Fwiw, a firm with Rothschild in its name has made suggestions on how to use FRCP to introduce new evidence into appeals courts. https://www.foxrothschild.com/publications/how-to-handle-new-evidence-during-the-pendency-of-an-appeal/ Dunno how applicable it is (I was just a lowly pro se civil plantiff in US district court many moons ago...ahh fun times, learned much) but the strategy is out there.

There's some questionable things about her (QAnon is a psyop) but overall I like the cut of her jib. Can she maintain her views after the swamp starts throwing freebies, goodies and cash at her? Or is she a trojan horse like many past "Tea Party 2.0" candidates? Time will tell. On topic: now that the vaccines are almost here, look for a huge "patriotic" narrative being pushed. Can't wait to see how Madison Ave ties a needle to the flag somehow!

I posted this thread/article in Sept 2019. Interesting how OP's narrative is, so far, pretty closely following the events laid out in it. Any unbinding of electoral college voters could lead to a 3rd party candidate receiving votes.... A more trustworthy trio has never been, of course. For patriotic causes like mass vaccination they will surely put their vast, vast differences aside and take shots that are not full of saline on camera. https://www.npr.org/sections/coronavirus-live-updates/2020/12/03/941950447/obama-bush-clinton-say-theyre-willing-to-get-coronavirus-vaccine-on-camera (Ivanka Trump already pledged to take it on camera, also)

One of the best ways to get up to speed is to directly share Whitney Webb's write-ups and videos. Most of what is contained in articles like in the OP derives from her research. That's not to say that she, like the rest of us, doesn't gain insight from other's work on top of our own to help put the puzzle of what's really going on together, though.

It's worse than that, since the "money" itself is completely imaginary nothingness. The control of the money doesn't make one a slave. It's the laboring, in exchange for literally nothing, that makes one a literal slave. The outside control is the icing on the slave cake. The mark is the number "666" (see: MS patent 60606, tying crypto "payments" directly to labor, via an implanted/attached device) and in symbol form the mark is the Seal of Solomon (star of David, Israeli star, etc). The mark itself will probably literally have that Seal attached to it somehow, perhaps even a bodily change that the vaccines perform. "Hey, these lines in my palm now look like a 6 pointed star! WTF?" King Solomon is the only biblical figure to have the number 666 directly tied to him in the bible and is a reference to the amount of GOLD he received as tribute from his slaves. This is one of the reasons why I think the Fedcoin (and the rest of CBDC coins around the globe) will actually be gold-backed, after the current FRN global reserve standard has collapsed. 666/Solomon/Gold. TPTB are obviously following biblical scripture with all this. eta: It's also the course of events that the murals in the BoA HQ lobby depict, if the mural panels are read right-to-left. We're in the middle panel now but close to the end of the panel's relevance. The left panel shows slaves laboring underground, looking not-too-happy, one with a gold-painted shovel (you can only tell that it is actually gold painted if you see it in person here in Charlotte, online pics don't capture it), while the supervisor stands above ground with a red communist rag hanging out of his back pocket, surveying the world after the mission of restoring Solomon's reign (rebuilding the 3rd Temple) is complete.

So the wallet contains what is essentially the equivalent of a "login credential". It does not contain "your" bitcoins, does it? So I'm right back to how the bitcoin asset is not in your possession, just like how stocks are not in your possession, and you are only a holder of the asset, not the owner. By holder, I mean having an equitable interest in the asset but not ownership. It really is much more similar to stock markets and a share of a tech stock than unlike it. In fact, the overall legal model that it's running under is exactly the same as stocks and pretty much everything else, where you have a legal interest in the asset, tied to a nominal dollar value, but not legal ownership. Same as a registered car, registered real estate, registered business. The one major difference I do see is that bitcoin isn't really owned by anyone or any particular legal entity, as it is a completely distributed model, while the car, property, etc is actually owned by governments. Bitcoin is, instead, an ethereal global widget masquerading as an asset, owned by a global legal trust. Just the fact that it's a global widget shows that it's a globalist banker invention.

