Since you mentioned the American Revolution, what is your take on it based on the above?

For what its worth, I think the Catholic position on this is better than the positions I've heard from most Protestants, assuming I am interpreting it correctly.

Is there a Catholic view on civil disobedience and/or violent resistance against tyrannical governments? If so, what is it?

Hi. Just wanted to let you know regarding the false teacher and saved/unsaved stuff, its not personal. I'd say that to anyone who taught what you teach, not just you. I don't think it would be loving not to point it out, much like a doctor who knew his patient had a deadly disease and didn't point it out wouldn't be loving.

Hey, just out of curiosity, how do you respond to people who act like WWII was something America "Had" to get involved in in face to face conversations? I mean, I get that the reality is that public schools turned Hitler into a comic book villain, but how do you disprove the myth that he was trying to take over the US in a face to face conversation relatively quickly?
