July 07, 2020 The rule "first do no harm" appears to have been thrown out the window in the response to the 2019 coronavirus outbreak. Some studies suggest that for every "Covid" death there could be 29 deaths due to the lockdowns worldwide. Famine, depression, suicide, untreated illnesses - all of these may overshadow Covid as the killer of the year. Plus in today's program: Fauci says we're "knee-deep in the first wave," the New England Journal of Medicine suggests just suspending any worker who refuses the coronavirus vaccine, and Texas mask "mandates" explained. http://www.ronpaullibertyreport.com/

Transferring government dictates (Obama's Romney-Care, as well as WHO funding) to corporate rollout via public-private partnership is Fascism, which is not likely to be "voted" out. You will be less free, and .gov will still obtain the data collection that it wants. Cap , CCTelander and I fully understand what Larken is talking about.

Welcome to FASCISM. Clear is the company who makes scanning equipment for TSA and is rolling out new products such as "Health Pass" Immunity Passports. Going to a ball game? Out to dinner? No matter where you go, or what you do...

Exactly. Elections, you know. And with Operation Warp Speed and the move into full-blown fascism, this is just another political stunt to side-track the people and buy them some time.

By Ryan McMaken Mises.org July 7, 2020 Contrary to a certain nostalgic nationalist myth that still endures, the US Constitution as first conceived was never intended to limit government power. The primary purpose of the Convention of 1787 was to increase federal power, as the older constitution of 1776 (i.e., the Articles of Confederation) was regarded by centralizers as being too “weak.” The older constitution was built on a consensus model, and required acquiescence from a supermajority of member states to do much. The overwhelming preponderance of government power lay with the states themselves, which were in their own right too weak to demand much from their citizens. Nonetheless, this loose union of states had functioned well enough. The states, working in voluntary union, had fought off the most powerful empire of the eighteenth century during the Revolution. The Massachusetts state militia had put down Shay’s Rebellion without any federal help. Americans, for the most part, were more free and better fed than the populations of Europe, the wealthiest region of the world. Thanks to the liberal ideology spread by the Revolution, slavery was in decline nationwide. Indentured servitude was on the way out. The restrictive feudalism of old was disappearing. Yet, the wealthy elite, like Hamilton, Washington, and Madison (in his counterrevolutionary phase), wanted something else. They wanted a federal system that could force payment of federal taxes. They wanted a bigger navy. They wanted a federal army that could march into the interior and threaten farmers with destruction, as Washington did during the Whiskey Rebellion. In short, they wanted a Constitution that would centralize power, and grow it.

All I hear in the local newz, and from people out in public (who are wearing masks), is that hospitals are "overwhelmed and overcrowded". I am not suggesting that coronavirus (a mild flu) does not exist, or that it does not affect the elderly or folks with other underlying severe conditions. But the claim that hospitals are "overwhelmed and overcrowded" is complete and utter bunk. I know first hand multiple hospitals are furloughing/permanently laying off employees due to extremely low census, and many hospitals are empty since converting to "coronavirus only". Also, while not discounting that there are cases, I have yet in all of my travels come across a single case of anybody who has actually had it. The information has been published and posted numerous times. This "pandemic" is another 9/11 "TSA implementation", where Bio-Tech and tracking corporations in bed with government will be rolling out products on the tax payers dime. It has nothing to do with preventing or curing any cold or virus, but everything to do with tracking/recording people on a global scale. Clear corporation, the maker of scanning equipment for the TSA, is working as we speak to provide TSA with more of their intrusive scanning products. Anybody who disputes or not aware of this simply has their head buried in the sand.

All democrats threaten that. But when a democrat threatens that, it never happens because republicans fight back proud and hard. When republican politicians do that, they get passes. Look at flip-flop mitt and trump who got passes, but Obama "sold more guns".

First off, I can't stand democrats/socialists/communists. But, if you want to be perfectly honest about it... It was Bush Senior who promised a "New World Order". It was Bush W who crammed Patriot Act and TSA (blue uniforms who don't even know/care what the Bill of Rights are - on MY tax dime) down our throats. Trump, the Real Estate magnate that he is, convinced republicans that the FED taking Private Property from rightful owners is for the "common good".

