I think it's important to listen to what these individuals who personally dealt with the Trump campaign have to say about their experience. Taken in aggregate, all of these individual stories paint a very bad picture of Trump and how he deals with people.
"Healthy" is relative. Everyone has different macronutrient and nutrient needs, so template diets are a pretty bad idea-especially when they're designed by the gov'ment and big business (like the food pyramid and other FDA dietary guidelines).
