I'm sure Ron remembers how Bernie torpedo'ed Audit the Fed in the Senate Finance committee, however, when it was otherwise set to pass. I'd guess Ron just wouldn't vote or would vote for third party, instead of Bernie or Trump. eta: Rogan does what he's told to do. He started his career as a MSM tv celebrity, remember.

I understand your reply is mostly rhetorical but provides a good opportunity to expand further. Under duress=fear of arrest or consequence. Since much of what police engage in today are -commercial contract litigation operations-, not common law crime enforcement (crimes=victims), the UCC applies. UCC is the law of contracts and every state has incorporated the UCC into their state statutes. No one can force you into a contract (anything you sign is a contract! Including citations or arrest papers!) so anyone seeking to force you into a contract is placing you under duress. Go search for "your state ucc 1-308" to understand better. In NC it is 25-1-308 and simply states that you reserve your rights even though you are being forced into a contract under duress. OTOH, since it's often a contract matter with the cop, you also have the ability to state your terms for entering the contract ;) Most cops have surety bonds that ensure they perform as agreed in contractual matters.....think about it. My extensive research of legal rabbit hole matters and putting much of it into practice in real-life encounters has taught me that while remaining silent is the best move in some cases, it usually is NOT the best move. Why? Because silence is considered consent in legal matters. You have to refute assertions by your adversary, otherwise they are considered facts on record. As my reply to Brian demonstrates above, silence is the wrong move in most run-of-the-mill encounters with police. Of course, confessing to any violation is where people's talking gets them in trouble and that's what a cop wants you to do but if you can avoid that stupidity, silence can be just as damaging, if not worse, than saying the right things.

The current Constitution is merely a set of corporate bylaws that the US Inc corporation based in the sovereign city of Washington DC chooses to abide by sometimes but also chooses to ignore sometimes. It is not the original 1789 law-of-the-land, for US Citizens at least, and hasn't been since the Civil War. Police, and especially DC based federal police, are well aware of this. The cop calling the IW filmer, Savanah, "adorable" is likely an insult regarding how ignorant people are to the legal framework that is in place in this country. The equivalent of saying "oh bless your heart" or "aww you're so cute". It's another way to nicely say that someone is ignorant.

There is no right or wrong position since at least two people's liberty is involved. Whose liberty is the priority? The mother's? Or the unborn child's? Supporting one's liberty means denying the other's liberty. That's why it is such a fabulous emotional wedge issue used to divide the masses by the political class. Libertarians recognize that there is no solution, therefore it's a personal issue and is most certainly not a federal issue, per the 10th amendment. ------------ Don't post fake news. It undermines the argument.

Stop-and-ID varies from state to state. KY currently does not have a stop-and-ID statute but this was the attempt to start one. In practice, a cop can try to talk to you and get you to willingly identify yourself as the representative of the ALL CAPS NAME on the state's identification card but has no ability to require you to do it under duress.

A wild ass guess from SS, as usual. My train conductor friend said Amazon train shipments has actually helped keep rail traffic higher, so your guess doesn't stand up. He did for a while perhaps, but economic indicators are pointing downward in the near term. The shark was jumped in January 2019 with the PPT activation, as the chart shows, though. The bankers that fill the Oval Office will have to inflict enough pain on the population to get them to accept the banker's next planned paradigm. Same playbook they run over and over. For a long time I've thought he was 100% complicit. Now I mostly just think he's an idiot. Did you see his CNBC interview the other day? Brutal. It was like listening to an interview with a grade school child. Elon Musk is very good at rockets, by the way.

It's exactly like that. Could you imagine if stock brokerages blamed shareholders for not ordering paper stock certificates when their shares are inevitably stolen right out of their brokerage account and the brokerages do nothing about it? It's ridiculous.

Like I've said all along, Bitcoin was the masses introduction to central global blockchain based cryptocurrency, as revealed by the 1988 Economist cover. Anyone who claims the Bitcoin explosion, Economist cover and the CBDC are unrelated is either a moron or a shill. https://www.zerohedge.com/crypto/world-economic-forum-debuts-framework-central-bank-digital-currency http://www3.weforum.org/docs/WEF_CBDC_Policymaker_Toolkit.pdf

It sounds odd I guess but their economic indicator reports are generally accurate, though not widely publicized for mass consumption. I also cross-reference my own personal knowledge of indicators with reports before considering likely accuracy of said reports. eta: I just googled the term "choogling" and it's probably more accurate than it sounds. It refers to slogging through mud and particularly a "smoother" section of mud compared to the rest of the mud. Sounds about right.