K, we shall see I guess. But in some ways, we are on the same page, in that a shocking, staged provocation can elicit a response from the masses. That's how they pull this stuff off in the first place. However, the Floyd video was a big difference from gangbangers killing each other.

I've been paying attention a long time longer than a few years and what I detailed is exactly how they accomplish everything, or at least try to. Create the excuse to roll out the pre-planned agenda. Always. Here's the ironic part: By and large, they actually do follow the 1871 Constitution and statutes in nearly all instances, even if people don't realize it or are pushed by media fear tactics into voluntarily performing an action that the people otherwise don't have to perform (see: Obamacare "fine" which was actually voluntary, for example). EOs aren't going to do it and such actions would immediately be halted by the courts as grossly unconstitutional. To your specific scenario: Not a chance that mere coverage of ghetto drug dealers shooting each other would move the national gun control needle more than the nationally publicized elementary school "shooting", among others, did. Not a chance. Know why? Because even though Karens can be spun up easily by emotional triggers, they don't really care about inner-city black people shooting each other. And good luck getting the right and even the moderate middle of America to care about that enough to put extreme political pressure on legislators nationally to pass the required legislation. They'd need something absolutely shocking. Crack dealers blowing each other away over $20 isn't going to do it. Think about it. They pushed story after story for weeks on end, over the course of 6-8 years, about kids being shot, clubbers being shot, church goers being shot, Vegas concert goers, ad nausem, and none of it built the political capital needed to pass anything. You really think media coverage of drug dealers doing drive-bys is going to do it? lol

They won't do that because it's 100% obviously unconstitutional and would have very little public support by itself. President has no executive authority to ban any kind of gun or ammo by decree or mandate a national buyback. They could offer a voluntary buyback like they did with gold in 1933 but there's no legal power to ban by EO or order a buyback by EO. The gold buyback wasn't a confiscation since EOs don't apply to individuals and gold is in the Constitution. Same still applies today regarding guns, also. Like before during Obama and the early Trump days, the false flag shootings will suddenly start again, which provides political cover for Congress and state legislatures to pass "new legislation" (meaning already written and waiting for the excuse). Just plain blanket decrees at bans won't fly at all, constitutionally or in society in general, so they'll need new created reasons like shooting up more LGBTQ clubs, schools, etc. They'll probably go really hardcore with the emotional triggers this time to appeal to the proliferation of emotional Covid Karens. Even a fake elementary school shooting didn't move the needle before. What's optically and emotionally worse than that? Whatever you can think of is what they'll try next.

It's completely new! A digital string of 1s and 0s, with buy/sell transactions run through brokerages and exchanges who mostly keep retail transactions in their own dark pools, also who skim off "fees", turn over your info to the Feds for tax purposes, uses a trust structure where the holder of the asset isn't actually the owner of it, has banker run futures markets, and many, many other differences from stock markets. :tears:

Take a look at what I edited into the post above yours that you replied to. Powell (Enron crooks defense attorney btw...) is now bringing on a super deep stater. I think it's only short time before allegations of all of the deep state's remaining targets being involved are interwoven into this story.

I haven't read Powell's complaints but what's this crap I'm seeing floating around about her suits blaming China and Iran for vote fraud? That's not actually in her suits, is it? --------------- Oooh this is rich. Watch the Trumpers run to embrace the deepest of deep staters, because the deep stater confirms what they want to hear. They won't think one step ahead that the deep stater is selling them an engineered narrative they want to hear, which can then be used to offer up the solutions that the deep state wants, a federalized blockchain voting system and perhaps a narrative to blame targeted foreigners for election meddling. Problem-reaction-solution. Will Trumpers remember how Russian election interference was blamed for Trump's 2016 win or will that all be forgotten and "China and Iran and Venezuela" election interference for Biden be embraced as gospel? https://www.zerohedge.com/political/smartest-man-room-just-joined-sidney-powells-team

