You disagree that is how cults are created? Seems pretty nonpartisan, regardless of who produced the show. Politics/Trump wasn't mentioned once. In fact, it applied just as easily to the cult of Obama as it does the cult of Trump. Perhaps the revelation is that mainstream politics is nothing more than mass cult-building?

Part of growth is realizing what you can change and can not change. Maybe you will grow enough to learn that some day. On original topic: Mr. Hornberger will be visiting with the local LP next month and I will likely go meet him. If anybody has any questions to ask, I'm happy to do it and report his answers and my thoughts on him. I may even venture into the world of video interviewing or something crazy like that.

The other night I watched an episode of Explained on Netlfix about cults. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9689036/?ref_=ttep_ep1 I had to laugh because when the show went down the checklist of how cults are created, your Trumpkin rhetoric (and the cult of Trump as a whole) literally ticked every box in the step-by-step process.

Grab yerself a rifle and head on down to the Rio Grande! No surrender, right? smh Delusional. Even with Trump acting like the border guard savior, nothing is changing and yet some still believe there's a chance that it will change. Focus on something you can influence, not a 3000 mile stretch that can not and never will be secured.

Not a cent of it will go to the farmers that actually need it. If it was, they wouldn't be declaring bankruptcy en masse after the previous bailouts. All of that money is going to the corporate farms to buy out the failing small farms at firesale prices. Elect a corporate President, get corporate policies.

Post the NPR article and we'll see whether Walmart admitted to price increases due to tariffs or not.

Sammy Stratovarious In case you haven't figured it out quite yet, you're going to get open borders whether you want them or not. Best to focus on other policy issues that aren't being directly dictated by the UN and the Vatican when evaluating candidates.

So you're telling me that Gatorade, cheese, yogurt and other items jumped in price around 25% due to inflation/dollar losing value instead of tariffs? Interesting. Never expected to see you chalking up price increases to dollar purchasing power losses but ok. 70 items was their basket, iirc. Hardly a definitive study, plus they admitted that prices DID rise on many of the 70 items. You keep saying prices didn't rise but that's not what their test said. Then they asked Walmart and Walmart admitted that they "thoughtfully" managed price increases. So yes prices did rise. How it was perceived by customers was the issue, not whether there were rises or not. Walmart admitted to increased prices. Go ahead and post the NPR article...

An example of it having been done or an example of how it could be done? Just spitballing but ok. An example of how it could be done to the little people is that whole 2008 thing. Another example, for the wealthy, is Warren's 2% annual wealth tax. Collect the tax and 'delete' it from Treasury's books, cancel out corresponding debt.

And all of it is voluntarily via one's own voluntary signatures and voluntary filings. People need to learn what the words we use mean. Registration. Registration. REGIS. Registration of something is turning over ownership of the thing to the KING/QUEEN, or whatever the equivalent authority in the area representing that sovereign is.

Yes I remember that nonsense study. Their (you trust NPR now?) basket didn't include the low priced, high volume food items that I specifically mentioned as having large % price increases at the same time as Walmart's "thoughtful" price management process was being implemented.

Walmart's great numbers are because of higher prices. More revenue+stock buybacks=higher EPS price beats and revenue beats. Walmart already admitted that to offset sticker-shock price increases in some goods they have raised prices on other goods, mainly low priced but high volume items like food items, so that the price increase impact is felt less on an individual customer basis. IOW, spread out the overall increases wider and smaller....mile wide but an inch deep. The gross overall increase in prices is still reported in Walmart's top and bottom line numbers. I buy a few food items at Walmart and have observed what they're doing. High volume, low priced items like Gatorade, cheese, yogurt, etc were price hiked about 25% over the last year.

If the car is registered, it is the state's car, not yours. That's why they can pass arbitrary rules like this one to seize a car. It's not your car. It's their car.

I'm trying to force you? Pardon me but I only made a rational suggestion, given the facts of the situation and the realities of what this society will tolerate, to any one that thinks it is indeed an existential crisis. If there's one thing I can't do it's force people to have children. So let's simmer down with such ridiculous claims that I'm trying to force anyone to do anything and especially something as absurd as forcing people to breed. No one is rounding up and deporting millions of immigrants. Not happening. Stop talking about it. It makes you look delusional to keep suggesting it as even a possibility. I am supporting liberty right now, wherever I happen to see it. You're hoping for some hazy vision of liberty somewhere down the road in the future, which will be somehow obtained by somehow continuing the current liberty-less status quo, while actually removing the relatively few people that actually are living in real freedom today. Newsflash: THERE IS NO LIBERTY IN THIS COUNTRY FOR THE AVERAGE AMERICAN (U.S. Citizen) EXCEPT THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE BETWEEN 15 FLAVORS OF HFCS ICE CREAM. When I see actual free people here, even if they often don't realize the gift they have, I will never advocate to remove them. In fact, I just wish some of them weren't in such a hurry to "legalize" themselves and lock on the chains of the Rothschild BAR debt slave banking legal system. I suspect that your hazy vision of future liberty is merely white religious Mormon rule over the world. You are told that upon death you get your own little planet to lord over and all of the inhabitants are your slaves, yes? Sorta sounds to me like that's the "liberty" you want to enact upon this planet, instead of the afterlife.

I'm mostly past the point of supporting or opposing anything except freedom, since I have come to realize there's nothing I can do to stop it and no politician is going is going to do anything either. As I've said before, I'm more the color commentator in the booth during a football game, while you're the water boy spraying Gatorade into player's mouths. Having said that, I find it odd that conservatives advocate for competition/free market in all things except biological contests. That's apparently different for some reason. Never made much sense to me but most mainstream conservatives never seem to recognize their own hypocrisy, cognitive dissonance or lack of logical continuity to the platform. Cognitive dissonance is definitely a bipartisan issue. Further, since I have come to fully understand what is "illegal" about an "illegal immigrant", and have interacted with some and found them to be hard-working, family oriented people, not the stereotype you claim, I don't hold ill will toward them. My own immigration stance has become much more classic libertarian and much less conservative. "Illegal immigrants" are the most free people here and are not contractually bound to the legal jurisdictional game that's been foisted upon everyone by the bankers and their attorney foot soldiers that make up most of the legislatures. Freedom is something I do advocate and no amount of demonizing of immigrants is going to make me want to see them chained into this freedom-less legal system as "legal" or removed from the country because they aren't. Besides, human migration is as old as humanity itself. As a final note, to follow up my start f*ckin' comment, there's a lot of immigrants that are doing very well economically in my area (running successful businesses, buying/building/upgrading nice properties, etc) and are not the welfare whores you like to claim they are. In case you haven't noticed, the banker controllers are reversing national and global economics. At one time it was immigrants and Chinese that worked hard to make money for white people. That is slowly being reversed. Despite his rhetoric, this is why Trump does nothing about it and nothing changes. He's controlled by those same banker interests and his job to keep you pacified while the reversal continues. --------------------

Thanks for digging up the pics. Not quite what I asked for but it is apparently true that Lewiston ME has added 5000 Africans since 2001 to a town of ~35,000. I don't think it's quite the breathless existential crisis being painted though. As I've said in other immigration related threads, if you really think there's an existential crisis underway, there's only one answer. Start f*ckin'. Since it's a Vatican directed initiative, as you allude to, immigration as a whole is not going to stop so the only solution is the biological one. There is no political solution. There is only the natural one.
