We must be looking at those photos very differently. I see bagged up trash left in piles for easy pickup but you see scattered trash left everywhere. Strange. Oh well.

I don't even know where to start with that load of crap so I'm not going to bother picking it apart. However, if you think it is "our" judicial system then you have a whole hell of a lot to learn about how the legal system really works. And I remind again that all of this is going exactly along the Garden Plot/REX84 operational plan. Open your eyes man. This isn't about immigrants.

Ah thanks for that. I didn't know that there was a historical basis, also. Giving ICE authority to run around snatching up people in the middle of the night sounds like a great idea and has no parallels in history whatsoever. /s

I've taken the time to read what the FLDS want and yes it is a theocratic world government, governed by a group called the Council of Fifty, advising the new Jesus. Smith and Young both wanted this. I wrote in the other thread that in reality, it's just a vision of a new version of the Roman Senate advising the Roman Emperor. All roads still lead to Rome. Perhaps I've spent a lot more time than most reading up on the history and esoteric/occult side of organized religion, therefore my perspective is much different than anyone who simply reads a holy book and leaves it at that.

Those pictures don't show anyone trashing the beach. It looks like bagged up trash from a holiday weekend piled up for easy collection by those responsible for trash collection. You don't go to the beach much, I assume. The China comment was meant to inform and also to make the point that trash collection policies we've been accustomed to for years is changing and we won't be able to send much of it overseas for recycling anymore.

Check out YT channel Dutchsinse for explanations of how quakes work. That dude knows his stuff and was accurately predicting the locations and magnitudes of quakes until apparently he was threatened to stop making the predictions. West Coast of the US coming soon. And it won't be because of some dumb ass Russian quake machine excuse.

Side note: I'm in the home security business and have been getting a lot of project inquiries from latino folks wanting enhanced security measures where they live. I expect that to increase further once this tweet makes the rounds in the latino community. Thanks for the biz Don! You may not be Making America Great Again but you sure are scaring the shit out of a lot of latinos.

That's why you rock Ender! I'm not saying that all spirituality is nonsense or anything near it. It's the seeking of guidance from external sources that is folly. At the end of the day, when the Son...errr...Sun...Sets (who saw what I did there?) most religious people are guided by external sources, to their own demise and for the benefit of flawed people. So, if I were Jesus and I'm separating the wheat from the tares on this thread, well, it's not hard to figure out who goes where.

Yeah the BOE supervisor used the "secret ballot" excuse for refusing to allow review of voting machine tapes. The county BOE supervisor's body language just screamed that he was up to shenanigans when I confronted him about anomalies I personally observed in elections. Later, it was confirmed to me by a sitting member of the state BOE (not an employee, an actual member of the Board) that machine tapes are not ballots because you can't simply review a machine tape and know who voted for which candidate, without simultaneously having access to the precinct voter roll book for cross-reference. The tapes are considered machine maintenance records, not ballots. Any way, fwiw, this move to return to paper ballots by NC has been written into statute for well over a year already so this news item is more of a conditioning exercise for the general public, instead of truly trying to get to the bottom of anything.

Gotta hand that stuff over to the foreigners that we owe lots of imaginary money to. Trump shows again that he's totally on board with globalist Agenda 21 2030. It's a shame we won't be allowed to ever go there though. The real question is how exactly did the federal government come to "own" land in the first place? The federal government is a corporation based within the city limits of Washington DC.

Well, you better hope that Jesus is the turn-the-other-cheek-love-thy-neighbor Jesus instead of the I-come-with-a-sword-and-will-tear-families-apart Jesus. Global rule by unelected people based on a book hand-picked by a group of Catholics at the behest of a Pope and then revised by an English King is libertarian? Man, I really love some of y'all but I really get lost at the religion part of all this.

Not a lie. Anyone can go read the thread themselves in Hot Topics and see where you say you support a world government but not until Jesus returns. Therefore, you support theocratic world government. The only distinction is exactly when it would be implemented. If Jesus returns tomorrow, you'll support instituting that theocratic world government tomorrow, also. And stop crying to mods. It's pathetic, like the 3rd grader that runs to teacher. Your post even reads like the 3rd grader running to teacher. "Teacher, little Jimmy keeps saying my mom is fat. Sob sob."

I'm much more worried about the crooked guy in the county BOE office, who transmits the voting results from a locked room in a locked office than I am some Russian oligarch hacking a voting machine. The same guy that told me he'd let me review voting machine tapes "over his dead body."

A bit late for that, I think. Any way, it was a website affiliated with the Civitas Institute. Someone drove past the polling place I was working around 3pm and told a rival poll worker how many votes had been cast in one of the major neighboring NC9 counties. I asked how that info was available, unless someone was driving from precinct to precinct collecting that data (very unlikely in a large county without poll workers at each precinct). The rival poll worker pulled up a website showing the data. I brought up the question to her of how a website had that information? She, a town councilwoman, was then curious also (did I really have to mention that in order for her to wonder such a thing also? ffs) made some calls to other people asking the question and got no real answer. The turnout being reported was of note in the first place because it was MUCH higher than projected turnout was. After the polls closed, the data the website had, while the election was still ongoing, showing unexpectedly very high turnout was correct, pretty much down to the exact number. I've personally seen way too many instances of voting number anomalies to not think that pretty much all elections are potentially rigged. Don't get me started on how our county elections office director has already been caught faking election results but for some reason still has the job.