Is that you Swordy? That account suddenly burst on the RPF scene, after being dormant for years, right around the time Swordy retreated into the background. Now you're saying the same old "Work with the Republicans" crap we've been hearing for years, while they cheated, threatened, stole elections, injured elderly, completely ignored Libertarian values, generally did nothing useful toward mutual goals when able, inflamed the situation even worse, etc. Meh. Heard it. Got anything new? Work with the Republicans to dismantle the police state? Well dang, if I'd seen any of that start happening when Republicans ever have power I may be open to entertaining the idea. But no, for the last few years I was posting about how all of the "get teh Dems, round em up!" rhetoric will easily be turned back around when it becomes Trumpers/Republicans on the receiving end. No one listened but instead stayed glued to Fox and Breitbart, entertained by fake news headlines and remaining ignorant. Now, we're supposed to work with Republicans to do something that Republicans could never be bothered to actively oppose when they're (feeling like they're) in power? Meh. There's a big part of me that believes in the "you make your bed, you sleep in it" saying and cyclical karmic forces. I don't feel the fear that Trumpers probably feel right now and that's because I didn't participate in their antics in the first place. It's pretty tiresome hearing about how I need to keep "working with" people that never want to help themselves and only appear to be interested in working with me when they feel I can be used as a tool for them. At least Libertarians aren't easily deluded into becoming flaming hypocrites every time the pendulum swings back and some elite is dangled in front of them, purported to be their next (false) messiah. In that light, it's somewhat refreshing to be a Libertarian-minded individual because I don't have to sit in frustration watching "my party" ignore everything it says it stands for when it has the ability to actually enact changes. If Republicans ever show that they may be actually learning something, wising up and not falling for the latest shiny thing pushed by the media, I could be again open to the idea. Do I want to help save people who don't seem to want it? Meh. Dunno how interested I am in repeating history yet again....

Sounds like the opening premise for a media narrative about a new strain that will require yet another vaccination program. It's already been lightly pushed by talking heads in the media that vaccinations will have to be performed over and over.

The communist NWO is a Vatican agenda and always has been. "Catholics In Action" (CIA), for example. Notice how most of the heads of the global corps, governments, bankers, etc are products of Catholic/Jesuit universities? They're just feeling close enough to finishing the agenda that they're not really trying to hide it any more. The old "blame the Jews" thing has always been something that Rome hides behind for misdirection. A good example is how it's always "the Jews" blamed for the story of the killing of Jesus, even though it was actually Roman Pontius Pilate that put him to death. "The Jews" were just the foot soldiers, accountants, tax collectors, etc of Rome but they make for easy scapegoats.

I'm not familiar with the PA Constitution specifically but it stands to reason that the PA Supreme Court could order decertification if the certification was determined to, in fact, be unconstitutional. On an interesting side note, the PA Supreme Court is the highest court in the land, under the original 1789 colonial Constitution. The US Supreme Court is the highest court under the 1871 corporate DC Constitution. I'm sure you know that there are, in fact, two Constitutions in effect. One is the law of the land and the other is the law of the sea. One for the 50 states that was ratified in Philly PA by the Founders and one for DC, which was implemented in the wake of the Civil War. Most of what passes for "law" these days is under the the 1871 law of the sea Constitution. With that in mind, that this election is centering so heavily around PA and PA's court system is of high interest to those few of us that know the real history.

Can't speak for anyone else but I've been playing offense by spreading awareness of what they've been planning and how they execute those plans (to the best of one man's analytical ability, at least), often long before they even publicly announce their intentions. Once people slowly start to wake up and realize they're being manipulated and that most bigger picture events and narratives don't just happen randomly, the manipulation becomes much, much harder to pull off. Think of it this way: How amazing is a magician's magic trick if the audience already knows how the trick is performed when he does it?

Education and communication matters just as much, if not more, than elections. The brazen censorship being implemented across the net is proof that people talking to each other is extremely powerful. People may not be able to prevent rigged elections from installing pre-selected candidates into office but it can build movements of people not complying with their (in reality) empty dictates. Remember, those installed people only have as much power as the masses actually give them.

Biden's foreign policy/national security team are....wait for it...all Jesuits. Just like Trump's were. See how this works and why nothing ever changes? In other words, the entire upper governmental structure is entirely beholden to the Vatican and the Vatican's biblical agenda, no matter who the puppet placed in front of the camera is. Even one that should be eating applesauce on a tv dinner tray in front of Andy Griffith reruns instead of sitting in the WH.
