Yep, also consider the huge market for gas backup power generators... there is no electrification possible here.... beyond a box that you plug in that delivers the same power to the output. :)
Nothing inherently wrong with "electrification" but proponents might want to make sure they have the grid power to support. As-is, they clearly don't.

I completely agree with Son of Liberty, it's way better to cook on gas. I'd use an outdoor gas setup over electric.
