After looking at the weird behaviour coming out of the Texas house and the speaker, including inept or betraying behaviour, and a possible illegal impeachment, I thought the claim of drunk behaviour was pivotal to understanding it - was this drunkenness, so close to the other events, true, and possibly connected? Or was it false - and then connected the other way - to discredit the speaker? So I viewed the tape, and looked into it more.
