Most people voluntarily give up their constitutional rights via entering voluntary contracts with the State, such as asking for a driver's license. So no, a State can't lawfully violate your rights but a State can legally get you to give up your rights, therefore it is not violating your rights if it does something that is contrary to the Constitution. Stop entering their voluntary contracts if you want to be protected by inherent rights.

Happened again today to Fidelity customers. Goes to show that it doesn't matter how well you play the markets, they can just shut the website off and you're stuck watching your portfolio disappear on CNBC while the insiders get all of their sell orders entered lickety-split. Today I tried to place a few tiny puts and every time I entered an order, the bid/ask spread magically changed to be just out of the reach of my order. Oops, sorry please try again but this time raise your bid a little more, won't you? Which of course then pushed the spread up even further. I'm almost convinced it was my own brokerage trying to get me to overpay for the puts so it could take the other side. I quit trying since I'm not stupid.

No one with an IQ above room temperature really thinks Hillary will be a candidate in 2020. But it does work great to continue to herd Dems into Bernie's camp under the "they're going to screw him again" narrative.

We have some overlap with Bernie also but does that mean we should vote for Bernie? Overlap is all fine and dandy up to a point but the blind worship of Trump that goes on by some here is just as bad as blind hatred. Amash stood up for his belief in the Constitution and also calls Trump out on his bs, which the Trumpers NEVER, EVER do to the orange Jesus. Seeing how Amash pulled in a quarterly campaign donations record in Q4, utterly destroying the narrative that he's as good as ousted, many people of all stripes agree with him, too.

We should fix that. He must be able to exercise his role as The Decider. I'd be inclined to chalk up the late or non-payment as Donald just doing what Donald is known for throughout the construction business but there must be a good reason for paying up when the UN otherwise would have gone bankrupt, according to your link. My friend asked for a source again. He trusted your links until that WTO link raised credibility questions. I told him it must have been an honest mistake but you know how people are sometimes

I know, right? It's ridiculous. How is one man supposed to fix all this when he's held back by dumb stuff like separation of powers? Whew, that was close. The UN almost ran out of money. But then, thankfully, we paid up, kept the lights on and put them back in the black. http://www.xinhuanet.com/english/2019-12/03/c_138601243.htm My friend says thanks but then asks why is the WTO website still functional and it's still holding meetings scheduled out to November and they're also filling new job positions, according to their website? He says he's heard of something called "fake news" and wondered if your link wasn't an example of it. Accidentally posted, of course.

He's running for re-election as an Independent, so he needs some D votes too. Not rocket science to see why he's talking about equal rights, though I don't understand why people think government discrimination is ok in the first place. Any way, it's election season, lighten up. (Or does Trump get to be the only person running for federal office that panders to voting blocks while campaigning and then doesn't act on it? When he does it, it's 4D chess, right?) There's something really wrong if you still call yourself a libertarian but want to throw Justin Amash under the bus in favor of Donald Trump, of all people, who has nothing whatsoever in common with libertarians and never has.

Indeed, that is progress. We must add regulation to remove regulation, instead of just removing regulation. If those pesky Dems oppose it then the conservative answer should be to add more regulations that reinforce the regulations that removed the regulation that added regulation. We should surely experience liberty then, no? I believe you but perhaps you can cite a source for this executive or legislative action? Asking for a friend.

We must add to the regulations to roll back regulations. Just like we had to abandon the free market to save the free market. Or we could roll back all regulations and let the UN handle it all. That is most certainly cutting government regulation to the bone and very conservative values.

Good point. Getting stuff done, like passing the UN's 3000 page USMCA treaty, is too important to just sit around and get nothing done. We most certainly need corporate government doing things in order to move forward. Not getting enough stuff done has been where government has failed us all. The US Code and the Code of Federal Regulations are still way too small.

Actually, none of them mentioned anything about supporting Democrats. Just people tired of waiting for swamp draining but are seeing Trump pardoning corrupt Democrats from Obama's home turf, instead. That must be true, because, you know, polls.

Congrats Swordy, you're finally learning! ALL Beltway leadership of political parties are controlled opposition working for the communists, toward a global communist world government. Let's not forget that the Trump admin actively supported the USMCA, which turned over most of what remained of American sovereignty to the communist United Nations. It's always important to remember to separate "leadership" (Beltway types) from the rank-and-file of parties. Some like to imply that the Beltway swamp dwellers speak for party members across the country, when they do not.

