Yes that is the same memo that went out allegedly debunking the source. But if you read up on the independent investigation that was done they found HCG in the Tetanus vaccine, as suspected.

Diesel doesnt necessarily mean petro (I was speaking to biomass based fuel - very renewable and near infinite abundance). I was also speaking in terms general practicality - that's where I will argue that hydrogen is fantasy. I would argue further that internal combustion engines can achieve higher than 50%, especially when coupled with hybrid electric technology, but the real point here is what constitutes efficiency? You mention the electric motor itself, and may not consider where the energy comes from. What does it take to produce hydrogen? If the answer was that it just magically appeared, I would agree 100% with you on general practicality. Aside from that, I can agree that the power density is impressive with hydrogen, which makes it very suitable for niche applications where that density benefit offsets other costs, but I think its over sold on pretty much everything else. This is why I argue that diesel and biomass fuel technology are worth investment - perhaps more so than hydrogen. It would be cool to have a hydrogen powered hoverboard, but I think its a mistake to dismiss "oh hum diesel" as a present solution to energy/environment challenges. Why climb to the highest limbs in the pursuit of ripe fruit when there are perfectly ripe fruit within arm's reach, near the ground? Maybe its not fruit that some are after, but rather the bragging rights for climbing to the highest limbs to get the fruit?

There are a few other threads where forum members backed Amash for his remarks about impeachment. Amash has gotten kudos from establishment neocons for calling for President Trump's impeachment for obstruction of what is sizing up as a complete an utter hoax by the DNC and Clinton Foundation. Anything to do with the second amendment bans, I have admonished Trump for. That Las Vegas shooting warrants a true investigation by people who have no conflicts of interest--but that is another story. I have also taken issue with Trump's remarks on silencers. Hopefully he won't try to ban that next. I have also admonished Trump for backing taking measles shots as well. No one should be forced medicated in a Free Society. It also goes against the Nuremberg Code. Overall, I think the things that President Trump has accomplished is going in the right direction for this country. He is not perfect-- nobody is, but needs to be called out when he allows his neocon advisors to whisper unconstitutional crap in his ears.

Not to put words in your mouth, but perhaps what you are seeing is less of a generational issue, and more of a government issue. Government, we know, will utilize/exploit every resource at its disposal, and so mass surveillance can be explained as a natural progression of government. I will share this observation, regarding the original topic... I still work on all of my vehicles - I have been working on my/my friends cars since the late 80's. Around 2005 or so, I noticed that I was the only non-ethnic (& potentially non-economic) minority at the autoparts counter. Everyone around me has been spanish speaking... This may indicate to me that common society has become subject to the "service economy" - this is a trend towards communism, where every member has a specialized skill, and relying up on everyone else to accomplish anything that goes beyond that special skill. We see this in parenting too - pretty much whenever someone cites reasons with "experts say". One need only do their single skill/job, and everything else (including parenting) is for the "experts". So this is it - welcome to the smurfs. Where each and every contributor to society has their own specialized skill. Again, nothing to do with generational contributions, but a natural progression of government, towards communism. It should be no surprise either.

Let's just wait and see how the economy is doing when the time comes. Some on these forums postulate a Great Recession. In which case Trump is sunk. We are too far out to even have an idea. It's one thing for people to have preferences, quite another to get them to the polls. As we learned with the R3volution.

two things. Firstly, self-defense does not preclude preemptive strikes. One is not obliged to wait for someone to take a shot at them before taking action. Secondly, I have painted you as anything. I don't know you. I don't even know what sex you are, so trust me when I say that I paint nothing of the sort. As for being a pacifist, I myself am just that. What I am not is PASSIVE. The two are quite different. That would depend on the totality of the circumstance. "Of course not" implies "never", and never is a very long time.

Perhaps, but thus far it has not. Besides, what do you mean by this, specifically? You would seem to imply that in so catching, the average boob will see the light of truth and come around to reason. I am yet to be convinced of this. For too long? However long Theye exist as a functional monobloc tyrant, I would say that the notion remains valid. It very well might. Employing violence to rid oneself of a tyrant is not the problem. The challenge lies in not becoming the latest tyrant in the wake of victory. We're actually fairly good at killing off tyrants when we are of a mind to do so. What we suck at is managing afterward.

Yeah, that's not a bad example of how they work the propaganda. Humans are mostly herd animals, and propagandists are sheep dogs. Divide and conquer. College graduates buy the bull, and you want to appear educated, right? Democrats buy the bull, and you don't want to sound like a Republican, right? Dubya couldn't even put together a coherent sentence, remember? You don't want to sound like him, so buy the bull. Now we'll lop off the outliers and look at the data again. Lone wolves may be the only ones who know the truth, but isn't sticking with the herd more important? So we'll just say lopping them off the edges improves the data. Here's a fine example of the 'Safety In Numbers' propaganda the populace is bombarded with daily: A classic example. It all seems like such a reasonable little piece of sarcasm to hear thirty-six times a day, seven days a week. Be effective! Stick to your half of the herd! Don't be a voice calling in the wilderness! That's frustrating and depressing! Of course, it could also be rephrased as follows:

You're going to call a Senator and tell her to vote for an amendment to a House bill? Or you're going to tell a Senator to vote for a House bill because of an amendment that hasn't been added to it yet, without telling her to ensure it gets added first, and ensure the Senate version includes it too? Even though House members are obviously easier to persuade, because you're clearly a larger percentage if his or her constituency than a senator of an overpopulated state? Do you even know who your Rep is? Good, dannno. *pats head* Your value as an activist is on par with your ability to spot--or even define--propaganda.
