Same. His steering input showed how he's basically balancing on the edge of a knife, inches from a long ride down the mountain. Crazy.

Never been on Superior, but I was on Michigan in a 30' full keel sailboat when we were going up north and got some weather. 6-8' waves an occasional 10', 25 knot winds, pouring sideways, just running the main, cut down to about the size of a handkerchief and still doing ~7 knots, almost the hull speed of the boat. I never felt unsafe and it wasn't that terrible, but it was certainly the edge of my comfort zone. A few times there were so "oh shit" moments, and looking back, we could have taken a lot worse beating and still been fine, but man...when we pulled into port I was exhausted from being up all night, but took about 30 minutes for my nerves to settle and catch a few hours sleep. I can't imagine taking on the seas in the OP video. Not too tough to say that scared the shit outta me!

T-bones on the grill with Gorgonzola on top, melting the last couple of minutes cooking. Cucumber salad made with Greek yogurt, onions, herbs, etc. on the side.

My boys - and probably everyone else's - could make ANYTHING into a gun or sword. Slightly crooked stick? Shotgun. Animal cracker box? Pistol. Sister's glow worm? Long sword. I can't imagine getting called to school about s Lego gun. I'd laugh right in their faces while pulling my kid out of there and transferring. Ridiculous

Wait, so they build their houses on an active volcano and when it does what active volcanoes do, they rest of us have to give them our money? Do I have that right?

The single reason why I type fast is AIM. not Almena Typing Time videos from grade school with the Apple IIe. Type fast or (socially) die! Pretty sure AIM messages got me laid on multiple occasions. And coordinated rendezvous. I'm fairly certain I can type faster, with less mistakes and with better punctuation and grammar than anyone younger than me or even fresh out of college. Once texting really took off, there was no need to be proficient at "word processing" bc you only had to do it for papers in school. It's pathetic what admin assistants consider fast typing. "Kids" today are buried in devices and fake online lives; they don't have the same intimate, one on one connections now. I think early Millennials had a good mix of new emerging technology that connected them to others, yet didn't cannibalize all face to face interactions like it does now. Anyway, each generation is worse than the previous and whatnot. Fornicate - eat, drink and be merry - and die...

Yeah, you know you're country is fucked when pedophiles are held up as beacons of freedom. This little ***-got and everything he stands for and raps about is just a continuation of our descent into moral depravity. Lol

Millennial = first generation coming of age in the new millennium. But even within that definition, there's a big difference between early and late millennials. Those born in 2000 don't even remember 9/11 (tm). Early's didn't grow up with smart phones and FaceFuckbook. Interesting stuff

People are getting dumber and people also prefer to be spoken to at their same literacy level. (Maybe prefer isn't the right word?) A politician has to appeal to his audience on a level that makes them comfortable. It's a self-reinforcing loop.

Whoa I love that Garand ... I was wondering what type of scope You are using. I have a M1A scout and I learned the hard way that its not designed for a scope. The best I can probably hope for is to put a pistol scope on the front rail.