Perhaps. There's a lot of people with "too long" sentences who aren't political corruption convicts who shook down a children's hospital for campaign donations, though. I'm pretty sure that's not true at all. :tears::tears::tears::tears:

crosspost from other pardon thread: It's fun to google around to see the real reasons why most of them were pardoned or commuted. Paul Pogue's son donated $85,000 to Trump's re-election campaign and $150k to the RNC and was Rick Santorum's 2016 campaign finance director. Entire Pogue family has been dumping money hand-over-fist into Trump and the GOP. David Safavian is General Counsel of the organizer of CPAC. Angela Stanton-King (wonder why her married name was left off?) is married into the MLK family and she is the protege of Fox News contributor and evangelist Alveda King.

There's spin...and then there's spin. That's a whole lotta spin in that write-up. At least there's another couple of ridiculous sentence drug offenses commuted I guess and it's not all 9/11 conspirators, scammers and corrupt politicians.

Um, yeah sure....unless you have mega-trillions in unfunded government liabilities and pension payments coming due to those people starting in a few years. And also determined that young people (especially with birth rates already quickly declining among them) are sufficiently trained to comply with future agendas as to not depopulate them in large numbers.

I didn't watch Josh's video yet but other related theories I've seen are that coronavirus is, among other purposes, a depopulation tool that primarily infects and kills older people (55+) with underlying health issues and particular genetic markers, and I'd speculate also people with generally diminished immune systems, in conjunction with 5G further weakening general body functions once 5G is activated. The censored info that HIV inserts were discovered in the virus structure also lend credibility to the theory that it preys particularly well on people with diminished or turned off immune systems.

There does appear to be a concerted effort to diminish people's immune systems. Half the big pharma drugs marketed on tv (usually targeted toward people with embarrassing skin problems like eczema or arthritis) these days work by turning off the taker's immune system. Sure, you won't display eczema skin symptoms if your immune system isn't functioning.

Also NYC Junk Bond scammer Michael Milken (personal friend of Mnuchin) and NYC Police Chief Bernie Kerik. Others on his pardon list to be released later today. Indeed, many rural conservatives in his voting base receiving pardons lol. (He's pardoned one black person with a ridiculous drug sentence and she ended up on a Super Bowl commercial!)

Dude, those are pretty catchy! "Randstanding" "Randstanders" very nice. What Trump never does is point out who the Deep State is, outside of Swordy's mere surface labels like "it's teh FBI". Nothing about who the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc really work for. Nothing about the CFR and the CFR's parent org, the RIIA, in London, for example. What has been "exposed" is surface level nonsense to divert deeper investigation into who's really running things in this country, and has for a long time, and therefore who is running Trump and our cherished national elections overall.

I'd say I was also right and mission accomplished since shutting down most of their manufacturing economy for months, which will shut most of our consumption economy and disrupt existing supply chains, is indeed a great way to start a reset. Never let a crisis (manufactured or otherwise) go to waste, right? -------------------------------------------------------- An interesting take on the virus and 5G rollout in China. I don't subscribe to the theory yet but that site does great research on other topics so it's worth considering their view. http://themillenniumreport.com/2020/02/staged-coronavirus-pandemic-an-international-criminal-conspiracy-of-epic-proportions/

He's trying to send CT down the wrong rabbit hole, imo. Cotton is an MIC neocon with military background and probably a CIA asset. Goes without saying that anyone with that background is not telling the truth. Much more likely, imo, is that the virus is from the joint US/Canada lab and was sent to China for release as the black swan that shuts down trade and starts the economic "reset". High chinese officials were probably aware of it. Something has to get the ball rolling on the shut down of the dollar recycling system and a sudden virus outbreak that stops Chinese manufacturing and shipping is a good enough place as any to start.

If you spend as much time online as I do, it's exceedingly easy to tell the actual Trump supporters online from the Zionist perception management shills online. I think many of who she encounters (end up in her orbit, as she calls it) are the shills trying to minimize her influence. There's a very noticeable difference in how the actual Trump voters generally post and how the shills post.
