I just took my Colt Navy out and held the trigger down while pulling back the hammer. As long as I pull the hammer all the way back, before letting go of it, it will fire.

If the idiot who was pulling back the hammer already had the trigger depressed while he was cocking it, it would fire when the hammer was released.

Yeah....but it's still all Trump's fault. Dr. Fraudci said so on CBS this morning last Sunday. He was asked why his popularity has recently dropped? Why it's because Trump said the pandemic wasn't serious.....never mind Fraudci said the same thing back then. And why is his popularity only dropping after Trump left office? Don't know.

I don't think this case has anything to do with a "Marxist agenda." I'm not saying there isn't a Marxist agenda. The prosecution in the Kyle Rittenhouse case wasn't allowed to use him saying on video that he wanted to shoot looters either. They obviously had their own gun. They just shot a deer. I just let this one go. In the past I've called the game warden at times when I know people are illegally hunting. The guy you called the "commissar?" You seemed to imply that was the wrong move, but maybe I misread you. At any rate, if they have a gun....or rather guns plural, right or wrong going after them with my one gun would be a dumb move on my part unless I just want my ex wife to be able to cash in that life insurance policy and pay off my sons' college.

This is from the cross examination of the younger McMichael. McMichael told jurors on Wednesday that while he and his father and co-defendant, Gregory McMichael, were chasing Arbery in their pickup truck, Arbery "turned and ran" when the younger McMichael told him the police were on their way. Members of the Nation of Islam stand in formation outside while Greg McMichael, his son Travis McMichael and William "Roddie" Bryan are tried in the Glynn County Courthouse over the killing of Ahmaud Arbery, in Brunswick, Georgia, U.S., November 18, 2021. LOL. Oh gawd you're just getting retarded now. So Travis was outside the truck to keep Arbery from getting inside the truck? Seriously? That....that's your argument? And your geometry is BS. Arbery couldn't go backwards because there was a truck behind him bearing down on him. If he turned to the right or to the left he would have been trespassing again and, according to y'all, that's worthy of being chased by people with trucks. So you find one "expert" who thankfully wasn't on the jury to agree with you and that "vindicates" you? Vindication is the guilty verdict. They're felons. Those who are open minded, like Viva Frei, predicted the McMicheals would be convicted and they were right. Tim Pool is pretty biased. He is so over the top these days in stupidity that he thought the Derek Chauvin case should have been dismissed just because there was possible danger of riots. So in his bizarro world if you want to get away with murder, just do something so over the top that people might be pissed off about it.

Trespassing is not a felony. A couple of kids trespassed that same day. Should they have been chased down with in pickup trucks and told "Stop or I'll blow your fvcking head off?" The law says now. And that's why The McMicheals and "Roddy" are now convicted felons. Oh, and my name isn't "Jim."

But y'all keep saying that their defense is they just wanted to hand him over to the police. Since they called the police anyway, why not keep following him until the police got there? Why set up a roadblock then point a gun at Arbery?

Is it really off topic? With enough mental gymnastics you one can justify anything. Like dannno saying the younger McMichael got out of the truck because, supposedly, Arbery was "reaching for the door handle" and apparently they had no locks.

Some people like to actually torture their victims before killing them. Not every murder wants a quick and easy kill. They said they told him "Stop or we'll blow your fvcking head off." Who even talks like that? Anyway, the trials over. They've been found guilty. Of course they'll appeal and it likely won't go anywhere.

Bvllshyt. He was running AWAY FROM THE SECOND TRUCK at full speed! They had set up a roadblock after chasing him for 5 minutes WITH TWO TRUCKS! According to the McMichael's own statement to the police they had him "cornered like a rat." Those are THEIR words. Viva Frei, the guy that had former Kyle Rittenhouse attorney Robert Barnes on his channel almost every week and said early on Kyle was innocent, gave a full recitation of the facts before the verdict. The McMichaels were guilty as sin. Total fvcking lie! Video proof demanded! Arbery ran PAST the truck at full speed and the son was already out of the truck! Plus have you never heard of something called a lock? Don't make up lies just to try to come up with an acquittal. You're as bad as the Rittenhouse prosecutor that said Kyle was chasing Rosenberg.

Yeah....except they did far more than just "follow, confront or detain" Arbery. One of them admittedly pointed a gun at Arbery BEFORE Arbery tried to grab the gun in order to get him to "back off." Really? You're been chasing someone down, your buddy, that struck him with his truck, is following behind and you claim you need him to "back off" as if HE is the aggressor? That's what Brian4Liberty left out. The McMichaels and their buddy put Arbery in reasonable fear of his life, not just fear of arrest, and then when Arbery defended himself they shot him. This is miles appart from Kyle Rittenhouse who was trying to get away from Rosenberg. Personal recent story. As we were leaving our house we heard a shot. Three white men had just killed a deer. We don't allow hunting on our property. They were right on the side of the road so I suppose one could argue it was "public property" but I'm pretty sure it dosn't work that way. Even if it did, they were not in hunting season. (They were during the time when bucks could be hunted, but only with air rifles and muzzle loaders.) The deer was a doe. (Full grown with no antlers). As I drove passed I rolled down my window and said "You know you're hunting illegally right?" To which the oldest man responded "It was hit and I just finished it off." The doe's legs were still kicking so that was a poor job of "finishing off" a deer. I was unarmed. But even if I was, would it have been worth chasisng these guys down and potentially getting into a gunfight? Over a deer? Oh but they "broke the law." Yep. They sure did.

Fvck no. Here's what you did NOT highlight. McMichael testified that he pointed his gun at Arbery — saying his intent was to get him to back off — and Arbery then turned and ran around the passenger side. So McMichael DID brandish his gun at Arbery. What's that all y'all had to say about Alec Baldwin? Don't point a gun at someone unless you intend to kill them? So McMichael brandished his gun at Arbery putting Arbery in reasonable fear of his life. If Arbery had been armed and shot McMichael that would have been self defense. I haven't read the statute, but if Kyle Rittenhouse and his buddies had chased Rosenberg down and Kyle had pointed his gun at Rosenberg before Rosenberg tried to take his gun, Kyle would be a convicted felon right now. That's Wisconsin law, not Georgia law, but I agree with the Wisconsin law from a moral standpoint. Edit: I went back and read the code. The McMicheals had no right to point a gun at Arbery and the neigbor helping them had no right to strike him with his truck. Even police officers don't have a general right to use deadly force to apprehend a suspect. (b) Sheriffs and peace officers who are appointed or employed in conformity with Chapter 8 of Title 35 may use deadly force to apprehend a suspected felon only when the officer reasonably believes that the suspect possesses a deadly weapon or any object, device, or instrument which, when used offensively against a person, is likely to or actually does result in serious bodily injury; when the officer reasonably believes that the suspect poses an immediate threat of physical violence to the officer or others; or when there is probable cause to believe that the suspect has committed a crime involving the infliction or threatened infliction of serious physical harm. Nothing in this Code section shall be construed so as to restrict such sheriffs or peace officers from the use of such reasonable nondeadly force as may be necessary to apprehend and arrest a suspected felon or misdemeanant.
