Prices are jumping every time I go grocery shopping. Most notable increase that I follow is the crab meat price. A can of claw meat was $12.99 a year ago. Same can is now $27.99.

No doubt there are many things that can be changed in our economic structure but the outright gaslighting going on makes people even more distrustful. Constant lies tend to do that.

One checks the secret plot's website, of course. Doesn't every secret plot have a website? Perhaps having a website validates that it is indeed not a secret plot but an open plot. https://www.weforum.org/great-reset/ Or maybe, just maybe, Reuters is trying to frame it as tinfoil so no one bothers to even check the website detailing a plan of a handful of billionaires, celebs, CEOs and politicians to transform everyone else's lives without their consent. Naaa that's crazy talk...Davos meetings are just for sharing pics of the grandkids over evening tea while informally discussing solar panels and saving the whales.

I'll just let my previous posts stand on their own (I rest my case? lol), since your arguments are substantially dwindling. Anything one signs is a voluntary contract requiring future performance, whether the specific terms of performance are implied, presumed or explicit. That's how a nation of living men and women with a Bill of Rights has been slowly but surely returned to "subject" status, ruled by attorneys and bankers in the City of London. But you knew that already, didn't ya counselor?

I dunno, the proof appears to be in the pudding, at least in the OSHA example. It's why so many constitutionally-minded commenters were easily able to predict it wouldn't stand. Your angle is that if an issue before the court is blatantly unconstitutional that the court may affirm it if neither of the parties raises it? If that is truly the situation then the justices have no business even being on the bench, since they swore to uphold the constitution as part of their oath to even be a justice in the first place. Fortunately, judges do by-and-large take their oaths seriously. It would be a blatant violation of their oath if they upheld something blatantly unconstitutional merely because a party didn't raise the question. What a dumb example. Does a hitman actually sign a contract pledging to kill someone for a sum of money? No, of course not. Besides, the hit man example is a violation of common law since there is an (intended) direct victim. Legal concepts I'm addressing are of a purely commercial variety and thus are commercial (admiralty) law, not common law. LOL! I won't even get started on how -wrong- you are about 100% loss record. I have a 100% win record. In fact, my last run-in with the commercial contract "legal" system was disposed of, without ever setting foot in a courtroom, by merely filing a one page, one paragraph order to the Clerk of Court directing the Clerk (trustee) to dispose of the action at my direction (beneficiary), per NCGS 33B-2e. POOF GONE! Like I said, it's not rocket science once you realize 90% of our "legal" system is commercial contract enforcement under a trust law structure.

Very typical attorney reply from Sonny. A lot of words needed to explain something that is an extremely simple concept, which is the hallmark of the legal system. It violates the 10th. Can't continue. Stop. Easy peasy. But they can't rule in that manner because it removes the mystique and the ideal, which the legal system relies on, that "legal" is too complicated for the little people to comprehend. It's simple. In a country with a Constitution that restrains "government" from 95% of what it does, that 95% is by your own consent via entering contracts pledging your performance. Constitution does ensure freedom to enter contracts, even if ignorantly. It's all contracts to get us to give up rights in exchange for commercial privileges and accepting the liabilities. If you sign it, it's a contract to perform and like any contract if you don't follow the terms of the contract there are penalties. It's not rocket science. Keep signing W2s, W4s, 1099s, Social Security cards, credit cards, driver's licenses, bank account signature cards, etc. All contracts.....then wonder why ya don't feel very free anymore.... (It's worth noting that Sonny literally is triggered somehow to post in any thread that mentions "income taxes". It's uncanny. Gee, wonder why?)

And you missed my point, apparently. The OSHA mandate is so blatantly contrary to the 10th that the argument didn't even need to be raised, hence why it was amazingly predictable that the mandate would not be allowed to continue. Whether the pleadings addressed the 10th specifically is irrelevant. Any "law" that is blatantly unconstitutional is null and void on its face. No specific court arguments needed. When the constitutionality of a law/mandate/policy/whatever is debatable, that is when arguments are needed, yes. No such debate was even necessary to know the OSHA mandate was contrary to the 10th and that is ultimately why it was not allowed to continue. Well, we know who the cheerleaders on RPF were.....all the Trumpers who have since mostly slunk back into obscurity. Perhaps many, yes, but probably not the ones now dealing with permanent vax injuries, chronic illness due to depleted immune systems and other adverse reactions.

Uh yeah so the 10th doesn't allow any of that shit in the first place. There are occasionally cases where upholding something that is so blatantly contrary to the 10th that it can't be allowed to stand. The OSHA mandate case is one example of that. DC has no authority to force anything on an individual resident/entity of the 50 states without that individual/entity otherwise consenting in some way.

Ho hum. It's just more controlled opposition games from the usual suspects. It's all about keeping agenda items relevant in everyone's psyche since people otherwise lose interest, absent constant reminding, and move on with their lives. The top goal of such operations is to keep everyone's attention hooked into and focusing on the chosen topics, lest the topic ceases to be a concern to the masses anymore. It's a form of noetic mind control. One of Trump's job now is to keep injecting (pun not intended) the shots into people's psyches and also to help keep DeSantis relevant for his 2024 crowning as the next (fake) GOP savior.

In Leo's defense, the yacht has been anchored most of the time he's been on it. Is there really a comet or other cataclysm on the way? Or is it a psyop to create yet more fear and submission? That is truly the million dollar question. The answer to that is probably only known by paygrades higher than Leo and Joe's. As far as the film itself is concerned, the ending is pretty fuckin' funny...

Yep. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to immediately know he took a booster, probably required by various venues to perform, then stroked out or had a sudden coronary. None of the reported story leads to any other conclusion than yet another death by sudden vaccine reaction.

Damn I was really hoping it was fake news. For all the well deserved roasting Sotomayor has received for citing bad stats and whatnot there's simply NO excuse for a SCOTUS justice to legitimately not understand and be fully knowledgeable about the 10th Amendment. Yikes.
