    In one of Gaddafi's many awesome speeches at the Arab League Summit in Damascus (2008ish), here he is protesting the assassination/extrajudicial killing of Saddam Hussein. Assad and others are laughing, because Gaddafi is joking about the absurdity of how they're all just letting it happen without question. I always think about this speech when I see the shitstorm they've thrown at Assad post-Libya.

    I think the sentencing hearing was coming up for in mid-December for the existing convictions. I assume it was to save Hunter the trouble/risk of being handcuffed and jailed after sentencing.

    Well, I do believe this is the American calculus of escalation. They want Putin to attack Europe. But Putin is on to this. He might take the shot here (and not attack Europe), but support the efforts to attack Israel and draw the U.S. into middle eastern war, where we can be more easily weakened. Hurting the Empire by attacking Europe hurts Russia. Hurting the Empire by supporting Arab's hurts U.S. I don't think the warmongers care either way. War is coming. EDIT: Ultimately, I think the U.S./Israelia axis is willing to sacrifice Europe, and I believe Europe is on to this as well. I wouldn't be surprised if the "betrayal" (or appearance of betrayal, perhaps already planned) of U.S./Israeli is on the agenda.

    I'd highly recommend you search for a church within this Protestant denomination, if you're looking for a "based" congregation: Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches (CREC).

    I don't know the guys whole history, but this appointment is the only one I'm truly happy about. I wasn't a big hippy when it comes to food, clean water, vaccines, etc. I followed the schedule for my first kid and never really paid much attention. When Covid came around and I did all the research, I informed myself about not just Covid, but all these supposedly "great" vaccines. It was a book from RFK's website called "The Vaccine Book" by Robert Sears that convinced me that basically the entire schedule is unnecessary if not dangerous. I had a kid born in 2020 and another in 2022 who are vax free thanks to his efforts. Anyway, I followed his campaign and watched his concession/endorsement speech where he cried and said he prayed for 19 years for God to put him in a position to help children. As a Christian I do think there is a lot of signs that a shitstorm is ahead. But God can do many things at once, and we shouldn't put Him in a box. I do find it odd that this administration has the appearance of one that could significantly change things. I mean "significant" to me, at this point, would be getting flouride out of the water and getting the poison out of our food til we're at least at European levels. So without knowing exactly how much hope this warrants (he hasn't been confirmed), I do find this one appointment a particularly hopeful sign, and I'm very happy for RFK. He's put in a lot of work, and I believe he is sincere.

    If you want to nerd out and read the word.... www.cogwriter.com That is the website of the "Continuing Church of God" (CCOG) led by Bob Thiel. It is the most pure successor to the old Herbert Armstrong Church of God. I'm not a big believer in his pushing adherence to Sabbath observance and Hebrew Holy days (but I am somewhat a believer), but I do believe his scriptural and prophetic interpretations are the best I've seen anywhere. His scriptural research is amazing. You can probably type any religious question and add "cogwriter" to the search query and find pages of material he's written. He has in-depth knowledge of the Catholic Encyclopedia and constantly references it (sometimes to contradict it, sometimes to show their beliefs used to be different). The most fundamental point on which CCOG differs from both Catholics and Protestants/reformed theology, is the understanding of the 1st and 2nd resurrections and also the rejection of trinitarianism (in favor of Binitarianism). For the subject of the hell/resurrection, highly recommend free book "Fire of God's Anger" by Lewis Carter Baker.

    Oh. LOL. I get it now. I so rarely use the "visitor message" feature that I wasn't following you. You were talking to FF and not me. Makes perfect sense now. Carry on. As for what he was saying you weren't being consistent on, it was the fact that at first you said the Bible doesn't say have a relationship with Jesus (actually it does) and then you shifted to "The Bible doesn't say the gospel is have a relationship with Jesus" (It doesn't....but nobody on this board said it does). Why it's who hard for you to just admit that I don't know. If you are looking for exact language says that...well where does it say grace is irresistible?