Doesn't matter. All of the machines are rigged. That was the whole point of the Florida Bush v Gore mess....ushering in the rigged machines. Not one election since then can truly considered to be authentic. Somehow, in the NC9 special "re do" GOP primary in May, a website (votetracker or similar name) knew and accurately displayed how many votes were cast in a particular county WHILE THE POLLS WERE STILL OPEN. No one could explain how a website had REAL-TIME data on number of votes cast WHILE THE ELECTION WAS STILL ONGOING. The only answer is that the county's voting machine system was on the internet during the election and sending the data out.

Which is funny since Swordsmyth admitted in the Libertarian abortion thread, now banished to Hot Topics, that he wants a theocratic world government run by Mormons. Yep, sounds like libertarian rhetoric to me. That I can agree with, at least at the Chairman position. Sarwark is an establishment plant (a lawyer who went to CIA training ground American University and has ties to globalist think tank Stratfor). Then again, they all are plants at the leadership levels. That's how they keep grassroots from gaining traction...controlled opposition.

Considering that the thread is about socialism, which calls for abolition of private property, that plank has long since been fulfilled. Saying that it still exists is kind of like saying that plantation slaves owned the hovels they lived in because they could cook in them or maintain the grass outside and therefore had "property rights". Well, there is the little problem where the houses, cars and bank accounts are not even in your name but rather the ALL CAPS NAME of the Trust that was created after we were born that allows for a living being to engage in commerce with dead paper entities called corporations. The rabbit hole on this topic is deep, son. Nothing is what it appears to be. Any way, I'd argue that the bits of leeway that we do have stemming from the usage license is mostly just to maintain the property for the continued beneficial use of the real owner, as a means to continue to generate tax and fee revenue. There were some forms of taxes yes, as authorized by the state's and 1789 Constitution. The question was whether property could be seized for not paying taxes, namely property taxes. I'm going to assume you couldn't find any evidence of land being seized for failure to pay anything resembling a property tax that we have today.

We're getting down into minor details, instead of 10,000 feet view but sure, you can take the chips with you. They aren't intrinsically worth anything outside of the casino though. Why aren't casino chips made of gold and silver? And like our currency, they say right on the face who owns it. See my comment above about the legal axiom of possession being 9/10 of the law. It's the remaining 1/10 that matters when it comes to ownership. People forget that anything can be seized by the bang of a judge's gavel. Those chips, a house, a child even. If that is the case, and it is, then how can anyone claim anything other than a temporary usage right? A license to use something that doesn't belong to them, as long as the true owner benefits from your usage? Look up how "licensing" works in business. It's the same concept.

The legal axiom about possession being 9/10 of the law, I assume. What I'm saying is that it's the remaining 1/10 that's the important part as far as private property ownership is concerned, at least in a legal sense. It's that 1/10, the legal status of "title" that forms the basis for the rest of it. I dub them "usage rights" and I thought that was implied. They are not, however, ownership. Consider that even usage rights are subject to every little zoning rule or permit requirement/approval. So, in reality, how many rights are there really? Can you show me evidence that a state could/would/did seize private property for non-payment of property taxes in the late 1700's, for example? My reading of history shows that private property did exist for a very short time, courtesy of the Founders. Prior to that, it was legal ownership by the King/Queen for everyone except the upper levels of the royal and religious hierarchy (Lords, eg). That royal system of faux ownership was re-implemented here once the legal profession got its hooks into law-making again during and in the aftermath of the Civil War. True private property ownership had a very (relatively) short stint compared to the otherwise many hundreds, or even thousands, of years that it has not been so I can certainly see how one could say that it has never existed. Never is absolute term though.

When you register a business (regis...hmm, sounds "royal", no? I wonder why that is...) you are giving ownership of the business to the government you registered with and then must abide by the arbitrary rules that the Trustees and Executors of the Trust (Court Officials and Legislators, respectively) come up with. Codes are not laws, they are corporate regulations regulating commerce. You don't own a registered business. The state owns it under the Trust and legally sets the rules under which you can operate it, no different than what I detailed about property and vehicles earlier in the thread. juleswin For the correct 10,000 feet view, think of all of what you described about buying and selling as if our entire economic system is one big casino. We use the casino's chips to play the various games throughout the casino (FRNs) but the casino always owns the chips and all of the games and sets the rules for each game, which always ensure the casino wins. When you buy and sell "your" property, you are still just playing a casino game with their chips and their rules and of course the casino always gets a cut, whether directly like blackjack or indirectly like Poker. Take their chips out of the casino and they suddenly lose all value. Violate the casino's rules by "cheating" and they'll seize "your" chips. Some people manage to win occasionally at the casino and they'll even throw you a few benefits to keep you voluntarily playing (free drinks!!) but overall the house always wins. Coincidence that Trump,Adelson, Wilbur Ross, et al love the casino business? They see the 10,000 feet view. It's somewhat telling that Trump himself couldn't even manage casinos from going bankrupt, though.
