 The VICP was created by Congress under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 as a federal compensation system alternative to vaccine injury lawsuits filed in civil court.3 According to an article published in Fair Warning, almost no media attention has been given to payouts made to vaccine victims by the government, which are adjudicated in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (also known as “Vaccine Court”).1 Fair Warning points out that one of the reasons that the “Vaccine Court” works in relative obscurity is because public health officials maintain that “vaccines provide vast public health benefits” and are reluctant to talk about vaccine casualties for fear that publicity about vaccine injury compensation awards would dissuade the public from getting vaccinated.1

Cal-Exit, coming at ya! 1.5-2.0 inches of rain predicted for Wednesday in N. Santa Barbara County. 'Go Now': Mandatory Evacuations Ordered in California; I-5 Shut Down in Both Directions A mandatory evacuation order was given to California residents in burn areas from the Holy Fire. Riverside County officials asked residents in the area to "go now" as the first of three storms enters the region. Interstate 5 and three State Roads — 33, 58 and 158 — are closed because of the weather. More than 10,000 customers have lost electricity.

People are angry because it's a Fake Shutdown. For as long as the politicians continue to appear on TV, the threat of government intervention in their lives is real. They want the tyrants to totally disappear. Donnell has failed to drain the swamp, and they know it. :warning:

A bipartisan effort by the D&R uni-party to stamp out any remaining shreds of Liberty in the USA. Five Republicans Join Democrat Push to Criminalize Private Gun Sales The five are Reps. Peter King (R-NY), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Fred Upton (R-Mich.), Chris Smith (R-NJ), and Brian Mast (R-FL). King is a sponsor of the bill to criminalize private gun sales, standing with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) for more gun control. And Rep. Mast is continuing to show a penchant for gun control he first displayed after the Parkland school shooting, when he called for President Trump to enact a national ban on the sale of AR-15 rifles. The push to criminalize private gun sales is being presented as a universal background check requirement. Such checks would require Americans to get government permission to sell a gun to a neighbor, a life-long friend, or a co-worker. NPR reports that Rep. King said, “When background checks are used, they keep guns out of the hands of people we all agree shouldn’t have guns.”

Mike Pompeo Says the US is a Force for Good in the Middle East. No, Really! US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called the US a “force for good” in the Middle East. A closer look at the evidence reveals this to be the greatest lie ever told in the era of “fake news.” “The good news is this: The age of self-inflicted American shame is over, and so are the policies that produced so much needless suffering,” Pompeo said to an audience at the American University of Cairo, Egypt on Thursday. “In just 24 months, the United States under President Trump has reasserted its traditional role as a force for good in this region,” Pompeo said. “We have rediscovered our voice. We have rebuilt our relationships. We have rejected false overtures from enemies.” While taking breaks from blasting the Obama administration, Pompeo also referred to the US as having “always been a liberating force, not an occupying power.”

Father Of World Wide Web Launches Platform Which Aims To Radically Decentralize The Internet "For people who want to make sure the Web serves humanity, we have to concern ourselves with what people are building on top of it,” Tim Berners-Lee told Vanity Fair last month. "I was devastated" he said while going through a litany of harmful and dangerous developments of the past three decades of the web. That's why "the Father of the World Wide Web" has launched a start-up that intends to end the dominance of Facebook, Google, and Amazon, while in the process letting individuals take back control of their own data. Berners-Lee's new online platform and company Inrupt is being described as a "personal online data store," or pod, where everything from messages, music, contacts or other personal data will be stored in one place overseen by the user instead of an array of platforms and apps run by corporations seeking to profit off personal information. The project seeks “personal empowerment through data” and aims to "take back" the web, according to company statements. The man who created the world wide web by implementing the first ever successful communication between a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) client and server via the internet in 1989 lamented that his creation has been abused by powerful entities for everything mass surveillance to fake news to psychological manipulation to corporations commodifying individuals' information.

Survey: Higher costs from USMCA will squeeze auto suppliers More than a third of automotive executives in a recent survey said they plan to renegotiate contracts with suppliers and aggressively seek production savings to counter higher costs expected under the proposed U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. Participants indicated they feel under pressure to source more components from suppliers near North American assembly plants, with 61 percent predicting that suppliers located near production sites will be favored. And 73 percent stated they expect payroll costs to grow unless they cut their workforce. The survey of 100 U.S-based auto executives was conducted online in December by market research firm Propeller Insights for LevaData, a strategic sourcing and procurement consultancy based in San Jose, Calif., that uses predictive analytics to reduce supply chain costs. The USMCA trade agreement, which must still be approved by the three nations' legislative bodies, calls for at least 70 percent of a car's steel and 75 percent of its total content to be manufactured in North America to qualify for duty-free treatment when crossing one of the borders. Additionally, at least 40 percent of a vehicle's content must be made by workers earning $16 per hour or more. The rules of origin under the existing Nafta require 62.5 percent regional content, and there is no requirement for labor value content.
