Im guessing if you work a place ins doesnt and was forced to include it your portion of ins payment will increase by said amount. You could offer it possibly at minimal added cost if you didnt employ many young females like in some mnfg environments. I imagine employer ins plans are a big deal to some people and some could look for jobs based in part on it. Some employers may use better plans to lure in people.