The chart doesn't explain it thoroughly enough already? https://www.morningstar.com/news/dow-jones/202001227980/chicago-fed-national-activity-index-goes-negative-for-december 60 of 85 indicators in the index are negative. It's also worth noting that the last upward trend coincided with the Fed's repo operations starting. Most definitely not "choogling" any more, at least not without PPT and repo "not QE".

That's like saying that holding your chips inside the casino carries a risk of being robbed inside the casino and therefore when you gamble in a casino you should keep your chips outside the casino and only bring in a chip whenever you want to place a single bet on a single game. Otherwise, if you get robbed on the casino floor it's your fault for bringing your chips inside and expecting security. Absurd. The really scary part is the most likely perpetrators of the casino floor chip theft is the casino "security" itself. And I thoughtfully considered why I think it's wrong. The LP platform clearly states that abortion is personal choice and isn't a federal issue but rather a 10th amendment state's rights issue. Be a pro-life Libertarian. Be a pro-choice Libertarian. But either way it's NOT a federal issue as you claimed. I feel my posts conformed to the spirit of the thread. If my conclusion wasn't what you wanted to hear, sorry.

Just because you say so doesn't make it true. It's a 10th Amendment issue. No where in the Constitution is the federal government given the authority to regulate such things as abortion. This is where religious people stop being conservative and start being federalists, which has allowed the erosion of state's rights to the current status of being practically non-existent.

I'm sorry but when theft of funds are so endemic and rampant (perhaps even intrinsic to the system itself), never recovered and rarely is there any enforcement against perpetrators, at what point do you accept that it's little more than the world's riskiest casino, and not a medium of exchange or even an asset? A casino where not only are you likely to lose your money playing the game but are also at high risk of being robbed on the casino floor while security does nothing?

Naaa, I'm pretty well convinced that the Vatican, just like the rest of the organized top-down control organizations like Masons, various Orders, political offices, financial, media, etc are, in fact, populated by people that identify themselves simply as the bloodline of Cain, really the bloodline of Lucifer/Satan (Lucifer was name in heaven, Satan after coming to earth), aka the Nephilim/Annunaki descendants. This is why the consistent use of various 666 hand-signs regardless of whether it's the Pope, US President like Bush, Obama and Trump all do/have done, Queen, political, media and financial leaders, mega-corp CEOs etc. It's how they identify each other as being part of the "cabal" regardless of which organization they are affiliated wih. The bloodline of Cain, the offspring of the serpent and Eve. Yes, the Vatican as an organization is very high in the pyramid but it, like the other influential control organizations, is controlled at the top by people that view the organization(s) as merely a vehicle to be used to an end goal. What that end goal is is probably for another topic (though it's related to avoiding a repeat of "God's judgment" that the biblical flood alluded to removing them from the planet once already).

Duality is the method of the bloodline of Cain, not really any particular order, org or fraternity. Cain was the offspring of Eve and Lucifer/serpent/dragon, not Eve and Adam, as official religiousness repeats. Dragon blood=Bloodline of Cain. Nephilim, Watchers, etc.

It's impossible to say whether heightened awareness by attendees and outside observers had an impact or not but it's unlikely that anyone will do anything too inflammatory while everyone is aware and observant. The Charlottesville event caught everyone off-guard, hence why it had such an impact. When everyone is walking around with cameras expecting shit to go sideways it's very difficult for provocateurs to do what provocateurs do without being caught red-handed. Spreading awareness makes shenanigans less likely.

USMCA Trump quote from ZH article: He added that the deal is “good for China, and our long term relationship,” before adding that “250 Billion Dollars” will be returning to the US thanks to Beijing’s promise to scale up imports. ----------- In other words, China sending dollars back. They don't need them anymore. Trade in Treasuries, receive dollars, send dollars back for real goods. The future is Americans working for the East, instead of the recent history of the other way around. I for one welcome our new Chinese overlords and hope to be of great service. Xiexie.
