So basically he's just another garden variety, low-rent political hack unworthy of the least measures of trust or respect. Check.

I will not take it. If they mandate it, I will not comply. If they attempt to force me, I will shoot their asses, and on that point I am not joking around. I've lived long enough. I have a few things left to do, but if they push this, I will take as many of those bastards to hell with me. I am in absolutely no humor to put up with such a violation. I'm old, in a foul humor, and have basically nothing to lose by defending my most basic rights. These people need to be sent to the Ninth Circle and I refuse to apologize for asserting that their children should precede them such that their genetic lines are eliminated. This is the ONLY way to deal with tyrants. Six or more thousands of years of the same old shit has demonstrated to me the truth of what I assert. It is ugly and shitty, but the alternative is far uglier and shittier.

The compact "elegance" for which our Constitution is so broadly praised is precisely what has gotten us eyeballs-deep in the feces. Where "government" is concerned, brevity is the enemy. Why, you ask? Because people in "government" are by their nature crooks and scoundrels who will use words to mangle and manipulate the truth (or lies) to suit their wicked purposes. Yes, make things as simple as is reasonable to a purpose, but keep them as complicated as is needed in order to satisfy the sufficiencies required for completeness and correctness. Daily we see example after nauseating example of how the vermin which infest the halls of "government" use words disingenuously, relying on semantic vagary to make false points and bullshit their ways into one thing, or out of another. Therefore, I have very consciously and carefully contrived the wording of this Amendment in order to afford scoundrels as little wiggle room as possible. I also contrived to make clear that all citizens stand centrally within the circle of their rights to protect themselves and their interests, as well as those of others, from the violations of anyone acting in the name of the "state", as well as to hold such individuals accountable for their actions, the punishments to be meted, necessarily draconian. Give the scum the least latitude, and they will squirm free from being held responsible for their crimes. Destroying those who betray the the Trust in which they have been invested is the only response that such people understand. Anything less and you are seen as weak and a sucker. That is how such people tend to think, and they have thus proven themselves correct.

I cobbled this up two years ago and would like to discuss it and perhaps even mail it out to a few Congressmen, not that it would get anything better than the bust-a-gut laugh, but at least I could say I didn't default completely. This is my proposal for a 28th Amendment to the Constitution. It is raw and brutish, and I made it very purposely so. It is the Amendment that should have been Article I and it should have been declared as unassailable, lest Congress whittle it away in time, which naturally they would have, on all manner of baloney pretexts. Naturally, the value of such an Amendment turns wholly on the value of the people over whom its umbrella offers protection. At this point we are so corrupted, I'm not sure even my little friend here would be of any help, but I offer it for comment in any event. Let me know what you think. https://freedomisobvious.blogspot.com/2021/07/amendment-xxix.html

I find it amazing to consider just how hopelessly corrupt a land we are, and have been for so very long a time when I read things like this. To think not only that some people would dare usurp the authority to remove those which are the most obvious prerogatives of free men, but also that we as a people would
