This is also my take on the issue. Anyone else remember Trump talking about auditing the fed, bringing troops home, building a wall, prosecuting Hillary Clinton etc etc? the man is a sweet talker. Many of the newbies are still new to the game and will start waving the victory flag just from the proclamations of a politician. I hope this time he is serious this time

That would be amazing if he can get only a freeze in spending, a real spending cut on the other hand would make him a legend. I will go a little bit further and say that if the next year's budget only increases by the rate of inflation which is 2-3%, I will be among the people singing his praise on this site. I don't like Trump but that kind of achievement would be impossible for any fiscal conservative on this site to ignore. I wish him the best cos I have a strong feeling that many people aren't going to like it.

Wow, I would have been just fine with a freeze in spending increases but a 5% plan would blow Rand and definitely Ron Paul's plan out of the water. I guess this is the Ron Paul on steroids people were talking about. I support a cut in spending but I will advice him to start slow and as the people and dept adjust, increase the cuts up to 5% a year. I just hope to be still alive when this plan comes to fruition. Godspeed Trump

That isnt actually all they did. It would be one thing if that was all that was said. Also its different when someone from your race makes the insult and entirely different when its coming from someone from a diff race. Read the article. Btw, I know a lot of people here do not believe racism can even exist in the world. Ignore this post if this is u.

Larkin Rose is just wrong on this. Again, we have someone comparing two things that are not similar. Slavery did not come about through incrementalism and for that reason, it can be abolished as fast as it was established which is in a flash. Govt on the other hand can and I believe should be gradually abolished if only to give people who are accustomed to it the chance to adjust. Just my 2 cents

Well, there is some truth to the fact that the FBI only got involved because they were immigrants. The war on terror is fought against mainly people in ME/NA and as such they need to use people from those areas as informants. I am with Brian on this, I think this problem was more of a mechanical or human error than that of an organizational problem. Well connected natives also have the ability to ward off regulators, this is not exclusive to FBI connected people.

I dunno about that, no teeth could be a sign of the severity of the addiction. Regardless, why would anyone wanna mess with someone with a history of IV drug use without STD testing? That is just mental.

There is some question about the owner of the limo service being a crook, fraudster and whatnot. That is what the Danke's and AFs of this world are latching onto to somehow tie this tragedy to immigration(or as they try to guise it, diversity). I generally do not agree with you on strategy and some policies but with the many interactions I have had with you, I think you are more reasonable than the whole lot of the other anti immigrant crowd. I am saddened by this tragedy and pray for the families of all involved. Immigrant involvement or not, my feeling about it would be just the same.

No offense to the lady in the video but the cop looks good and you would think that he has a higher standard than straggly tooth meth addicts. I am disappointed on so many levels for this man.

Love the video, the beats, the lyrics etc. But I have to say that it is a bit disingenuous to compare Steel production and bananas. For one, one requires adequate weather to produces where some countries just have natural advantages over other countries. For steel, if you have the ore then you need to cultivate the industry either through private investment or public one. This is a skill that comes with practice and investment. Dunno if this scheme will work but I know that to bring back steel manufacturing in this country, it will take time and early loses for you to do that. Also, my guess is also regulation changes (dunno which one but easing govt regs 9 out of 10 times helps businesses prosper)

No better way to start off the morning than reading the daily screed from the resident RPF immigrant bashers. Who here doesn't understand that immigrants are for the most part useless people who in aggregate bring nothing good to this country and in addition they more than anything else commit loads of crimes in this country? My only disappointment is that they denied me the pics of some black person holding a cutlass that usually comes with this sort of threads.

I don't vote anymore. I also agree with you on the 10th amendment, we need to bring it back in a big way where the smaller states can be allowed to made decisions for their inhabitants. That to be is more important than anything else. To reiterate my main point, I don't vote :)

Check out the big brain on Swordm, I knew u are a quick learner. Btw, I will be leaving for Lagos on Monday and sadly for you, we have internet n Enugu, so me going back to Enugu, Nigeria isn't going to affect my posting on this site :( How about the 10th amendment? if followed correctly should give the states enough reason to stay in the union and enough powers to relatively run their own affairs with very little disturbance from the other bigger states. I seriously have issues with the govt giving a small states much power than it has relative to population and tax fund generated(why is this metric not used to assign representative?) I think u are scaremongering. It wont mean the end of anything if senate representatives was reformed.

I know this is blasphemous around these parts but I completely agree with her. The have a lower electoral number, fewer house representatives but the equal senators. This is akin to affirmative action for states with little people power. And I do understand give small states some power to defend themselves but equal senatorial power? That is a bridge too far

You do know that both dems and republicans think her story is credible? Just because its some piping hot horse shyte doesnt mean that a woman's baseless accusations wont be believed. The Roy Moore case was also very shaky but that didnt stop them from successfully pulling it.

It is a real fight and the dems nearly won this round, remember this tactic/stunt worked against Roy Moore and it was almost 50/50 chance that it would have worked this time around, so lets not pretend like this strategy was doomed from the get go. Also, this is a tussle for power, the left wing and right wing are competition factions working for the deep state and even though they are working for the same entity, each side wants to be in the driving seat and this fight for control is what we are watching.

Also this Khabid defeated Dana White's golden boy, I don't see any way he avoid getting fined and suspended. This win is a financial and personal hit to the UFC. Good fight but he could have had it all, respect, adulation, money etc had he just composed himself after the fight. Any chance they rematch? the man is a beast, he has the wrestling, cardio for day and just enough striking to knock you down.

To put that into perspective, that is about 10 fold increase to the usual $3 in free money or 2700% increase on the money he saved from reducing regulations. If you ever wonder how increase in tax collected and savings in some govt operations can lead to an ever increasing deficits, look no further than this mans ability to spend way more than any dem in my lifetime. Go team Red :)

Wow, just wow. The protester says "Do you know how many people are in prison for less?" when the pol said there is no evidence. I guess it is OK with her that people are locked in prison for virtually 0 evidence. This BS is why when the courts convicts a man, he is automatically believed to have committed the crime ala Bill Cosby.