July 2, 2020 Several recent studies suggest that we are closer to "herd immunity" for Covid-19 than previously thought. Former CDC head Scott Gottleib said Covid would be gone by January because most people will have been exposed. Yet officials across the country are implementing policies that PREVENT this needed immunity! They are trying to keep healthy people apart. What's their game. 01 July 2020 The first week of July is typically a joyful occasion, with Americans celebrating their nation’s independence on July 4 and Canadians celebrating Canada Day on July 1. This year, July 1 also marks the first day that the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) goes into force, replacing the original 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and economically integrating the three countries one step closer toward a regional customs union. The USMCA was inaugurated with much fanfare across the political spectrum, from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to officials from Canada’s ruling Liberal Party. Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, who served as Canada’s chief negotiator on the agreement, has repeatedly lauded it as a “progressive trade agreement” for its strong environmental and labor standards.

by Michael S. Rozeff Prior to arrest of a suspect of a crime, “The officer is free to ask questions before an arrest, but must inform the suspect that the questioning is voluntary and that he or she is free to leave at any time.” “After placing the suspect under arrest, the officer will say something similar to, ‘You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.'” If a crime suspect need not say a word, having a right to remain silent, doesn’t a person allegedly in contact with a coronavirus-infected person, have the same right to remain silent? The person thought to be in contact is not a suspect in a crime, after all. Doesn’t freedom of speech include this right to remain silent? Yet, “Officials in New York’s Rockland County announced on Wednesday that they had issued subpoenas to eight people allegedly infected by the coronavirus for refusing to speak with contact tracers voluntarily.

I guess it's the area one happens to be in. I am in what is considered a "very conservative" area, and most here are buying the rhetoric. Granted, these folks believe Mike Kelly is the greatest "Congressman" of all time, even though his record is a dismal 56%. This area - any mention of Trumps horrific Omnibus, trillions in debt and Operation Warp Speed are considered "flat-out lies against our president" and I should go live under a rock with the democrats. Anyway, I refuse to wear a mask as well. That makes me not a "team player", and boy do they hate that.

Most Americans will be thrilled to obey their government. "Second wave", look how many more folks are wearing their masks. They are more vocal this time around when they see someone (like me) walking around without one. I encounter more birds than I see up in the sky.

Jun 30, 2020 Ben Swann takes a look at the highly unusual timeline by which Moderna Therapeutics is developing its C0-vId 19 virus vaccine. Now, 4 scientists with the NIH claim they hold partial patent rights on that vaccine and stand to make up to $150,000 per year. Meanwhile, as Moderna's stock price continues to soar, 5 top executives have sold off $89 million dollars worth of shares, even as the company continues to bypass standard vaccine protocols in the development of its C0-vId v@ccine

July 1, 2020 While they are cooking the books on "new cases" by ramping up testing and even double-testing, half the population of the US is living in states that are actually returning to some form of shut down. The Houston hospital capacity lie has pushed Texas back into shutdown. And no one is noticing that deaths and death rates continue to decrease. Is this pandemic becoming just about politics? http://www.ronpaullibertyreport.com/

June 30, 2020 We cannot go back to the pre-coronavirus world, they tell us. Everything has changed and we must accept a "new normal." What does this "new normal" look like? It looks a lot like a dystopian horror film, where privacy is destroyed, property is subject to political whim, surveillance is to be accepted, medical treatments can be forced on people. Should we accept totalitarianism as our "new normal"? Plus in today's program: the real story of Houston's "round two hospital crisis." http://www.ronpaullibertyreport.com/

By Tom Woods July 1, 2020 The conversation about the future of the police shifted dramatically after the death of George Floyd on May 25. At first most people doubtless assumed that activists would demand a series of reforms to American police departments. And yet before we knew it, the call to “defund the police” was being heard everywhere. So far, though, calls to defund the police have been fraught with confusion. On social media, curious observers have wondered how people will acquire security services in the absence of police. In response, many defenders of the “defund the police” cause have impatiently lectured them (“do your research!”), explaining that of course defunding the police doesn’t mean reducing their budget to zero. “Defund the police” means the police will be funded, but we’ll just rethink the way they operate.
